Per the Wisconsin Department of Worforce Development employers are required to hand over employees below the age of 18 a 30 minute duty free break if their shift is greater than 6 hours. They are not required to give fully fledged employees a break. This info be updated 4/24/06.

Ok according to the Department of Labor a employer is not required to grant breaks or lunch break. If an employee take a break between 5-20 minutes long that person get paid for it. If a creature takes a break 30 minutes and above they do not get hold of paid for that time.
So no they are not required to administer you a lunch break. Though all the companies I work for furnish lunch breaks because that is one hour smaller number they have to reward you for.

Question:should i bother making amends with supervisor , who from morning 1,has be cold with me. I am a trouble-free going person, who get along with everyone else.
