here is my situation. I work as a Field Engineer

ive been working w/ an outsourcing company(temp) at honda corporate 4 months ago and get laid off because they lost the contract.

Now, I am surrounded by a different outsourcing company(perm w/ benefits) at mazda corporate - 1 more year for there contract w/ mazda to lapse. thats with medical, holiday, leave, sick days paid.

Now, the foreign outsourcing company at honda called me because they are interested surrounded by hiring me. there contract w/ honda is 3 years. Its a supplemental position w/ holiday pay(1st day) and medical after 6 months. they offered me $3 more than mazda.
At honda in attendance is a lot of OT's and they will dispatch techs to different states(traveling) I LOVE IT!!

i dont care nearly the medical because i already have it w/ my moms work. and i love overtime(more money) and traveling. I will be moving apartment which ever opening i choose. I do the same entry at both jobs.

I obligation your advice which profession should i choose? Why?

I have be working at my place of business for about 3 years in a minute and it has basically recently changed ownership. I know that in attendance is both a replacement for myself and my boss, but still no one have told me anything as to when I'll be leaving. My outmoded boss is going to pay me for yesterday and Monday, but immediately for the rest of the week, I have no theory how I am going to get remunerated being that I don't even assume the new owner have an account set up. I be hoping that they would've gotten rid of me already in adjectives honesty, because I hate that they contemplate I am at their beck and call until they want to give me the ole' pink slip. So I put in my 2 week mind yesterday (Friday), and my boss informed me today that i will be leaving the 20th and that i should work the full 2 weeks after I asked if I can go at a certain time.My friends enlighten me that it's BS and after I put in my 2 week become aware of I can leave at anytime and that my boss is basically trying to screw me over because I don't know any better...(this being my first job)...I really want to exit because I have another situation lined up and they want me to come surrounded by a couple days a week to get trained beforehand i start...What should I do?
