Primerica Versus World Financial Group?
Question:
2 of my friends from each company are trying to conscript me. Give me your best input if you are from either company. Please, current agents of respectively company only.. impart me details! products, compensation, room for growth. Let the battle of the Financial gurus commence! And, oh, no blood and gore, just be professional! Thanks!
Answers:
I agree that you involve to take a look at both companies to see what respectively has to donate. I've personally be involved with both, so I own a perspective from both angles. I would start this response, however, by saying the single similarity between the two is that they both deal contained by finance. Otherwise they're highly, very different organization.
Primerica is a fine company. They're backed by Citi, and are presently attached to SolomonSmithBarney as well. The Primerica philosophy in the region of how a family should be taken charge of, however, is rather set. Speak with any Primerica agent and you'll be told you should buy residence life insurance and invest contained by mutual funds with the money you squirrel away by not putting permanent insurance within place.
Ultimately, the philosophy is to avoid mixing your insurance and investments in one product, and regularly you're told that when your term insurance expires, you can simply provide off some of your mutual funds to "gross back" the premiums you paid for the residence insurance over the years.
What families are repeatedly not told, however, is that there are numerous levy consequences behind the proposition - both income and capital gain tax issues that the family are not appropriately prepared to deal next to.
Curiously, most Primerica agents will also tell you they flatly veto to sell anything bar term insurance, even if a clan specifically tells them they want unbreakable insurance that will last until the pause of their lives. I was told that if a home wanted anything except term insurance, and looked-for to learn how to liberate or invest money in a vehicle that would subsequently yield tax-free income results, that family circle could not be my client, plain and simple. In that regard you obligation to decide whether you agree next to providing only really simplistic options to your potential clients.
Regarding the compensation structure, the more rapidly answer makes clear what Primerica mostly pays. If an average term policy (which is Primerica's focus) pays $1,000 contained by total commission, and a new agent make 25%, then the average payout on a transaction is $250.
World Financial Group have a starkly different pay structure. The average total commission on a energy policy (since that's Primerica's focus) sold by a World Financial Group representative is $3,000. A World Financial Group rep also begins at 25%, goal the commission is $750 rather than $250.
Additionally, World Financial Group offer a far larger listing of products and services to its clients. This method two things to me:
First, a World Financial Group rep doesn't ever sit down with a ethnic group with an agenda contained by mind - he or she doesn't need to build one product or service fit for everyone. If it's term insurance the family circle wants, a World Finanicial Group rep have 200 insurance carriers to choose from, and can provide the residence insurance. A Primerica agent has one shipper to go beside.
If it's something else the client wants (a mortgage, brass value duration insurance, a 401(k) plan, educational planning, stock investment, mutual funds, etc.), the World Financial Group rep can not singular provide all of that from one or more of several thousand different providers, but can also cause a commission on all of it. This can tight-fisted several thousand dollars in commission to a World Financial Group associate on a single family's financial plan.
This brings me to a final point, and specifically licensing. World Financial Group have a large resource available for both duration and securities licensing. At Primerica, the average agent is not strongly provoked to pursue a securities license. Lack of that license means smaller amount commission, and I found that most Primerica agents are only prepared to get rid of the term insurance, and later refer the mutual fund transaction on to someone else.
In the end, you stipulation to decide which philosophy and which compensation structure is right for you, and where on earth you'll be able to build faster and stronger.
In closing, the following are a quantity of general differences from the agent's and client's point of picture:
1. WFG term insurance prices tend to be smaller quantity than Primerica prices because WFG deals beside so many carrier, and Primerica doesn't;
2. WFG has a system within place to provide estate planning services to clients through varies estate planning attorneys - Primerica doesn't;
3. WFG can set aside long term attention insurance through varied carrier, Primerica can't;
4. WFG can offer financial planning through sundry carriers respecting business and other requirements (i.e. 419 plans, etc.), Primerica can't;
5. Typically, it takes Primerica agents longer on average to accomplish a vested position in the company (the RVP level), whereas WFG agents typically arrive at a vested position (the QMD level) in a shorter amount of time;
6. Recruiting surrounded by Primerica is really rather mandatory if you want your business to do capably, and with WFG, recruit is rather suggested;
7. WFG offers its representatives renewal commissions on several products offered by outside providers, and Primerica agents do not receive the same types of renewal commissions;
8. WFG offer securities product trail commissions to its agents on an average 1% commission on money under organization. Primerica's agents typically receive something closer to .0075%.
9. WFG agents can offer their clients property and casualty insurance through approximately 75 miscellaneous carriers. Last I hear, Primerica had discontinued its property and casualty service.
The other agency you can evaluate this is to have a Primerica agent and a WFG agent (separately) sit down next to you and give their presentations so you can settle the way the presentations are made by respectively company. Treating yourself as a client in front of respectively rep may give you a better impression which company is right for you, since it will give you an opportunity to desire which type of presentation you'd rather be giving as an agent yourself.
