Company Doesn't Hire You And Refuese To Tell You Why? (background)?
Question:
I applied for a job at some big mortgage company. I get the interview and was hired, next a background check. My surroundings came up verbs. No felonies, Nothing on my driving text, and great credit (never late payments) just one thing they said my environment came up bleak and didn't tell me why. Is in that anything i can do about this or merely take the loss and suck it up. Though the charge is 85k a year.
Answers:
The people you talk to in regard to your background check probably don't own access to it.
If something came up flagged on your check, after there is something on nearby.
You will get a communiqué in the correspondence from the company (it is the HR department who handles these things, not the associates doing the hiring) stating what your background check showed.
If, after you own a copy of this (whether there is anything on it or not) they told you they couldn't hire you base on your background check and you hold proof it is clean, consequently call the HR deparment.
A company cannot use that as an excuse to not hire someone if it is not true. It's akin to slander.
Ask the company politely what the "thing" be so you can have it explained or corrected - if they won't update you outright, then ask for a copy of the environment report - I'm not sure if you have a right to this specific document, but you do hold a right to know what is in your surroundings report.
If they can't or won't give it to you, try your local police department to see if they can provide any information that be counted against you - later you can work to clear it. It may be a case of identity stealing, or it may be a simple matter of incompatibility.
i would try to ask them why. you probably aren't experienced plenty.
My experience with this is that something you answered be in disagreement beside the findings of the background check. I've see people not bring a job because they said they have no moving violation surrounded by the last 3 years and they have one 2 years 10 months ago.
Not knowing what state your in make stating your rights hard. But most HR departments will inform you if you request the specifics.
Did you ever have any medical issues surrounded by your past? I follow that can be an obstacle for some society. Do you have a Myspace or an net site that can come up on their search, it can lead to an alarm go past its sell-by date with them, such as a friend may hold bogged a negative within jest it to you and it could be taken the wrong way by a potential employer. Also you may not want to publicize your opinion much until you hold that great job & own made it past probation. I reckon you need to look historic this disappointment and say to yourself everything have a reason, I am a apposite worker and person. Someone will see that I will be an asset to their company.
Good Luck! :) Qapla’
What is the best answer contained by a mission interview when they ask what is your greates frailty?
Question:
Answers:
This kind of give somebody the third degree is not really to know what are your weaknesses, but how you are aware of them and how you work on them to turn into strengths. For example: you may enjoy some issues organizing your on a daily basis schedule. You can articulate: "Since I began working on tight schedule in my ultimate job, I feel that keeping in stride with adjectives my duties was a taunt for me. I then implied that I have to work on my organize skills. I bought a book explaining the basics of organize and scheduling and also asked one of my colleagues that was resourcefully known for keeping his diary for some help. Which he did. Since consequently, I improved profusely. I make it a point of honor to get hold of my projects done on time and I am still shooting up.
Like this, you got seriously of good messages to your interviewer :
- You are a soul that can take a critical look at her work
- You are not afraid to ask for serve when needed
- You always look to upgrade your skills and be better at your job
- Everything is an opportunity for you, even a tenderness.
Hope that helps you. Take meticulousness.
Anything that doesn't have anything to do near your job credentials. Example Chocolate Chip Cookies ...
You merely have to watch out that you don't force a negative shrewdness on your part. Using food as a shabbiness wouldn't be the best idea if you're overweight.
why did you resign from your last errand?
why did you not went into another career right after you left your second job? what did you do for 3 months of no work?
this is asked, because most employer like their personnel to have commitment, and for have an unexplainable leave of absense or 3 months of not doing anything speaks that you are apathetic or cannot commit.
say "Sometimes I can in recent times be too hard on myself if I don't take something right the first time. I will go spinal column over it again and again until I have perfect it'
Never admit to a inadequacy, say I will hold to get hindmost to you on that, or say, working to tricky
A weakness I hold is that I find it very knotty to stop accomplishing a objective once i've started. For example: One of the films at my theatre screwed up and get all knotted up. Instead of leaving it for the subsequent manager within the morning, I took the initiative and tried to fix it, for 2 hours at 3:00AM. Although I ended up have to leave it be nearly impossible to convince myself to

How much would this work out an hour?
Question:
If i applied for a job near these details:
lb16000-lb1800 pr annum pro rata
10 hours a week.
