by imperative they are required to give you the money for the time off time they took away from you. Don't take this sitting down!!

Other Answers:
Do your boss, after blackmail him/her
Ask them for the money in return,They cant bear your earned break time however they can take your sick time unless you in actuality get sick!! HOW DO YOU FEEL TODAY........YOU LOOK HORRIBLE,MABY YOU NEED SOME REST!!
that sucks
they hold to pay u ur leave time
Best thing, parley to an Attorney. Your state laws may change, and they usually have free consultations. Your departure, so you have zilch to lose.
It's their perogative to do that. They can take your sick time, they can craft you use your vacation time, but if you don't pocket it most companies do pay you for it. But check your hand handbook to see what their policy is.

How do I carry into solid estate?

Question:I want to learn how to provide real estate and catch a lisence. How do I go give or take a few doing this?

Answers:
do as i say woman!

Other Answers:
You involve to take a authentic estate exam, any real estate agent should be prepared to help you draw from into the business.

First, learn how to spell license! Then, you can contact the Real Estate Board contained by your state and ask where they suggest you give somebody a lift classes to be come an agent. They can tell you what is required, the test, schooling, etc. Good luck. My neice went to the community college and took some classes. Then she be prepared to take the indisputable estate exam. She took it twice, and when she passed was issued a license. It wouldn't hurt to verbalize to a real estate agent within your area though, or email a community college contained by your area. Good luck! I hear the money's great.

I'm gonna simplify it for you, I could be awfully sophisticated in explaining the process but here go;

You will have to clutch a real estate principles course, its a requirement surrounded by order to return with your license, also make sure you dont enjoy a lenghthy criminal record, especially one next to some type of financial fraud. The principles course will run you about 50-100 bucks, after you endorse it and open book exam they will transport you a trancript which you will have to provide beside your real estate license application.

The State indisputable estate exam will run you about $25, once you go past it you will need another $225, to enjoy your license issued.

Now comes the hard section, make sure you bring together a broker who will provide training and support. I would suggest you join and department where nearby is a family atmosphere and not a competitive one. Keep surrounded by mind that its the salespersons activitie that sell a home not the organization or its name.

Learn your script and dialouges and how to handle objection effectively and you will become a succesful realtor. I highly recommend the Mike Ferry System, the average agent sell about 5 homes per year, and Mike Ferry Superstars on average get rid of about 50 homes per year. You wont be capable of afford the Sales System which runs you about $300 per month, and you definately wont be capable of afford the One one One Coaching which runs you at $1000 per month. Take advantage of the free script they provide and use them like if your go counted on it. In a year or 2 you'll be making so much money that with one agreement you will be able to cover the 1 year One on One system.

Good luck,

Hope this help. step carefully here.....it costs like mad of money to get into it and you don't produce much money for several years. If you have someone to support you, it might work, if forget it...do something else. you have to clutch a real estate class, lug the test and post license exams as well....you enjoy to pay amazingly high dues and monthly dues which will cost you over two thousand dollars to start . Realize tht almost 85% of the people who capture a license are out of it in smaller quantity than a year....They don't make the money and they don't procure a regular paycheck. I am a Realtor. ps. if you don't like telemarketing, don't do it....adjectives Realtors must call culture and market themselves to net sales. Companies do not make a contribution you leads, you own to get your own.

How do I write a simple employment contract?

Question:I am going to be a live-in au pair/nanny and need to know how to format a undeveloped employment contract in layman's expressions.

Answers:
What should a contract cover?
Basically, anything and everything related to your nanny's job 鈥?no detail is too small. If you're providing room and board, for example, you may want to repay for the nanny's own phone line, but not for long-distance charges or Internet access. You should also spell out any other benefits, such as holidays, and personal and sick days, although you're not obligated to pay envelope your nanny for these. Doing so is a good view, though 鈥?after all, you kindness these job benefits for yourself, and so will she. Your contract should also hold information about:
o Work hours (for example, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

o Benefits (such as condition insurance, paid holidays, etc.)

o Wages and foot schedule (for example, $ 1,000 on the 1st and 15th of every month)

o Duties (taking your child to and from soccer on Tuesdays and Thursdays, straightening his bedroom, folding his laundry, etc.)

o Special considerations (for example, if you must stay unpaid at work, you'll pay $5 per hour above and beyond your nanny's usual payment, or if she's sick, she must call you by 7:30 a.m.)

o Emergency plans (for example, if something comes up, she should telephone call grandma and drop your child there)

How do I draw up an agreement?
You can write one yourself (try our sample form). Although you may reckon of a contract as a daunting legal document, writing one is pretty straightforward as long as you ruminate through what to include. If you like, you can own a lawyer review it after you've written it.

Make sure both you and the nanny sign and date the contract, and gross copies for each of you. If you enjoy minor changes (for example, instead of culmination her day at 5 p.m., you agree to move it to 6 p.m.), generate sure you both initial the amendments and each bring back a fresh copy.

