The quick synopsis is that the VP departed unexpectedly about a month and a partially ago-she was told that she would be brought on as a consultant; however, that have not materialized. After this, I talk to the number 2 in the facility (my supervisor's boss) on the subject of some concerns that I had about the lab and supervisor. The number 2 informed me that the higher ups have similar concerns. I was given superfluous responsibility for the lab. A couple weeks later the number 3 personality in charge of the facility took over. Soon after, the number 2 individual transferred internationally. After this, I talked to number 2 more or less what this would mean for me. He told me that he have informed the incoming VP regarding my concerns. I have a meeting next to the incoming VP regarding what my goal and vision of where on earth I saw the lab going.

I am a server, and I can tell you the weekend is the worst time to apply for a living. Call ahead and speak to a manager. Ask when the best time to come pick up an application is, and when is the best time for an interview. Most places hold interviews weekdays between 3pm-5pm because it is usually slower afterwards.