What will i actually acquire paid a hr? Im guessing within lb16000 is what id seize if i was working full time, thats adjectives the details im given.
Thanks :)
Answers:
yes the lb16000-lb18000 would be for full time hours.
you need to find out what the full time hours are to know how to work this out. it's usually around 35-40 hours per week. it's also going to be based on what the full time take-home pay is (lb16000-18000).
you are probably looking around lb4000-lb5000 a year for 10 hours a week.
Well if you work 52 weeks, thats 307.69 a week.
I hope this is what you mean:
foot divided 52 weeks
Good luck,
D
www.stockmysite.com
Wow, what country are you in? I haven't have a 35 hour week in years! I'm looking at min. 40 hrs.
307.69 a week if you be doing full time (16000/52)
Which works out at lb7.69 an hour if you did 40 hours a week (307.69/40)
This would mean you would earn lb76.92 a week previously tax etc.
so that's lb4000 a year.
So you'd be getting lb7.69 an hour
It would money a little if full time wasnt 40 hours though.
You can't work out the pro rata rate unless you know the full-time working hours.
Why arent general public retiring?
Question:
I am a young professional and babyish in my occupation. My last two companies I worked beside I had greatly old coworkers. Why arent they retiring and is this something I should grasp used. I would like to see other immature people contained by a career also. The cause I ask is becuase there is an age line of defence and the older coworkers come across jelious of me.
Answers:
The whole system of retirement be created to help men returning from period of war (I don't remember if it was WWI or WWII) bring back jobs. So various women had enter the job souk to fill surrounded by for the men at war, that here weren't enough job for the returning vets. Retirement be created in demand to open up job for those vets by forcing out elder workers (they were probably easier to operate with than the lately emancipated women!). However, recently at hand has be an attitude shift. The aging "boomers" are living longer and more active lives, and tend to consistency that, if they retire, they won't be productive any longer. There's a feeling of accomplishment that comes beside being employed, and to some, retirement vehicle being non-productive and non-essential. Previous generation worked mostly in labor job, where as the aging boomers tend to be contained by more professional jobs, so there's also not such a physical necessitate to retire "young".
The good report is they have abundantly to offer. You could try breaking the obstruction by asking a few of those older workers their opinion. With all their experience, you're looking at several possibly thoroughly beneficial potential mentors. You have youth and drive, they own experience and wisdom. Cut through the obstruction, and just conjure what a powerful combination that could be!
society didnt think the agency young adults do presently days and didnt have the opportunity we doooo, so most of them are still working to survive..and its sad to see it b.c you see them adjectives over.. walmart, grocery stores and all..i dont know how they do it..
simply said we cannot afford to retire .. want to pay bills and own medical
My parents had a successful household business they sold and retired - they didn't factor in robustness - and how much health meticulousness costs them both (Over a thousand a month)
They aren't :old: and that sick purely that they do see the MD every few months for things to monitor and they do take medication to relief high BP, or cholesterol - etc.. my dad nearly died of this sudden Pneumonia two years ago and his hospital bill for 2 weeks be over $65,000 -
People plan to retire at 65 but the stock market and poor 401 investing make having to work an alternative -
There is an age barrier but I just about doubt old ethnic group are jealous of immature people - conceivably just possibly your energy smooth...
Retire and do what? Drive around the country in an RV? Watch Soap Opera's adjectives day and discuss how hoary we are? Or maybe merely pass away to put together run for younger workers. You didn't indicate your profession, but in various of them "old timers" are the one and only thing keeping them going. Such as surrounded by IT. When all the mature timers finally do retire, we're in trouble.
A lot of race like working for the work and to hold on to paying their bills.
..just try to see them not as a age...but the ancestors they are and the work they do with the companies.
Well, beside the prices of everything rising and social security and such not human being of much help, I would right to be heard that the older race are finding it hard to retire and live a wearing clothes lifestyle...
People of the previous generation own not prepared well for retirement. It is not so much the cost of healthcare etcc.. it is poor spending customs, accumulation of debt, and deficit of savings. Serious retirement planning up be never a hot topic up until about 20 years ago. There be no such things as 401Ks, company matches etc.. People thought they would know how to retire on a pension, receive social warranty and be okay. This is not the case. Many ancestors approaching retirement age have refinanced their house to afford trips and toys ( similar to new TVs and cars ) instead of merely paying off their mortgage. They hold no other choice but to work.
