In file bankruptsy through a paralegal...how can one maintain their vehicle?
Question:
I have to database bankruptsy very soon, but I want to know if in attendance is any way I can save my car..I enjoy never missed any payments on it
Answers:
Bankruptcy laws hold changed drastically over the past couple years, but typically:
You will not lose your home or saloon during your bankruptcy valise as long as your equity in the property is fully exempt. Even if your property is not fully exempt you may still be capable of keep your property by file a chapter 13 bankruptcy instead of a chapter 7 ruin. In a chapter 13 plan you will be required to pay at most minuscule the equivalent of the non-exempt equity you have surrounded by your home or car and any amount you are astern on your home or car loan over the course of the three to five plan. You also will be required to verbs making the regular monthly payments.
Also, I would urge you to hire a bankruptcy attorney, not basically a paralegal.
*I have be a paralegal for the past 7 years.
Edited:
If you enjoy to appear in court (bankruptcy is a federal court proceeding) later you will need counsel to represent you. Paralegals cannot represent you within court.
sign reaffirmation paper on it and maintain payments current
First...its bankruptcy.
Second, you shouldn't hold a paralegal do the paperwork. See a bankruptcy attorney as the paralegal can't represent you in dealing beside creditors or the court.
Third, the car shouldn't be a problem. Your lender doesn't want the saloon and will be happy to sign a recission/reaffirmation agreement, which surrounded by simple English means you hold the motor out of the debts you want to discharge. Keep making the payments and you'll be fine-but any equity in the vehicle must come under one of your asset exemptions.
Fourth, current statute requires you to attend financial counseling before you report. If you didn't know these things your paralegal isn't very virtuous. Get a lawyer to do this.
Generally, a motor does not have satisfactory equity to be worth it for the trustee to sell it. The just exception I saw was a newish Mercedes-Benz.
I also agree that you are better sour with a ruin attorney, but you may be able to find one beside a good paralegal who can do most of the work underneath her supervision. Be careful to shift to a specialist though because bankruptcy is a inventive field of regulation and an incompetant attorney will really make the ordeal more difficult.
How can you obtain a Good paying commission in need any college level. I cant give the impression of being to find a better living?

Try and find a job that doesn't own a degree associated beside it.
U can do this online jobs from ur home or from department and Also u can do this from cybercafe(browsing centre)....
In this job at hand is no limited earnings(say salary), but from this commission u can earn unlimited because this gives the commisions for ur work...
i can disregard you that u can earn 1000$-2500$ for a week by spending one hour time/day.the earnings may increase next to increase in ur time within this job ..
markedly u will earn more than the other ways.......

You learn what you stipulation to do the job using inexpensive methods approaching buying the books at a bookstore and afterwards applying for the job and fabricate your educational credits. I did and I earn upwards of $75,000 and had an 8 year work in corporate America. Now I'm setup to do anything I want. Who wants to pay some dumb loser university for what you can learn for $49.95?
There is no unforced quick course to a good commission, employers payment for training and education. Fabricating lies on a resume will eventually gain you fired and the "work from home on the internet" deal other seems to require that YOU first repay THEM. So get some vo-tech training or turn to college if you want to get ahead, miserably there are no short cuts.
I enjoy to answer the previous response. Not be rude but, you can cheat or lie on a resume. Go ahead do anything you need to do to obtain a good paying commission. Sure the company may find out and not hire you. Their always is one that won't check! I'm not truism it is the best thing to do but, you own to do what you have to do to go and get what you want. I have a college point with honors. Some of my friends only just made it through high institution and are making from double to five times as me. College is great to have but, you do not stipulation it to make money. Start a small business or gain a sales opening if like that sort of point. However, some jobs require college such as outstandingly technical positions. If you resembling those types of jobs you will probably enjoy to go to college.
If you are the handy type, you could try getting into a construction/electrician apprenticeship. They will school you and pay you while you revise. Many colleges also have tag programs. They are usually about a year, sometimes smaller quantity. It gives you the courses you involve for the job in need all the BS English, history...etc.
