Speaking as someone who have had issues coming to work prompt, what is the urgency with coming to work "on time" for you? There are CLEARLY some businesses that NEED associates in in good time - broadcasters can't show up at 11:15pm to be on the air at 11pm. But if the hand stays late and get the work done and it's NOT a job where on earth time is critical, then why not be flexible? I'm very soon an independend consultant and I try to provide window of when I will be arriving. Now more than ever, it's difficult to maintain a agenda when client A may end up keeping you longer than you anticipate. But abundant businesses offer Telecommuting, flex time, 4 hours of daylight work weeks, and otherwise freedom to work as they feel they stipulation to - businesses are beginning to realize that PRODUCTIVITY is more vital than a set schedule (obviously, depending on the undertaking - a baseball player can't show up for the 7pm game at 8pm). But if the member of staff is an accountant or an analyst of some sort and doesn't need to interact next to others all that much - or that interaction can be done by phone, afterwards work that way.

Now, while I may not know anything nearly information technology, I did spend 35 years managing businesses. What I want to tell you is; your amount is not a ticket to stardom. From my experience, I'll hold to say no. However, you do own a concentration in Network Administration which may substitute valid work experience. You can always work your course up within the company that you work for immediately though. Maybe you can get another position complex than the one you have and you'll be a bit closer to Net Admin status. Also you should try to win some certifications while you're at it, that will give you a leg up over competition.
What employer wouldn't want someone beside work experience? Training is great, but experience in in truth doing is always more preferable.
Now that doesn't mingy that someone with a point and no practical experience won't get the brief, but given the choice, actual experience shows you've done it before and can do it again.
I've have many students who didn't work and get jobs after graduate. But those with some practical experience have it a little easier.
This is why I suggest to my students that an internship or some proletarian work prior to graduation will improve your likelihood of getting a job afterwards.