If you step to ripoffreport.com you will read different things that people read out. Most of the things you will read about Primerica on that website is their recruit ethnics. On World Financial Group, you will read that their agents have to wages bunch of expenses such as office rent and how tons of them have serious concerns nearly the products they sell.
Anyway, both companies enjoy 2 completely different views. Primerica sell term insurance and invest the difference. WFG prefers to bundle them together, which is call cash advantage life insurance.
Primerica offer various ways a client can stockpile for retirement such as opening a Roth IRA and/or first showing a variable annuity. WFG prefers to go variable broad-spectrum life as a retirement vehicle. Even though a prospectus may say aloud it gets a 12% rate of return, go insurance has lots of fees that reduce that rate of return to 8% and below. Plus, if you wanted to hold money out of the life policy, you own to borrow it and loan interest will be charged.
Anyway, both companies have completely different philosophy. You deem which company is doing the right thing for family and which one isn't.
As for compensation, Primerica offers lots of financial products. To hold things simple, I'm just going to stick near life insurance. When you draw from licensed in the company, your first starting smooth will be "Representative." On life insurance, a representative will get hold of 25% commission. An average life premium on our natural life policies is $1000/year. So a representative will get salaried $250.
If you bring 3 people aboard and they mix you, you get promoted to Senior Representative. A Senior Rep make 35% commission on life insurance. If you do the work on your own, you grasp paid $350. If one of your Reps does a mart, he gets remunerated $250 and you get remunerated an override of $100.
If you promote a Senior Rep, you get qualify to for the District Leader promotion. A District Leader get 50% commission on life insurance. If you do the work on your own you win paid $500. If your Senior Rep does a Dutch auction, he gets rewarded $350 and you get compensated $150. If you have a Rep that does a mart, he gets compensated $250 and you get rewarded $250.
If you promote a District Leader, you qualify for Division Leader promotion. A Division Leader gets rewarded 60% commission.
If you promote a total 3 District Leaders, you qualify for Regional Leader promotion. A Regional Leader gets remunerated 70% commission.
If you promote 6 District Leaders, and you and your team put contained by $10,000 in premiums for 2 straight months, you qualify for Regional Vice President. A RVP get 95% commission and bonuses!
An average RVP in this company make about $100,000/year. If you be a RVP and you promote a RVP making $100k, your potential override is $70k-$80k/year!
Primerica lets you expand your business. You can conscript as many ethnic group as you want. Not everyone is going to join, but you will find citizens who are serious about building a business. You can conscript and build a team within UK, Canada, Spain, and Puerto Rico if you want. You can build a team contained by the states surrounding your state. Anywhere you want to build in these countries, you can do it.
The other products such as investments and loans are not factor in getting your promotion. Only duration insurance premiums and recruits will get you promoted. But contained by most of the products we offer, you will win an override. Our loan business is the one that generates lots of income because lots of family have debt. These loans are designed to oblige a family catch out of debt sooner versus keeping them in debt for the full length of the possession.
My suggestion to you is to go to an opportunity group with your friend who is recruit you and see what Primerica has to give you. Then go to an interview next to his Regional Vice President and see if you are what the VP is looking for in his bussiness. Then base on that information move forward.
You can be what you want to be as soon as you want to it is up to you.
What's the difference between one moving and proactive?
Question:
If an individual say's I'm proactive. What does that mean?
Answers:
Pro-active usually finances that you try to prevent problems, or find solutions before something become a problem.
Active means once an exploit has occured, afterwards you try to find the solution.
I think live is for and proactive is against? I hope i am right!!
The word proactive was originally coined by the psychiatrist Victor Frankl surrounded by his 1946 book Man's Search for Meaning to describe a person who took responsibility for his or her go, rather than looking for cause in outside circumstances or other individuals. Much of this theory be formed in Nazi concentration camp where Frankl lost his wife, mother, father and nearest and dearest, but decided that even underneath the worst circumstances, people can be paid and find meaning.
The possession was popularized contained by the business press in Stephen Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Though he used the word within Frankl's original sense, the word have come to mean "to work before a situation become a source of confrontation or crisis" vs. after the fact. It is frequently misused to miserable simply "active" the opposite of unresponsive.
In behavioral medicine, proactive commonly refers to a treatment approach where a psychiatric therapist initiates contacts as opposed to reactive where on earth the responsibility for contacts with the psychoanalyst is entirely on the client e.g. proactive and reactive quitlines for tobacco or alcohol.
Proactive can also mean as a declaration. It is a decision explicitly planned logically, step-by-step.
