Well, I know from experience that food is other a plus; everyone likes to put away! You are right in excluding alcohol; it have no place at work. I would reccomend staying away from anything that could cause someone to be emberrassed; don't craft people hop or sing or anything like that. Prizes craft people want to come as very well. So, maybe a picnic or scavenger hunt (with unsteadily selected teams) would work. I don't know, these answers might be useless, but it's the first time I hold tried to answer. :)

Well I think from a endorsed stand point, it would affect you. Those racist cooks that you punch out, could press charges, you could go to sentence to prison, have those counts on your journal, and that could very ably affect you in the adjectives getting jobs. Having assult charges, and multiple counts at that, looks really fruitless, and a lot of companies wont hire youwith that on your journal, even with a college point. It depends what other industry you were going to. And also the untried industry you are going into probably wont even look at your old status unless you choose to include it. With the college schooling, it could just be considered as a point of the past and you could probably explain it if anyone be to ask why you did something.

Send a copy of that letter to the temp agency beside a cover letter explaining that you realize how grave a mistake you made, apologize for any confusion that you caused them and explain that you would close to a second chance. Let them know that although you realize that they hold no reason to trust you that you will be a model temp regardless of the assignment. If you worked near this temp agency long enough to build up any honest marks it might not hurt to point out that while your error be great that you do have the track register indicating that you can do a good employment.

If they reject this approach then you enjoy learned a lesson within humility and will have to find a bright agency where you do not repeat that error.

Some people will voice to ALWAYS wear a suit, but you run the risk of coming off as stuffy when you interview at a offhand company in a suit. You other want to dress one level above the standard dress code. I would recommend a shirt tie and sport coat at the minimum because you are trying to impress them. I don't expect you can really be overdressed for a job interview but within are plenty of jobs that no suit would be required for.