In fact, you may want to include a clause that requires you and your nanny to revisit the contract on a guaranteed date (a one-year anniversary works well). When that time comes, you or your nanny can amend the agreement as you see fit. Of course, you'll have to rehash the agreement sooner if you have any crucial changes contained by your household, such as a new babe. Better yet, anticipate as lots possible changes as you can and explain surrounded by the original contract how you will pedal them. For example, you could include a clause guaranteeing a pay increase (estimate a percentage increase) for every further child.

How do I make the contract binding?
As next to any employment agreement, a nanny contract is hard to enforce. But beside one in place a smooth relationship is far more imagined because you worked out so many details ahead of time.

Other Answers:
It would be fun to put within a clause that states that if the father -- man of the house -- ever has sexual relations near you, then it is contained that he is proposing for marriage and it is up to you to settle on. And if you decided that you so desire to be his wife than he must proceed beside divorce with the current wife inside 30 days of you making your intentions clear whether in writing or otherwise. You must be married inside 18 months otherwise you are owed 500,000 for breech of contract. (by the way this will never hold up surrounded by the court of law but it would be funny and deter the man of the house to ever come up with of you as a play thing)

Can an employer dock you an extra 15 minutes for individual postponed?

Question:Located in Texas

Answers:
yes. it start to me too.

Other Answers:
Yes, if you havent clocked in later you are 15 mins behind.
if you enjoy to clock in and out i'm sure. but for and you're salary he could to be an a$$. I don`t know you can make it up by coming contained by early in the future or staying after for a bit.
Only if the employer has something against you, otherwise it shouldn't come about.....they should only dock the minutes that you are truly late!!
yeah
Depending on what your "Conditions of Employment" vote, if you're a unionized shop, etc ...

Sure they can. Many places state that after 7 minutes, that quarter of the hour is charged. And if it's a chronic prolem, they can fire you for it, too.
Yes here in Indiana they can. They reward by every 6 min. So if you are 1 min late it cost you6 mins. But 15 min sounds approaching a lot. If you own a union turn to them. If you don't have a grouping your out of luck.
Everywhere I have work the track it went be that if you were up to 7 min. behind time you were not docked. Anything after that up to the 15 you be docked 15 min.
under most state labor law, an employer can only dock you for the time you in truth are late. in that is alot of case canon on workers comp cases on employers who docked workers for coming surrounded by late and the courts ruled it be illegal as it amounts to them stealing as they are getting work for free.

For one thing I would hold to start over at junior level, but also commonly those positions might be for younger people.

Is it key to wear your quill up for a profession interview?

Question:I have shoulder length spike and will be applying for an accounting position. Any other suggestions for professional appearance during a job interview would be appreciated.

Answers:
Wear overcast blue, a suit if you have it.
Don't be tentative, the interviewer is only human, and you can picture him/her within an embarrassing situation if you do bring back uptight, Just don't laugh audibly about it! LOL
Having your spike up is a good view, it makes you look neater.
Put on a fresh facade, and scrub your teeth well (Like I'm sure you would do anyway!) Your smile is one of the first things they will look at, and if it's not "perfect" it might pilfer away the interviewers attention from your skills (they ARE only human you know!)
Good luck getting the position! :-D

Other Answers:
Wear your hair surrounded by a way that compliments your facade.

Dress professionally in a verbs, ironed suit. And be well put together. Avoid carrying a hundred and one things - inevitably, you're sitting down and get hold of up to shake someone's hand while trying to fetch a bunch of stuff and everything goes flying. (Yes, I hold had that start to me.)

The level of formality required surrounded by the suit depends on the company you are applying to. If it is a formal environment, go beside conservative colors. If it's less formal, you can afford to be for a moment more relaxed.

If you have a choice between dressing up or dressing down, dress up. Better to be risk-free than sorry.

Good luck!

I don't think it's prerequisite to wear your hair up as long as the style is becoming to you and it's not within your face. Dress conservatively. No mini skirts. A nice dressy suit. Not abundantly of jewelry. Comfortable heels (shoes). Not too much makeup or perfume.

Question:Is it legal within CA to pay a segment time worker a lower wage than full-time for the same brief?

Answers:
Sure it's done all the time. Part-time workforce don't get like peas in a pod benefits as Full-time employees.

Other Answers:
Yes.

As long as the employer meet the minimum CA state wage requirements.
absolutely. FT force are eligible for benefits, benefits cost money, which comes out of the FT employee's paycheck. So technically, after taxes and the benefits are taken out of the paycheck, it actually turns out to be like peas in a pod amount in most cases. If a FT hand choosed not to sign up for benefits, sure, they'll will have bigger paychecks, but they'll extension up paying an arm and a leg to get their teeth fixed, bring a check-up or a stay at the ER in the hospital, etc. It have its draw backs, but thats the physical world.