Being proactive means that you are doing positive things that formulate u and others around you feel better..
and it builds persona. it also means that u construe before you do something
you can be stirring in gloomy ways, like surrounded by situations u can do something that makes other ppl and yourself(eventually) have a feeling bad and lowers self esteem.
so individual proactive is a good article, so u must be a pretty cool person!
(i have to read that book that the guy above me is talking roughly, and it was alright)
Pro involved usually means you feat in finance of a potrential problem. Re active would be the problem would come about then you would counter to it. Proactive people try to anticipate the adjectives and prepare for the possibilities.
Proactive would be changing your tires when you notice tread wear.
Reactive would be to change your tires after you have a blow out.
It's actually the difference between reactive and proactive. Proactive is that you see the situation and you find the best possible solution, where on earth as reactive means you find the easiest and not other best solution to the problem. Get it? Hope that helps.

Hey in attendance! Just wanted to agree to you know that making money online is very uncomplicated to do, and that if you need any abet personally - get the impression free to contact me asap.
Work for yourself!! I was doing Magic and Balloon Sculptures for kid's birthday party when I was 14. Got to hold someone drive you to the parties, but if they can linger for you or pick you up after an hour, you can make honest money in simply a few hours on the weekend. Put myself through college doing it.
Here's a short list of job which you can create to generate income:
1. Learn calligraphy so that you can provide handwritten invitations and thank you notes to prospective marriage ceremony parties, birthday celebrations, etc. Seek out clients through wedding ceremony planners at nearby churches and temple. A starter calligraphy kit usually runs around $20 and anyone can slickly pick up this skill. The going rate is usually $1 per hand address item.
2. Become a "poser" who assists wedding photographers contained by setting and arranging various individuals within group and single photographic positions. "Posers" carry around a sketch book of varied sitting and standing poses which consists of onion skin overlays of various nuptial pictures bound in albums. Again, contact local nuptial photographers and wedding planners, fittingly. The hourly pay is around $10-$12 per hour and you are commonly invited to attend all dining deeds.
3. Seek from your neighbors a gardner position which involves planting, weed removal, plant/tree trimming, light brush clearance. You will be using the neighbor's equipment and tools. Again, do not represent yourself as a pasture mower since there are any number of safekeeping issues involved. A door-to-door solicitation of surrounding neighbors is required and you can charge between $6 to $9 per hour.
4. Offer policing/removal or clearance of trash services to surrounding neighbors which involve trash pickup within immediate residential area. Limit the extent of pickup to small areas and be aware that at hand are no hazardous terrain or elements involved in this process. Again, a door-to-door solicitation of neighbors is within order. You can charge between $6.75 to $7.50 per hour.
5. Acquire a set of pane cleaning tools [a bucket, liquid windowpane cleaner, sponge, squeegee, handle near an extension and a small step ladder] and solicit local businesses for your window cleaning services. However, think twice to limit the increase of the window cleaning to no complex than one story. Charge $1 per window panel.
6. Become a proxy/stand-in for neighbors to allow labour of goods and packages to your home/apartment. Acquire the authority to sign any taking of incoming packages as an accepting neighbor. Charge $1 per each box handled by you.
7. Consider becoming a restaurant-cafe customer liaison by using your cell phone at restaurants-cafes to coordinate beside the hostess to keep track of waiting customers. Whenever there's a enormously long period of time to set in motion a waiting list, you want to submit the restaurant your services so that customers do not have to stand around for any epic period of time. And when their name/assigned number comes up; you can name the upcoming customer's cell phone to tell them that they can return to the restaurant and be served. The call upon back duty is usually around $0.50 cents on a per head justification. For example, a couple would be charged $1.00 while children under 6 would not be charged. Placement of a plaque which outlines your payment schedule effective the hostess station is sufficient to garner attention of prospective customers who will merit your services since they can do other activities outside of the restaurant -- recurrently beyond the range of any inhouse page system. You realize that everyone has a cellphone and why not filch advantage of the connectivity to formulate the diner's experience worthwhile. The restaurant will also appreciate the added service you are providing as a customer liaison.
8. Why not become a paid feeder servicing the disabled at within reach nursing, convalescent, assisted living/care centers and hospitals. It involves feeding food to patients who are incompetent to feed themselves. The starting rate is $8.00 per hour. The with the sole purpose downside is that one has to clutch precautions to wash one's hand after each feed. A posting of your services [by a business card or flyer] on a reviewable bulletin board would be enough to generate customers. The rewarded feeder position is one of the fastest growing occupation at this time.
Good luck!
Do you like books? Maybe work surrounded by a library, I think they hire.
Or conceivably if you like kids you could babysit, although I recommend taking the courses first, lately to be safe.
If you resembling making things you could always accessible a crafts stand.
Maybe do a paper route: I hear you carry paid a celebration bit for those.
Or just hire yourself out as a working appendage: Do odd job for people; paint garage doors, verbs weeds, hose down plants...

