The fundamentals of project management are pretty much impossible to tell apart whether you are managing a construction project or any other type of business project. However, your experience with construction is a prized asset and something you should consider leveraging if at all possible.
How give or take a few a different slant on the same brief? For example, if you are a PM for a construction company, how about moving to an architectural or engineering firm? If you are working for a standard contractor now, how going on for switching to a subcontractor (HVAC, electrical, etc,)?
Another option would be to work as an owner's representative, any directly for an owner, or as an independent consultant.

Yes, the work can be hard, and for the first two or three days, you will be sore when you progress home. But just remember that you one and only are going to do this for a few days.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Make sure they tell you exactly which rows to verbs. Don't deviate from the rows you are assigned by your supervisor. Some of the rows are designated as "male" and certain rows are "feminine." The female tassel are to the ones to be pulled. If the males are pulled by accident, the corn does not capture fertilized and it can ruin an entire crop.
DON"T throw a tassel at someone else. Don't Yell at the supervisor, or carry into a fight near another worker (even if they are idiots). More than one person have been fired that be a great worker, but had a "mouth that would not quit".
If you can't work a singular day, consent to them know as early as possible.
If you are at hand when they schedule you, listen to your supervisors, wear the right clothes, bring along with the other workers. Do what you are supposed to do, and are swift and accurate on your work, you will most likely be one of the workers to take to work the full season. A good alternative is a "Summary" - a brief statement that summarizes (surprise surprise!) you as a potential member of staff. You should subtly try to work the benefit that you offer into this statement.
Most importantly, the Summary act as the "headline" of your resume. I'm not talking so much nearly its physical placement on the resume, but rather, what it should be accomplish. Its goal should be to draw the reader into the resume - getting him to read the undamaged thing.
Summaries are slowly starting to replace objectives... but profusely of people don't realize it.