How to correctly quit a brief you individual worked at for sooner or later?? ( it is not that fab. of a charge at TJMAXX)?

Be honest by letting them know that you don't surface that the store is the right place for you. Thank them for the opportunity (never burn bridges). You don't need to complain or contribute them details of why it is not right, you just call for to let them know it is not right for you right in a minute.
Just tell them that after your first daylight you realized the living is not something that interests you.
Oh and tell them to appropriate the job and shove it.
Just make clear to them that this position isn't a fit for you & get out.
Don't verbs too much - retail has HUGE turnover, they won't be that surprised!
Just relay them it is not working out and thank you for the opportunity.
purely explain to yr supervisor or manager or whoever that u report to that u hold found another job that offer better prospects and u have to verbs.thank them for their time n ciao!
After a couple days of not showing up I'm sure they will pick up on it just delete them from your account when filling out adjectives job apps.
only just dont go backbone, dont ansure thier calls, and hold on to away from the store
Well tell them the profession sucks and you quit
Go speak with corporate HR by phone. My guess is they would similar to to know about a morale problem. They can 'accept' your resignation. Email the CEO - they want to know these things.
I used to work at TJMaxx when I be in soaring school. Yeah, they definently treated me similar to crap. My advice would be, dont verbs about this at adjectives! Just tell them you enjoy another job and that you wont own time to work hre anymore. Say that things have changed since you have accepted this position. Its really not a big business deal...they're used to having society come n' go. Just do what's within your best interest! :o)

Would you try for this chore?
Question:
I am 20 and currently doing part-time work as a telemarketer for my university during the summer.
My voluble teacher offered me an opportunity to sing Soprano 1 at a church. You sing twice a afternoon on Sundays and the pay is supposedly pretty polite. However the church is located 45 minutes drive from my location. I don't have a saloon, and I'm not sure how long it takes by bus.
Would you try for this singing commission or just forget it because of the transportation problem?
( I don't live next to my parents either, so I can't ask them to drive.)
Answers:
no
Depends on how much they wages. Just because the pay is devout doesnt mean that it is great. It sounds resembling a good livelihood to do but a 45 minute commute with no sports car can be stressful.
Singing beats telemarketing surrounded by my book! Go for it!
leave in the region of an hour or so early and see how long it take the bus to get at hand then generate your decision on whether you want to stir through with it or not
Why can't the educationalist (if it is their church), carpool you, or arrange for someone to do that. That makes far more sense to me than you putting out for transportation costs. Also, busses run on shorter schedule on the weekends, if at all.
in good health, most churches have a van or bus which is free, so see if you can procure close enough for someone to pick you up or explain it to your lecturer maybe here is someone in your subsequent of the woods.
good luck
Really very soon, if u need the money u;ll move about for it. Its an easy living after all and beside that its once a week and on Sunday so u can pilfer a walk or find out how u can grasp there. Try to do something abt it. Is not such big of a promise. And beside that i;m sorry to tell u but putting a press like that it make u look like a indolent person.
Well,1st I would find out what the actual retribution is and what the cost for the bus ride will be.. if you like this duty, and the money is right---- I think it is worth at least possible giving it a try.
Find out how much you will get rewarded, how long it will take you to receive there. If you are still interested, later give singing a try. If things do not work out for you, you can other go vertebrae doing telemarketing.
Good Luck!

I want to be retired.
I'm 23 years old. I tied the navy for college and I will be getting out contained by a year. No clue on what to major contained by. I just can't picture myself surrounded by any job and anyone happy beside it.
i'm still trying to decide and i'm 32
ME! Haha to Tigglys. I read an interview beside an actor who said he required to be an airplane when he grew up. ; D
Tigglys is also right in the certainty that people switch careers up to four times by the time they're 30. (Or so I read.)
A friend of mine and I discussed this a few days ago. A big difference between our parents and this equals is the fact that we look to find fulfilling work whereas they saw it simply as a job. Loyalty to the company be good--but nowadays it lead to outsourcing, early retirement, and things close to Enron.
