I have to leave because I didn't have a feeling that I was competent to carry out the undertaking that I had trained to do. Also nurses today hold the extra burden of MRSA to deal next to and trust me the public will always blame the nursing troop for hygiene on the wards even though their training does not involve a crash course surrounded by industrial cleaning.
