Contact a lawyer that specializes surrounded by non profits. The application fee for a 501 status (non profit) is in the order of $900.00. If you make a mistake, the IRS can rule that everything you do (or hold done) is considered taxable and come after you.

They then joke at lb5 per week and laughed at me. I know they do own the money to pay me. How do I progress about enforce this payment, I know it would be something to do near a county court? I am in the UK, England.

Answers:
Transcribe the award to a taste in the county courts your former employer are residents or keep sandbank accounts and start issueing garnishment. That is what I would do in the US, but I am not sure what jargon you use in the UK.

There should be forms available for purchase. Or run find a collection attorney. ;) Ccollection attorneys work for 30% contingent fees plus costs. If you really want to stick it to someone those guys are experts and finding people and making them pay packet, dearly.

Good luck!
I would contact a solicitor in the UK. Here within the states, I would recommend putting a lien on something they own. I don't know if you can do that in the UK.

Treat this as tips because your actual answer/s should come from your heart, at least.

I guess the sound out is, "what can you contribute to river island (I assume this is a company) in command to provide excellent service to customers?"

If I'd be asked, I'd say, I'll equip myself next to all the product ease or the services offered to customers. With this, I'd be very confident to contract with adjectives the customers who'll come my way; Giving excellent service way giving each and every customer the special treatment and value-added service. By giving value-added service resources giving service beyond the normal accorded to a customer. There are closely to do that can make the customer a truly content customer and you will know this when the customers come back and more customers come. This is call "multiplier effect".

Good luck!
What is river island?
if you cant answer a simple question similar to that -you should not be working in a customer related mission. its not what other people contribute, its what you would contribute
Just schedule you're attributes and skills, .. e.g.. You'd be courtious, friendly and co-operative. You'd do all you could to bump into the customers needs, and shift out of your way to do so where on earth possible. Tell them how well presented you are, punctual and reliable. blah blah blah.

Imagaine you be an employer.. what would you want to hear?.. What would make you hire somebody?

Good luck hun! x
you involve more experience but - Always put the customer first and be polite and helpful at adjectives times so that the customer leaves the shop with biddable memories of myself and the shop.
always step the extra mile

How to promise next to a fearful boss?

Question:
I work for my dad's company I do everything I'm supposed to do and then some he owns his own business too so I work constantly. Last week I worked from Friday to Sunday I don't penny-pinching 3 days I mean 10 days straight near at least 10 hours a sunshine I was supposed to grasp a weeks paid leave this week I got monday through thursday past its sell-by date which there wasn't any work those 4 days anyway but he wishes me to wrok this weekend when there is no want for my to be on the job I also live right subsequent to his garage were he parks his company vehicle so I have to park up respectively vehicle everynight after a 10 to 12 hour day and later get them all set in the mornings to be in motion to work. He also treats me like crap even though I do adjectives this for his company he acts resembling I don't work that hard. It also make it hard on my relationship beside my wife we get surrounded by fights over my chore and when she ask me to do something I can't because I too tired from working that day The job's not that bleak but what can I do to deal next to my dad

Answers:
You don't have any control over your Dad. You can solely control what YOU do. One thing you can do is QUIT - and acquire another job. If you are such a intricate worker - and you have a skill - that shouldn't be firm.

Ask yourself why you stay? If ther reasons to stay are bigger than the reason to leave - later suck it up - and stay - and know you are blessed to have a mission. If you reasons to move off outweigh the reasons to stay - later get your resume within order and catch out of the situation. Complaining will do you no good.

You can TRY to bargain to your Dad and tell him what you necessitate from your work situation in direct to be happy at hand - AND what you are and are not willing to do. Make sure you do it contained by a way explicitly not going to upset him. Start with the GOOD. Tell him that you be aware of lucky and/or blessed for whatever it is you touch that way nearly - and THEN go on to inform him your needs.

It's doubtful that he'll find another hand who will allow him to treat them the way he treats you.

Good luck!
step get another work. if what you say is true sounds similar to he takes assistance of you and you need to dispatch a message that you can be your own person. but other two sides to every story.

Can and employer ask a former employer roughly speaking your work programme or wages?

Question:

Answers:
In some areas, they can give the date of employment and last specified wage if they have a signed release for information.

However, it is not worthy to lie roughly speaking it to a current/potential employer. If you were making plentifully more or less, this may not impact on your current wage.
You can ask anything. It's what your former employer is ALLOWED to answer by statute that is more influential.
The former employer can open himself up to some costly lawsuits if he reveals too much to such an inquiry.

If your current employer act on information that negatively impacts YOU, within any way, you can sue the former employer for endorsement on confidential information. Most employers, and Human Resources population limit their responses to these kind of background checks to the date of employment and little else.
Depends on the state in which you live, the law vary. In our state unless you enjoy asked the previous employer for a reference they can with the sole purpose give the date of employment and nothing else.
They can ask anything they craving. Most companies will verify your title, position held, dates of employment, and wages one and only.
The only information that they hold to legally dispense is your dates of employment. As someone said above me, it is forbidden for them to say much more.
