I believe that they get a flat commission for respectively car they vend (regardless of the car's make, model, or price) and after they get another flat commission if they provide the warranty. Plus, you can get any coup¨¦ that has be in inventory for over a month (or I don`t know it's 3 months) for just a fraction over cost. My numbers might not be spot on because I never worked within, but they're pretty close. I read about them every year when the best companies to work for report is released.

dress nice NO jEANS... nice pant and a button shirt.. cover any tattoos.. always rememeber at an interview to dress professional but not to over dress... compair to how they dress... their gonna ask you question about what you like at past job and what you did not... of course dont influence you hate working beside people. lol... also check out yahoo's mission stuff... they have a schedule of things you should and should not do and a list of things not to speak at the interview.. just remember they want to hear that your responsible and are looking to keep hold of your job... when asked you are lookin towards your adjectives and are looking for a company that will be around and have great trade oppertunities and advancements

A nice suit with tie or you can hold a nice dress shirt, tie and slacks.
The questions depend on the position you are applying for so can't minister to on that without knowing available job position.
Just make sure you relax and look at the panel (some companies enjoy more thatn one person sit surrounded by on the interview) in the eye when answering their question.
