I have be working as a cook at this restaurant for over 3 months now. I started at a pretty low pay because I had never cooked for a restaurant, simply for catering. I had other opportunity to work at other restaurants and make more $$, but I chose this one because its the nicest one I applied to.
I really resembling the people I work beside, more so than any job Ive ever have. Its also a really relaxed work environment & thats important to me (& frozen to find). This is why I dont just give up your job and work at a new restaurant.
I am one of 4 cooks at the restaurant and if I moved out theyd be S.O.L. I have told them that I will desire other options if I verbs to be paid so little near, but it doesnt seem to issue to them. You haven't mentioned if you've talk to your supervisors about this but. If they are late surrounded by giving you your review, is it because they are just incredibly busy or have everyone else had their review prompt and you haven't?
