I am working to help reward the bills and get some money to live on. I work for a production company that recently made 90 workers redundant and since the redundancies posterior in April, I get the impression that the place I work has become a depressing place to work. I get the impression that in nearby, the Managing Director is good at unfolding his employees lies (one of them human being there would be no redundancies when he turned around and told everyone 2 weeks then the exact opposite). He also harps on about how he desires his employees to suppose that they work for a great company when the conditions are poor and rest room facilities are definitely filthy and unhygenic. My work has brought me down to such a low ebb that I in actual fact wished that I have put in for voluntary redundancy but I didn't as the redundancy bundle was not made clear to anyone during the consultation extent that followed the announcement.
As a person, I construe I'm a decent, likeable and particularly helpful guy. When I'm at my current place of work, relations wouldn't recognise me as that decent entity and I think I'm a party that I don't want to be at work.
Given that I am likely to spend the subsequent 40 year of my life working, I am currently trying to fix a career metamorphose and whoever is brave enough to exploit me will see the real me. Whilst I muse you work to live, I actually want to do something next to my career and not only just sit in some dead-end employment where potetially I could sooner or later face man on the dole. I've experienced being on the dole in the past and trust me, it makes you perceive suicidal.

Work is work, anything you HAVE to do instead of wanting to do would never really be fun. I'm sure a lot of society wouldn't mind working if there be more flexibility in the hours or such. Work take away so much time that you can use for something else. It's not just the typical 8 hours a hours of daylight because you have travel to include which take everything up to 11/12 hours a day loyal to work. Therefore leaving you beside 4 hours a day to do what you want...4 hours out of 24? Not adequate.
It's even worse for me as my job isn't provoking enough.

I'm sure it does happen, but it is the exception, not the rule. Especially if the interviewer is a professional HR soul. The higher height the position is for, the less promising it is to happen.
I cannot speak for everyone, but I am a coordinator that does all the hiring for my department. I hold done many interviews, both men and women and I could really fastidiousness less in the order of what they looked like. As long as they dressed professionally and I feel they would be a good fit for the position, they would be hired.
It is iffy to not hire someone based on their looks, and proving to be exact why you were not hired would be fundamentally difficult.
In a perfect world no - but you hold individuals with their own concepts and predilections.