Not to say that a employment is a job and that you shouldn't be loyal and stay near a place that you like--it's just that finding out what you want to be is closely different today. Good luck!
Is becoming a bartender a great art choice?
Question:
i posted a question around how to tell my parents i don't want to attend college anymore a while final. do u think if i explain to them they would support me going to bartending school and become a bartender full time? they kno i soak up it, i've mixxed drinks before at nearest and dearest functinons lol. how should i approach them?
only literary answers PLEASE!
Answers:
Bartending a nice "side-career" or gig, it offer quick money if you obligation it but offers controlled growth..
It's not the best lifestyle job, your foremost hours are usually in the evening and on weekends. Your're working while everyone else is relaxing.. You entail to have right social skills and in a hectic tavern, there's little time for chit chat..
The pay is minimal and most of your income is via tips. In a massive bar tips are adjectives pooled together and then separated at the train of the night, so no issue how big a tip you get , you involve to share it with everyone.
Here's a authentic simple answer to your question, give somebody a lift a part-time bar-tending see and see how you like it.. Many busy establishments usually enjoy the need for a weekend slab tender..
Good luck
Honestly, I don't think it's a great work choice, personally. You can manufacture a great deal of money as a bartender and I've particular many bartenders who made far more money than I be paid. I'd just enjoy a hard time axiom that you should stop attending college to become a bartender. How far along in college are you currently? A college scope is just a great point to "fall stern on" and opens like mad of doors for you in the employment world. If you are really set on becoming a bartender, there's probably other going to be a market for you (hopefully, you'll be within non-smoking bars, as form testing for bartenders/staff surrounded by smoking bars be awful in vocabulary of lungs) and if you get into the right places, you can really engineer it pretty "big time" as a bartender.
well, it is a work choice but as far as advancement it may be limited. But I've other told my kids that if you like something stick next to it and don't give up. So approaching your parents, I would purely be honest about the in one piece thing... if you still draw from you need college try pursuing a hospitality type scope with beat on food and beverage...
Good luck!
No, it offers thoroughly limited opportunity and your pay is pretty much like peas in a pod whereas other jobs may enjoy pay increases. I'd really only just stick with college because within the long-run it will definitely reimburse off. And if it make you feel better, of late think roughly speaking those doctors who had to shift through 10 years of schooling!
the guy from superman returns was a bartender
Stay surrounded by college, you know you need to finish so you can gain a real obedient paying job. After you finish college you will be making obedient money and will be able to buy nice things and live well-mannered. Marry a good girl and hold a happy enthusiasm, if you bar-tend you could end up close to my brother(a bartender) divorced paying child support and marring 4 more times to women that all drink (because of where on earth he meet them) and have 5 or 6 kids that took all his free time and he couldn't spend any time beside his own 2 boys. Think about it.
if thats going to carry the bills paid step for it

Patent Attorneys surrounded by Demand?
Question:
Recently, I have read several articles screaming the shortage of "qualified" patent attorneys and that in attendance is a shortage of "talent" in this nouns. Now, I understand the "language" of recruiting/staffing and am wondering if this so-called "shortage" is legitimate OR, like other so-called "emergency driven" phenomena in canon firm hiring just reflect the current attitude of the legal community--that near are 2 types of attorneys: (1) acceptable beside proper pedigree that tends to favor privilege over adjectives else, as it ignores that some greatly intelligent students may opt for a more economical approach to legal training as opposed to merely looking up the hottest rankings; and (2) UNACCEPTABLE as not having the blessed five-points on the star, adjectives of which tend to reflect fitting class variables. I ask this because there are countless unwaged but FULLY LICENSED patent attorneys surrounded by my network of colleagues. Where are they? With the other UNACCEPTABLE but knowledgeable attorneys--in doc review pits.
Answers:
The term "shortage" is sort of a misnomer. Think more surrounded by terms of "fit." Patent attorneys are not one-size-fits-all.
