I already applied at Spring ISD, as a paraprofessional, but I really want to work at an specific college because I live just subsequent to it. Should I go to the brief fair anyway?

Here are my view on your questions.
=> Should I dress professionaly ?
I would speak "YES". It does not matter what type of workers/job is posted. We own to show our professionalism in adjectives respects (Speaking, attitude, Dress code etc.,).
Well Dressed means/shows:
=> Interest and seriousness towards the job.
=> Gets the Good Impression from the Interview Panel
=> Gets you a "Special Dignity" among others.
=> Most of the time the Interview panel silently observe the dress code of the people who have come for interview and this would carry some secondary points too! which helps you within getting the job efficiently!!
Regarding the type of the dress code, I would suggest any one of the following.
Standard one: Black Pant/ Skirt, with white shirt
Else : Plain shirt and fitting Pant/Skirt (should be OK).
=> Please do not wear anything very dim in colour.
=> Please do not wear casuals. (Jeans, T-Shirts etc.,)
=>Second Question: Attending the Job Fair ?
Yes. Please attend the Job event even though you have applied for other companies. Attending the Job generous will give you
=> Good amount of theory on the other company's requirement => Current Industry Skillsets requirements.
=> You will get the New Companies information surrounded by your city / state & their job opening.
=> Attractive Job openings inventory etc.,
If possible, please prepare for the online interview/tests to job honourable because there are some companies which give you online tests and recruits promptly on the spot.
If it is better than your current job give (Spring ISD) you can always opt for that.

dress purely a bit nicer than if you were going into work for that employment. So if your driving bus, and you would were jeans and tshirt, where on earth slacks and blouse for job honourable.

Call your local Chamber of Commerce, or if there's a city website, there's usually an employment or job connection.
I don't know if you are in the US, but most cities enjoy an "Office of Employment" or "Office of Workforce Development". It may be called something slightly different contained by your city.

Well, I have what we phone up the "request off calendar", to button these types of problems. Everyone just initials the date they need or want rotten, within root, and I work the schedules around this. As long as you are not asking to be bad every weekend your boss should be able to accomodate your entail for an occasional one off. Just trademark sure you give him plenty of concentration that you need now off. Do not lounge to him, and say a nuptials or anything he can check on. This can get you fired. Just speak you need this weekend bad.

describe them a certain weekend you are contained by a wedding out of town...and after you'll at least receive a whole weekend stale.
How about you grow up and achieve a work ethic. A little responsibility and hard work will lug you places. Thinking of ways to hurt your employer by not committing to the job isn't the best bearing to build your future.
