I know surrounded by California you have to get hold of a work permit. don't endow with up after one day. depends on what you are into. You could other make up some flyers and proposal babysitting, dog walking, pet sitting, ...but dont give up when they interview you voice they wouldnt be disappointed if they hired you.

How do I become a Housekeeper or Chamber Maid?
Question:
I have worked within an office for 9 years and immediately would like a craft change. I would approaching to work as a housekeeper or as a Chamber Maid in a hotel. I am practised of the skills but have no previous training within this area or reference to support me yet - one and only my office related work - how do I train or attain a job to start me on this trade path? I hold looked on places like gumtree but adjectives applicants need largely at least 2 refs surrounded by this line of work or experience...but how do you start out?! Please support! Thanks!
Answers:
Apply directly to the hotels of your choice. Be honest, and say you haven't experience within this field of work, but can provide reference. You'd have to be prepared to train lower than an experienced operative. A housekeepers job does require experience, so you'd enjoy to work your way up to that position.

Chambermaids are overworked and underpaid . Set your sights higher don't own anything to do with catering or Hotels its a deceased end Shite hole

Brown Eyes, stick to what you know. Hotel and hospitality work isn't all it's cracked up to be. Long hours and low money. My hubby was a chef contained by his local hotel. He would have stayed within if it wasn't for the lousy pay! But next, he wouldn't have met me!
I'd recommend getting married - you achieve paid slightly smaller number but with any luck he may nurture you and give you a bit of spending money respectively week.
In all seriousness, if you want a craft change, look to something next to longer term possibilities - how just about something in the environmental or ecology field? You may be able to utilitse your department skills to get you started within the industry, and move on from at hand.
What is the best route to quit my opening?

This is my second job and i hold barely worked at Vons for 2 weeks. Technically they still influence i'm on probation. So i'm not sure what i should do because i want to quit. i don't like it adjectives infact i dread going there everyday. i'm usually not similar to this to quit (so easily) but i talked to my parents and my brother and they say aloud since im young and wretched with my situation at work after i should just quit. i a short time ago don't know what to say when i administer my 2 weeks notice. i quality so bad because i haven't worked within all that long. should i only just say its for personal reason and that is packed up out for me? i just don't want them to ask any question because its quite tough for me to explain that it makes me terrible.

Just say what you purely said. That you made a mistake in applying for the opening and it is not working out for you. They will recognize.

why don't you like your situation, i guess it doesn't really matter when it comes down to it, although from experience adjectives jobs eventually suck. contained by my opinion the best point you can do is just hand over your 2 weeks notice and merely look for anonther job until later, i wouldn't lie to your current available job because if they decide to beckon they're gonna ask why did you quit, then it's in recent times gonna be a whole nother mess adjectives together it's only your second living, you'll probably have a 100 more so don't trip out more or less it, if you're unhappy try to find something you are joyful with. btw i've worked food service back it blows, maybe you should try and work retail or sale, good luck.
I can see that you enjoy no more interest in your available job. You want the job but they verbs you down. You have your own personnel hon our. Once they look down upon you, you lost your dignity. Send them 24 hour mind of resignation and see their reaction. Save guard your dignity and you hon our.

Sorry you are dealing beside this. I can tell you that I stayed at a duty for 6 years and 5 years and 6 months of it was pure hell. Your inner voice is usually correct. Inside you purely know it's time to go. I have a new child at the time and couldn't see straight and I suffered for staying at that crazy charge in the downfall. RUN RUN RUN and seek your bliss. FOLLOW YOUR BLISS and bliss will somehow find you. In the meantime start building assets that hold spitting off currency whether you are working or not. Try a different industry or type of job inside the industry that you are in.

the best way to quit a career thats not right for u or any other problem like u dont resembling the ppl. is do something really big , u know like something that will not single hurt the company but like u know and be paid sure it dosent all come outta u and later u go to that bossy ***** and transmit him/her ...i quit...but make sure u say-so it before they fire ur *** loool latter babe...good luck
