Is it Legal for a company to transmutation a those livelihood description...?
Question:
...without discussing it next to the employee? My Girlfriends company merely had an hand quit and she is taking on the ex employees duties and they are not hiring a different person or paying my GF more money. Is this official?
Answers:
Yes, it is. If she's a Union member, she may want to discuss the concern with them.
It is official. They can change your duties as they see fit, and there's nil obliging them to make a contribution a raise.
If your friend doesnot resembling the situation, that is her problem and she should look for another charge.
Yes, it is legal.
However, I would see this arrangement of your friend as a positive; if she can pedal the work, she can talk to her boss and suggest a aide, and she would be the mentor, and thereby be able to expand the influence of the work done. That would show her boss that she's a good and proficient worker.
If she finds the workload too much, she can talk to the boss, and suggest like peas in a pod thing ( but surrounded by a positive, constructive manner, not complaining manner), so that the work can be completed.
She can in actual fact turn this development into a positive work opportunity.
Absolutely. All our job description own a notation that they are subject to change near out the employee's knowledge.
Totally permitted. In fact more employer are hiring one person to do the position of 3 people to hide away tens of thousands of dollars and have the resolve to pay the individual less than the standard pay for that type of work. Your girlfriend can always move about to the manager or boss and read aloud hey I have more responsibility and I enjoy no problem with that, but I be aware of I also deserve to be compensated for taking on this additional responsibility. Would be a ballsy move, but may be worth it.
Two doctors and six nurses spoilt ACLS, coach made special treatment to docs, RN have to repeat the ACLS?
Question:
Doctors do not have to repeat the 12 hours training, while RNs hold to repeat he ACLS course - is this grounds for discrimination at work?
Answers:
That is not event, and I'd say it's discriminatory.
At impossible to tell apart time, though...I don't want ANYONE who has spoilt ACLS going anywhere near a seriously compromised long-suffering. The RNs are better off because they will know what to do. I don't want any of those physicians to be an on-call code chief when I'm working...
I would think so. Pretty terrible they failed it surrounded by the first place. It's not that hard.
Yes I would fined someone to enlighten and get them contained by hot water.
MDs failing ALCS? They should be reviewed by the hospital board of trustees; they deserve to hold their license revoked or put on diversion! I would think that the risk command department would love to know about this! Maybe the labor board contained by your state, too.
Having worked in main teaching hospitals most of my art, I've seen docs backfire ACLS. They were ALWAYS forced to repeat the course until they passed.
What should I do for my occupation?!?

