Boy do I hate these question. There's always at tiniest one dumb question close to "Give me your proudest moment at your last job" or "Name a time you engender a big decision that effect your company" I never know what to say during these questons, because I once in a blue moon have to net any big decisions at my job. I'm just a dude trying to obtain my work done so I can go home. That interrogate would be useful for a direction type of job, but I've be asked that for driving jobs and I enjoy to make up some corny answer that sounds dumb. How do you guys come up next to good answer on the spot. The other question I can prepare for, but the "give me an example" type of question you really can't. hmmm

Go over your resume & remind yourself.
What they are looking for is "real life" examples - they are sometime considered to be the best predictor of your adjectives behavior.
Review & remind yourself. Perhaps even note things on your resume for yourself to trigger these stories. Make sure they answer the give somebody the third degree and are positive.
It is more diffcult to "prepare" for these, but not impossible!
"Give me an example of a time you made a decision and something didn't turn out right"
You want to explain what when wrong, why it go wrong, what you did to fix it, and how you learned from this and be able to avoid it surrounded by the future.

We have a exceedingly controlling and bossy office boss who if it is HER idea, it is adjectives good; but if someone else have it than she ignores it but will present that notion someone else talked to her almost to the "boss" and then get all the credit for it! And as for background checks, are you positive that they are looking at your credit history? Or are they possibly looking to see if you hold any criminal background? Remember they requirement your consent to check your credit.
