I'm pretty sure you cant get a opening anywhere until you're 14 and have your working card. To procure you working card you have to be 14 and you only go to the guidance organization in your institution and ask to fill out a form for your working papers. Then you're parents own to sign them and give them final to the school. Then within like, a week you return with you're working card and you can start applying for jobs. But thats not until you're 14. It is evil for people to hire you when you are beneath 14. At least surrounded by NY it is. I don't know about any other states but I'm sure its indistinguishable.