Try again and....
Cheer up Pal!
yeah i know the fear, u just gotta be long-suffering...beggers cant be choosy so you should be calling everyone back.
interviews are tuff.. trust me i know...a short time ago hang within there..
Call fund EVERYONE who calls you for an interview. You lately haven't found the right one yet. Don't make available up, it's rarely assured for anyone to find a job.
Maybe you dont hold the right qualifications or your simply not right for that particular company. Have you thought of self imployment (window cleaning e.g) or going for an grown education reef to draw from some good recommendation...? good Luck x x
Well you may be answering the give somebody the third degree great and in a professional demeanour and look professional as well, but, what around your experience? For whatever you're applying for, do you hold enough experience for that brief title? Is your character charasmatic? Is your body spoken communication giving the interviewer a wrong impression? There may be plentifully of things, but don't take it too personal...when the right chore comes your way, you'll know!
I infer how you feel. I of late graduated as a Registered Nurse and am have a hard time finding my first errand. Everyone wants someone near "experience". I don't know if I sound approaching an idiot at the interviews or if they've just arranged to hire someone with more experience.
What I am wondering is why you don't send for the people rear legs who are contacting you for an interview?
Is it because you are so anxious?
The same thing happen to me :( I ended up going to a temp agency and they do adjectives the work for you. I felt similar to a loser going to a temp agency, but I ended getting a duty that I really like. You resolve what you want to do as a career and they will authoritarian it down for you.
After interviewing for a position you are really interested in, transport the interviewer a Thank you note. Call pay for a few days later to permit them know you are very interested and look forward to working for their company. Don't over do it though. I work within HR and I receive email after email from a candidate and it can be for a moment annoying.
Don't feel down. There is a great deal of competition out there. Good Luck!
Well let's see... you said, "MOst of the associates who call me for interview I don't phone call them back"...
Maybe if you returned the calls of "most of the relations who call"... Don't ya think that might hold the switch?
You should do some research on the company so when you go to the interview you can ask some question about what they are planning to do contained by the future and after tell them how you see your fitting into what they own planned. If you are only answering their question it does not set you apart from the other applicants. You need to hold a two-way conversation when you are interviewing.
Also, after you have have the interview you should phone them or send a note showing you are still interested and when they will be making the final decision.
Good luck.
Hmmm...some question to ask you: how come you don't call put a bet on the ones that call you? The ones that ring up you sound close to they're interested in you, so those are the empire you should definitely turn after. And if you really want to know what went wrong next to the interviews that you did have, I would suggest calling those interviewers and asking how you could reorganize, so next opportunity, you can do better. But that's trouble-free to say, but complicated to do. The best advice is to not endow with up, keep practicing interviews, amend your skill, and know that you are worthy of getting a good charge. Peace and blessings to you!
Oh, man, I remember how you feel! It can be VERY depressing to obverse so much rejection. Two things really helped me draw from through a similar tough time. First, I got rejected so tons times, it got to be ridiculous! So, I started thinking something like how ridiculous it was, and I made myself titter about it. And, when I be able to chortle about it, it help me to relax and do better in the interviews and made me smaller number afraid to keep applying.
The other entry I did was stir back to some of the inhabitants I interviewed with for job I really wanted. I call them and told I wasn't trying to complain or cause problems for them and that I respected their finding to hire someone else. But, I hoped they would be willing to oblige me by answering a few questions. I told them I really would similar to to be able to receive the particular features of job they have been interviewing for. And, I asked if they would mind reviewing my application and interview to see if they could transmit me what others things I could do better so I could get such a profession in the adjectives. Many employers be willing to discuss these things near me either over the phone or surrounded by person. And, the things I scholarly from them did help me do better until I did get hold of another job.
So, hold trying. They don't call looking for a career "pounding the pavement" for nothing. I've pounded tangible pavement with a sledgehammer formerly. Nothing seems to come up for a long time, until one more whack finally cracks the slab into a bunch of pieces.
Good luck.
Change JOB? Yes or No?
Question:
Guys, I have a brief in aviation. It pays okay. Recently, I had a proposal from a guard to join them. Money is better, though not a significant difference. I used to work for a wall, yes you have benefits, but equally its more like a cut-throat environment...you know. But aviation is a debt intensive industry, probable dismissal etc.
Anyway...Does anybody have an thought on what I should do?

But who said its only bank that's cutthroat.

Go for the job you wallow in most
Forget money.

What would you look forward to doing each sunshine?
And then believe of money, career.
As you own experience at a bank, if you ever get made unemployed from aviation, THEN you could I don`t know go into bank.
Do what makes you joyous. Life is too short to stay in a duty you don't want.

Aviation sounds cooler to chicks. If you still interested within getting laid, stay with Aviation. If you hold a long time girlfriend/wife then jump with the guard.
well do you really want to translate to another job that you hadnt odne even so or wanna to do something else for once and maybe see if you can look for better bright places to get hire and work for the associates you want to make friends next to and willin get extras pay-out by geting pay more next where youre working at . capably i heard that some ppl dont want work one and the same jobs place forever til they appendage up beingin tired or even getting pushing around too much by how their bosses been treating them so much. but if you dont approaching youre job after i think you should presume about it and see if here any other jobs that you can pedal doing and have fun .
The most central choice to make when considering career, is to be doing something which you actually relish and love.
I know one guy who worked 25 years as a city banker. One hours of daylight he gave adjectives this up to work in a forest and look after the trees, birds and animals living near.
And, flapping his hand within the direction of the forest, he declared, "all this is mine".
In the US Constitution is say something about "the pursuit of happiness". Maybe we should do that surrounded by UK.
Can you ask yourself, if you worked for a bank formerly why did you change your work to aviation in the first place. If the answer is money, later you know what to do.

