In my experience, the best way to approach this cross-examine is all within the words you use. I would say, "one piece I am currently working on is..." This way you are not focusing on the unenthusiastic but rather taking something that you may not know and proverb that it is something you want to be able to do better.
Here's some indication responses:
"One thing I am currenly working on speaking another language"-this is well-mannered if you don't know Spanish for example and you want to. This shows the employer that you want to further yourself by being competent to speak another language.
Another perfect response is: "One thing I am currently working on is furthering my education"-this is honourable if you plan to go to college for a level or even if you have a point and thinking about going for another one. Again, this tell the employer that you want to further your self by educating yourself even more.
One last repsonse that works is, "One point I am currently working one is bettering my computer skills". Now this may or may not be true, but it is a safe answer unless the undertaking requires you to have exceedingly good computer skills. If that is to say the case, than don't move about with this one.
Overall, you want to use something past the worst here that is not going to cutback your chances of getting hired for that living. Less is more, so don't over talk and say-so alot. Choose one weakness and stir with it and never speak that you don't have one. That is the worst style to answer this question.

Stop taking not have a job so seriously. My brother (a great guy)was in need a job for 2-1/2 yrs and have a family. It be rough but he never crumbled.