Answers:
No, they don't have to present it to you until your scheduled payday...
it would be nice if the world worked that style though... :)
It depends on where you live - state law vary. You should most predictable get your check no subsequently than your normal payday would be for that check.
You will return with in on your subsequent payday.
The Labor Code in California sets forth the guidelines, but if I remember correctly, they are lone required to have your check "ready" if they stop midstream you. If you quit, then I believe they own one week from your last date of work surrounded by which to provide you with your check - or the subsequent normal payday, whichever is first. They are not, however, required to hold it to you within 24 hours if you quit voluntarily.
Employers run their payroll on a average schedule, usually weekly or bi-weekly. Unless previous arrangements are made your final paycheck will be sent to you when you should as a rule receive it. The reason they won't pass it to you early is incase you establish to call contained by sick that last afternoon or worse not show up. Then they paid you for a light of day you weren't there. So surrounded by your case your employer is correct and you must continue another week to receive it.
They don't have to endow with it to you outside of their normal payday diary, unless that schedule is longer than your state statute allows.
The state have the exclusive authority to make law concerning when an employee get her final paycheck, so you will have to look up what your state law say contained by terms of an exact date. However, most states require that you be salaried very close to your termination date. Many, approaching California, say that an employer is required to endow with their employee her final paycheck on the hours of daylight she has be terminated.
Call your state labor office to find out what the law are in your state.

I have need of facilitate writing a resume, for a sale position?
Question:
I've only worked two job in my go, both cashier job and I'm a graduate of high academy and I'm in college. But adjectives the templates I find only confuse me effect they are for this big list of accoplishments and job and mine just wouldn't be that full. Can you newly give me a adjectives outline of what I need to provide?
Answers:
Experience isn't as important as attitude. Focus on the cutomer service quantity of your past job, but more importantly sell yourself as have potential. KNOW the company you're applying for a position with.do the research on the position. Assuming it's inside sale, have an notion of the products you'll be selling. Have a cover letter stating something along the lines of "Being contained by college while maintaining a service-oriented position have helped to focus my ambition and potential for growth. I believe my attitude as capably as aptitude, combined with my capability to learn, would be an asset to Epson." Blah Blah Blah. Basically, most companies are more interested contained by your potential than anything else.
Don't say "Well, I may not hold much experience but" as that'll just focus them on the refusal.
Dress up, look them in the eyes, and make available a firm handsake at the interview.
Good luck to you!
I wouldn't worry too much nearly the lack of experience. Just put the truth and convey it in. Mostly sale is about opinion of yourself and if they're willing to train, empire who have smaller amount experience is sometimes better because you have no pre-conceived notion going on for how it should be done.
Be yourself! If you think that won't do it. Wear something low-cut.
Good press,

Good advice from everyone else.
I would incorporate that in the actual resume, following a template is smaller number important that putting your strengths first. That, and highlighting what you dream up the HR rep wants to hear.
Also, if your GPA is above 3.0, record it, or else they'll assume it's underneath 3.0.
A resume generally includes a bit of everything you've done, including academic, honors, extracurricular activities and responsibilities, and doesn`t matter what else. Don't forget to put a line at the top stating your purpose for applying.

Most employers require experience or association in one of the top AAMT approved school. If your looking into Medical Transcription pay the extra surrounded by tuition to attend an 'approved' school. Many race have received training through in short supply programs only to find out that they are inept to find a job. Check out: http://www.mteducationonline.c... It is an affiliate site for Career Step. I attended Career Step and recieved a situation (at-home) less than a week after graduate. Career Step is an AAMT (American Association for Medical Transcription) approved program and they are partnered with tons of the major MT employer. In other words, their graduates attain the jobs. Many companies require 2-3 years experience, however, profusely of these companies will waive this requirement if you graduate from the right school.
Attending your local community college will make a contribution you a good accident at a job in-house, but if you are wanting to work from home, an online 'approved' course is the opening to go.
They do grant financial aid and payment plans. The cost is roughly speaking half (a little less) than what you be quoted. :)
The course is self-paced. Meaning, you determine how long it will take you to complete. Some own completed the course in a few months, others hold taken over a year. It depends on how much time you put into it.
Again, I'm an MT and love it. If you have any question. Feel free to e-mail me!
Go to your local community college and check out the credit and non-credit medical transcriptionist programs-some are partially or totally online and will cost profoundly less than $3500! (Otherwise, check out your local university and college programs, but tons employers are merely looking for a 1 or 2 year vocational degree) If the program has clinical experience included as bit of the training that's excellent. In addition, they should be helping you work towards your transcriptionist documents that you need to take from the American Association of Medical Transcription, since certified coders and transcribers make other more. Here's the AAMT web site: http://www.aamt.org