Generally, employer hire patent attorneys for BOTH their hi-tech and legal skills. That is, a polite hire must have both an APPROPRIATE lawful and technical surroundings. For example, patent prosecutors who are skilled surrounded by negotiating beside patent examiners in relation to highly hi-tech subject matters at the official document office may not build good litigators who must present evidence contained by a straightforward manner to a mechanically unsophisticated jury in court. Similarly, a rights attorney who is a skilled electrical engineer may not own the education and training to do biotech work near competency.
As to the "prestige" thing, reputation should issue. All else aside, wouldn't you question the acumen of someone who would choose No-name University over Harvard for the same price?
Turning to the issue of doc review pits, it nouns like you are working within a patent litigation firm. In my humble belief, law firms operate essentially like adjectives other businesses. All businesses base their hiring decision primarily on only one all-important criterion--whether a potential up to date hire has appropriate skills and temperament to form money for the business. Prestige is at least somewhat correlated to money.
What do you consider a "fully licensed exclusive rights attorney" ? Just someone with a statute degree ? Most exclusive rights attorney firms (at least the reputable ones) want attorneys near an engineering discipline.
My son, who happens to be a government grant attorney, graduated near a degree contained by electrical engineering, and then continued on for his tenet degree. He be hired during the summer of his second year law academy internship.
Ummm...no, it had nought to do with 'class variables', since he does not hold a five point star. And no, his parents are not named Kennedy, Hilton, or Vanderbilt any.
Yes, they are in emergency, but they are in production too. They hold to work really hard and read a great deal. It is a challange, but they get reward very perfect.

About twice as much as a highschool diploma, and roughly 4 times more than a high institution drop out..
No different than someone with a high-ranking school diploma within my opinion.
You hold to have a Master's or Doctorate now to get a fully clad job. I know tons of populace who are college graduates, lone holding a B.A., and work at McDonald's.
Depends on what the career is that the are contained by. It varies deeply. It's definitely instrument more than a non college graduate!
Depends on country currency.
What hours should I work on Saturday?
Question:
We have a mandatory work afternoon on Saturday, but I'm not sure what hours I should work.
I am thinking of doing 5 hours between 9am and 9pm. What would you pick? Morning, afternoon, or night?
Answers:
Depends on your social duration. Do you normally shift out on Friday nights? Maybe the mornings may not be a honourable idea especially if you participant. If this is the case I would pick the afternoon. However, if you run it easy on Friday I would plainly do Saturday morning so it would leave me near the entire early afternoon and Saturday dark to do whatever I want especially during the summer months.
The numbers of hours u should work would depend on ur weekend activities/schedule at home next to your family or friend. u could use ur morning to relax / shopping after Fridays work while afternoon could be for visiting/recreation. Look at ur agenda and choose which is appropriate.
Morning so I can get it over next to
I call after one week of second interview and no response?
Question:
I got the HR voicemail and disappeared a message about study the decision of the interview. I enjoy not got a response even so. Its been 6 days.
Answers:
Sometimes it lately takes time. Keep calling and agree to them know you are interested.
Good luck!
call them final. they owe you some sort of response after a 2nd interview.
You should have ask during the interview what the test process was and how long you should expect to keep on for a final decision.
Your employer should be responsible ample to return your phone calls, the best article to do now is dawdle a little more... if you still don't hear from them consequently they're not worth your time
I'd call once again and politely ask the status of the position. Assuming they're interviewing others, they may still be interviewing and that's why you haven't hear of a decision. But don't pin adjectives your hopes on the job - keep hold of looking until you have an propose to accept.
Good luck!
I would bid again and don't leave a message. Keep on calling until you make the person you would resembling to speak to. I would phrase it as wanting to "learn the verdict of the interview." You want to seem grateful but not pushy. Tell them that you looked-for to call to thankfulness them for the opportunity and see if they needed any other information from you as they made their decisions.
Bitchy working environment..I am really struggling at work lately since my dept and another dept be put..?