They have to work. They can't afford not to.
Get used to it, because the babe boomers are getting up in age. Some will stay contained by the workforce longer, due to better health. They are an informed equals, and very actively involved surrounded by their personal health. Some of their parents are the really older people, still wipe tables at Taco Bell. Women who stayed at home to put on a pedestal children, and lost their husbands. They have no skills, and own been forced into he workforce suddenly, latter in years. Some hold seen it within time, and planned for their future. Working next to the elderly from a very infantile age, I was traumatized into signing up for a 401-K at 19. And, I am so indebted for it. Now, at 25, that monthly statement, is priceless. It's a relief to know that I am human being pro-active.
First off, you obligation to get over yourself.
Older workers are needed surrounded by the work place. The upcoming work force (your generation probably) does not represent plenty talent or strength for today's working environment. In fact, recruiters are starting to step back to retired worker to teem in the leave spots that this current generation can't crawl.
My suggestion to you would be to learn to communicate near the older worker. They are not going anywhere at this time, something you can to a degree blame on Uncle Sam... Most of "us" are worried about SS benefits that won't be in that!
I quit a commission after 3 weeks and the company are refuse to pay packet me, is this against the ruling?
Question:
The company claim i should have given them 1 months notce which it also states within my contract i signed. Surely it is not logical to give a company 1 months sense when you have worked in that for a short period of time and it is against the decree to not pay me wages owed to me?
Answers:
This is different when within is a contract involved. Most employment is "At Will", meaning that you are not REQUIRED to contribute them notice, but it is recommended. However, if you hold a legal document, you will hold to read the legal document as to what it states.
Next time, put within the 1 months notice. Chances are, they will ASK you to depart from immediately to some extent than losing the money they spend training you (very rarely is someone fully trained and worth the cost within 3 weeks.) -- Then, they would have have to pay you as they would also be contained by breach of contract.
You may want to speak to an attorney. But at the very smallest, get a copy of the contract and read what it states.
Yes, they will enjoy to pay you, but dont be surprised if they sue you for not fulfilling your contract. Contact your state's labor dept for more information.
I would be surprised if they didn't form you full fill your commitment to them. Does your contract state anything nearly not paying you if you don't work a full month before disappearing? I would venture to articulate that yes they will have to settle you but these days anything go. Did you formally quit or did you just hike out without saw a word?
The required notice is two weeks surrounded by most states
They have to settle you.
Call the labor relations board.
In most cases when you get hired as an Employee at a company, you do not sign a contract. You should read the contract you signed to see what you and they are obligated to do. At matching time you may protected under state and federal law if you were in fact hired by the company as an employee.
In broad, I would say you are owed the money. You can be in motion to your state's Department of Labor and ask them their opinion.
It is against the Law to withhold your net already earned, if you signed a contract that binds you to administer a notice past quitting, that is a different animal, they could punish you let's influence "they wont hire you in a adjectives date", but contact the Labor Department "What you earned is yours"
Yes it's unofficial for them not to pay you. contact the labor board.
If it's surrounded by the contract, why are you even asking the question?? You signed it, you broke it, too fruitless how sad.
There are two possibilities here, both dependent on the make-up of your "contract."
If what you signed was within actuality a legally binding contract, and you be being treated as a contractor as challenging an employee, you are probably not owed anything.
The more feasible case is that what you signed be not a contract at all. In certainty, if it is anything like what most employer ask new hires to sign it explicitly say that it is not to be construed as a contract. It is merely a book of the companies employment policies that they reserve the right to change at any time.
If you be truly an employee, which you most credible were, you are entitled to your wages for adjectives hours worked.
You can file a complaint beside your state Dept of Labor or federal department of labor to recover any unpaid wages, although itmay be difficult to restore your health anymore than minimum wage for the hours you worked.
Changing Jobs, Good or Bad?
Question:
Answers:
It depends on the change. If it is a movement to a greater position it is good. If it is only just the same position or lower that would be impossible. That's job hopping. Employers do not resembling job hoppers.
Peace and blessings!
That depends. Do you know for sure that you will be ecstatic with the brand new job? Don't kind changing job a lifelong habit. You may finish up with no post at all.
There is no right answer to this grill without plentifully more specifics. Obviously, it's good within some circumstances and bad surrounded by others. Some questions to hang on to in mind:
How will it assistance your overall career?
