I recently phone interviewed for two job at the same company. The subsequent week they asked me to come to their office for two contained by person interviews (they are 250 miles away, and rewarded for my trip). They also had me overrun out an application and security clearance.
The in-person interviews go well, and I even tried out both job that I might be doing. Everyone was vastly friendly and helpful. Before the interview, the HR entity asked me how soon I would be able to start if hired, and infomed me that the company would cover my costs of relocation.. Afterwards, I be asked how I thought things went and how I like the city.
Things seemed to move about very powerfully with BOTH interviews, and I am anxiously wondering whether they will give me a job. The interviews took place Friday, July 20th, and I get the impression on pins and needles with not knowing!

It's difficult at first, but once you capture into the routine, it's managable. The sucky part of it is if the shifts translate every 6 months, my last errand interview had the following hours:
Sun-Tues 7am-7pm for Weeks 1 and 3 of the month
Sun-Tues 7pm-7am for Weeks 2 and 4 of the month.
This be for 6 months, then on July 1:
Wed-Fri 7pm-7am for Weeks 1 and 3 of the month
Wed-Fri 7pm-7am for Weeks 2 and 4 of the month.
I didn't clutch the job after audible range how the schedule change every week, but the people that are in that said they got used to it!