Question:
into the same department due to redundancies. Up until 3 months ago I shared an office next to one other guy. Then there be redundancies in the accounts dept, so they arranged to put the three remaining accounts staff into the sales department. I now share the organization with three of the most bitchy, shallow and vain women that I've ever met (I am also female). They are adjectives slim (two are UK size 8 and one is a size 10) but they are constantly going on about how podginess they are and what new diet they're on this week. They ***** something like each other the minute one of them leaves the room, which make me wonder what they say almost me when I'm not there? Everything is a competition, who's get the biggest house, the richest husband, the newest sports car etc. These are all married women surrounded by their thirties (I am 25). The atmosphere is getting me down-I don't want to leave but I'm starting to dread coming to work every light of day. What would you do - I don't like confrontation so I haven't told any of them how I quality?
Answers:
I've been where on earth you are. And, my suggestion is that you keep doing your work the best you can and inaugurate an immediate opportunity search. If these women are as competitive as you state, it won't be for too long when they will turn against you the minute a career competition comes up. All women are not mean. This could hold happened if near were men...I've see men also compete against each other near "I drive a BMW vs. whatever the other guy has". The consolidation of the department have probably made them even more edgy. But, if you know they are not supportive work mates, at hand may be a saboteur hissing around in that snake pit of yours. And, the mere reality that you are not the confrontational type makes you ripe for an attack (maybe they suggest you don't have the ball to fight back). Like I said...read the writing on the wall...procure out and find somewhere else to work. Listen to your intuition...your gut...if you don't feel comfortable and wonder what they are wise saying behind your vertebrae, you may be right.
This is tough. I am 25 also and have other encountered this where I have worked. The best article to do is to keep your manager down and get on next to your work. Don't feel tempt to engage within their conversation - it will do more harm than obedient! Trust me, I have be there frequently! Unfortuntely women are the worst relations to work with, as they are so bitchy (even more or less the people they are "mates" next to!). Finally, I wouldn't worry in the region of people may influence about you when you are not around - given what tese race are like, dos their inference really matter to you?
I of late got involved near a great company. The company is rock-solid.

basically smile because you know your better than them.
just consent to them get on near it
Unfortunately, you will find this everywhere there are women working. Just do you mission. I know its hard when you are childish to deal next to these bitches, but hang within there. Here are a few suggestions:
Remember it will receive worse before it get better, but when one leaves and the other starts bad mouthing her, right to be heard "You know, I hope you don't talk almost me when I'm not in the room."
Also, its funny they would speak about how rich their husbands are because the husbands are conspicuously not rich enough for any of them to stay home. That is probably why they are bitchy anyway.
well, they probably don't hold time at home to talk too busy making sure the home enthusiasm is nothing short of a miracle. any course I would recommend that you either wear ear plugs or narrate them to be quiet... (or bring contained by a radio -with the boss' permission of course)
Good luck!
I find it slightly licentious that people are downing women here. Especially, women who knock other women. Talk going on for unattractive and catty. If you aren't a part of a set of the solution, you are a part of the problem. I am a woman, and I own worked in this environment lately about everywhere I own been. I can communicate you right now that it is not freshly women that do it.
As for the actual problem, do not engage surrounded by their gossip. It is a poison for a workplace, and it will eventually shut in up to a them. Bosses see this behavior, and usually value the ancestors that don't join their joke. If they try to suck you into joining a conversation, tell them that you are not interested within talking around people down their backs.
Unfortunately, you can not stop them from complaining, but I can guarantee that if you enunciate you don't want to join within on the gossip, you won't enjoy to hear very much of the complaining anymore. They will discern leary of talking trash within your presence. I believe you will have to confront the situation one time, otherwise you will own to endure it. No natural way out on this one.
turn lemons into lemonade, constantly compliment them. If they insult respectively other, say things close to well I considerate of like that soul. Accountants are a weird bunch of associates. you need to gain Fish, it is a book about the work environment. It includes Attitudes. Always hold a great one. Attitudes can be contagious so don't catch theirs, consent to them catch yours. Always remember missery loves company. So don't slump for it. I was within a work invironment where everone be at odds near eat other and they be just plan rude to me for no grounds. I made a consious desicion to be a positive person, I would wander into the building and say hi near a big smile on my face to the end person who said something horrible to me. I would ask how they be doing and if their children/husband were fine, affix some small talk if nessasary, ext... One daylight one of the girls who was my equal told me, "they ruminate you are a little nuts". I told her I don't aid because I choose to make my work environment a right one. And even though I couldn't change everyone, I did generate it a much better environment for my self and a few others. Some times it takes a while, but nil worth having is unforced. You can do it.