A few years ago there be a big surge on hiring people beside vendor documents. What they found was, similar to yourself, they got ethnic group without much experience. How do you achieve into photojournalism?
Question:
Well the job hunt have stated, I gradated with a amount in History, minor surrounded by Chinese language and psychology. Truthfully I’m a bit lost as to what should I do for a assignment. I’m really interested in traveling around the world and anyone able to speak a prose or 2 more ( I can speak Chinese)
I was thinking going on for trying Photojournalism. Is it possible for me to do something like this next to my degree? I am currently doing a internship at a trade company, but my chief has nil to do with it, and if I want I can stay here after the internships (assuming *** go well)
Plus I live in china, so I guess to could acquire another degree or masters for pretty cheap.
Any planning?
Thanks!!
Answers:
Photojournalists usually work under three heading.
1. Independent
2. Contract.
3. Employee.
As an independent you can work on stories as you like and try to find a marketplace for them. This can be trying to find a publisher who is interested in buying your work after it is finished.
As a contractor, you can find publishers who ask you work on a individual story.
As an employee, your employer will assign you to stories.
China is a pretty hot souk for stories. Find a theme that interests you, lift a million pictures, edit them down to a judicious amount [depending on the market you want to enter], put it surrounded by some kind of proclaim, find a publisher.
How do I bring a full time chore that pays between $15 and $20 per hour?
Question:
What full time jobs pay cheque between $15 and $20 per hour? How easy are they to find?
Answers:
If it your intention is to find an entry level position, that would be pretty tough. You may want to look at working within the housing industry with a contractor, although work contained by that area have declined pretty a bit in days gone by few months.
when someone gives you a response relate me please cause iam looking for one..lol
I'm a college graduate and I don't even hold a job that pays that much. =(
My stepdad is an electrician and he make around $20 an hour (but he's been working contained by that trade for over 30 years...)
In all honesty, I mull over it depends on where you live and what your skills are, as to what job YOU can get that reward between $15 & $20 an hour. A lot of jobs pay packet higher if you own experience.
I know if I lived in big city (or atleast close to one) I could have a living that pays more than I'd make around here.
You better be looking for something besides working for someone else. Have you ever thought of owning your own business. There are several work from home businesses on the trellis these days. The following knit can provide you with the top 3 business. I importantly recommend this site.
http://www.getitheregetitnow.com...
To get a position that pays this much you need experience surrounded by whatever pasture you are trying to get a assignment in. Some administrative horizontal jobs pay packet between $16-$20 but they require you to have at lowest possible 5-7 years experience. Also LPN's and RN's make the upwards of $30-50 an hour. However you hold to take courses and step to school for that.
You will not find an entry even job that pays this. If you do, agree to me know cuz I'll quit my job and stir there! Lolz
You hold to have a point and majored in something specific. Try accounting. i.e. a growing field.Once you finish arts school, then capture a job relating to that pasture like an internship. After you gain adequate experience, then try to find a commission. Good luck.

My assignment is sending out of state for a week of training how much will i want for expenses?
Question:
Im going to new york for 5 night 6 days for a class for work. my boss is paying flight and rooms up front. He told me hes giving me a blank check for food and cab fare. how much is passable to take. serious answers please i want to maintain my job
Answers:
topical york is expensive.100.00 to 150.00 per day for meal etc... and including 50.00 a day for minicab fare.GET RECEIPTS for everything and don't abuse the companies money.don't drink at a dive and risk food poisoning, but don't get a 40.00 breakfast any.just deed as though it's your money you are spending and be as frugal as you normally would.
If you want to devour decently, afterwards figure roughly speaking 25 per meal for yourself. I can't give an account you what to take for minicab fare, but I think a couple hundred for food and hackney carriage fare would be reasonable, if needed, lug some extra of your own cash next to you, keep reciepts and own work reimburse you.
Would say 250-400 depanding on how normally you need to use a Cab and where on earth you plan on eating.
One foremost rule of thumb, get receipts for EVERYTHING so you can backbone up the price of the trip if you need to
How do I take the most out of my HR experience?
Question:
I'm working at a large company as an HR Assistant. I am a contractor and my contract runs out surrounded by October. I don’t know if I will be kept on full time and just want to win as much experience in HR as possible. Basically I want to revise and do more then what I am very soon. Also the Employee Assistance Programme - knowledge almost this programme is quite adjectives (i am not sure if the name is impossible to tell apart in your country) but this programme is designed to assist organization with problems such as domestic, psychological, addiction and any other problems that might affect the body job functions as economically as their overall well human being.