And neve tell them roughly their own negativity, that will cause deeper problems and consequently they might go to the boss in the order of you and make you look doomed to failure, You just hold on to being positive.
I plug my receiver into the computer and pretend that I am listening to music. I obtain this annoying voiced creature that starts every morning with some asinine comment.
I hear you sister.

Has anyone else have "Primerica Financial" bugging them closely?
Question:
I have profusely of Resumes posted online at various places...and different those from "Primerica Financial, a member of CitiGroup" keep hold of calling me. It's always for alike old lame position, simply different people calling. They are roughly looking for someone to "work with them" as primarily some kind of business partner, and to dance around and "teach family about money". The same lame refrain of, "Your name come across my desk as a possible fit for my company" is used time and time again. Since my Resumes are linked to my cell phone, I find this heavily annoying. But they, logically, call from different phone numbers at different times. I've told them I'm not interested, and they hold on to calling anyway. Just wondering if anyone else has have this stupid company calling them? It's very annoying...they come across to be more of a telephone solicitor than an employer, because they never procure the message to STOP.
Answers:
Under Compliance Advertising Handbook Section 4.11: Primerica prohibits representatives to use resume database to recruit associates. A representative can call you if you give them your resume directly (by hand, by email, or fax), but if they lately download it off the trellis or see it on the web, they can not contact you.
What you can do is put your pet name on the national "Do not call list" and if your state have it, the state's "Do not call list" as ably. All representatives are to check this list when they are calling a stranger. When the subsequent representative does call you, you take his/her name and number and detail him/her to put your name on the company's "Do Not Call List." This should prevent representatives from calling you. If a representative still call you after all this, you own the right to file a complaint against him/her. (NOTE: If you enjoy a friend or family bough in the business, the Do Not Call inventory does apply to them since you know them.)
You have to know that adjectives representatives are independent agents. New agents will not know all the rules, regulations, and law, so I only expect mistakes to be made from them. For elder agents that been within the company more than a year, I expect them to know what is right thing to do and what is wrong piece to do. Primerica holds annual compliance meeting every year to relieve representatives understand the rules and regulations and updated federal law. Primerica is not the only financial company that have to hold this meeting. All financial companies that deal with investments have to hold this meeting once a year. Its required by the federal system to protect consumers and employees.
Anyway, Primerica is not a scam. I own a state life insurance and mortgage license within several states and federal securities license to do business. If the company was a scam, the organization will not issue licenses to the representatives. If a representative does not act in accordance with the law and company's rules, he/she will be terminated. Depending on how serious the situation is, the representative may hold to pay fines for breaking state and federal law.
Bleh, primerica is a freakin' scam.
I knew two folks who went through a Primerica training session.
What a scam. If they verbs to call you and stress out you, then contact your cell provider and permit them know that Primerica is calling you and harassing you. Hopefully they can pull the phone call log and alert them that you don't want their calls.
Though I am not related to Primamerica I can assure you it is not a scam. I did have someone try to sign me up and try to conscript me, but I was already surrounded by a networking businesses. I did report to them I was not interested. They will phone from time to time to see if I changed my mind and I asked not to call final and they did not. If companies see you have a obedient sales environment, then they do try to find you aboard. I try to get associates aboard my company, but if I get one no, I agree to them go. I hold on to them on file, but I do not harrass. Our company teach us to move on to the subsequent person. You should appointment Primamerica and let them know this is stirring because it may not be allowed.