How will it hurt your current employer and how much do you owe them?
What are the overall positives and negative taking into account such things as
-pay rate
-benefits
-length of commute
-responsibilities
-opportunities for advancement
-company atmosphere (family friendly? slave-drivers?)
A lot to embezzle into consideration.
Changing jobs because you are not unworried with life span is always righteous... A lot of people are shifting jobs because the pleasure is not there... I would never reflect on of it as bad because I am not you and you are the one that wishes to find your place. And as long as you are happy and unswerving to that position, would it look bad to you?
Nope... Good luck
Do what make you happy! Better chore with better wages, perfect! Lesser employment, with less significant pay, but you own a lot more fun doing it? Even better!
Whatever works for you. Switching job means getting a more broad extent of experience also. It could only be cynical if you've had influence 10 jobs surrounded by one year and still aren't satisfied...consequently maybe it's time to sit put money on and figure out what you really need/want.
Based on your update - I don't see what could be wrong near the change! Go for it! Good luck.
It depends on your area of work. In the technology field, career hopping is expected, and it's actually a sign of a notably skilled developer. The ones who stay with a single company for years and years are usually those content to save their skills stagnant and just bring back a guaranteed paycheck. The ones who hop are looking for new challenge and making the most of newly bookish skills.
When you are first starting out, it also depends why you are changing job. If you've outgrown a job that's going nowhere and the subsequent job you cart includes more responsibility or needs greater skills, you won't be penalized for it, especially if you set out the first job beside a good opinion.
But, if you're leaving job after a couple of months and taking similar jobs near similar responsibilities, employers will catch the sense that you bail out at the first sign of trouble and aren't very dependable. (In that crust, you may want to leave some of those job OFF your resume. It's actually easier to explain a tear where you didn't work vs. multiple commission hops like that. I have one job I absoluted despicable in HS, and vanished after 6 weeks on not so good expressions. On my resume it's like it never happen, and instead I told future employer that I took off some time to study for tougher classwork.
The idea for changing job is what's most important to a potential employer. If they see you tweaking companies when a job no longer challenge you, they will be eager to hold on to you challenged (and they close to that kind of employee). If they see you frequently adjustment companies because of personality conflicts or because you merely get tired of working for indistinguishable place, it's a red flag to them that they shouldn't expect you to commit to them either.
Wow.sometimes I wonder if ppl purely askl questions to bring back atention. Do you really have to come up with twise about this?
i'm within a similar spot and as soon as I get my later interviews confirmation call, Im tha HELL outta hia!
CHANGE JOBS ITS SCARY BUT GOOD GO FOR IT MY FRIEND SAVE MONEY AS YOU MAKE MORE ? THATS COOL
I deem you answered your own question :) Good move.
What is the best format (via mail) to convey a employment application and CV contained by for a position surrounded by computing?
Question:
Answers:
Even though you're applying for a computing job, a prospective employer isn't going to look for signs surrounded by your resume that will indicate your computer skills. However, you do want it to look professional. After you've given it the twice-over, have one or two other culture take a look to generate sure you haven't missed anything. And I can't stress enough the exigency of not relying solely on spell check! There are so many potential spelling errors that result within an actual word, but could make a potential employer construe twice about you as an applicant. Format is vital, but content really is the key.
Make sure you use "courier new" font, as everything is alligned correctly
Hi
The best format to distribute your job application via email is to convert your deed into a bitmap file and later on to a PDF file. Your final magazine should be in PDF. you can do it directly from MS Word or any word processor, but still your contents can be manipulate. If you convert your content into a bitmap (image file) and then convert this model file into a PDF folder, it will be simpler to send across email to your employer and you can also be assured that your prospective employer see what exactly you want him to see.
When asked roughly expected income within an interview permonth should we speak ?
Question:
Take home salary(net) or Gross salary surrounded by india
Answers:
From my experience, and if the job requires special skills, the best answer is NEGOTIABLE, but some manager expect a number; if the position requires no special skills, the answer is minimum wage.
You should ask what the position typically pays.
If you are experience person after you can safely ask for 20% rise surrounded by your current CTC and you should tell them that it is convertible.
30% plus your current salary is polite to accept. You should ask for 50% more
If on the dole then it is a different issue and is requirement based
very well i say no never articulate anything about what gross you want, when your boss takes your interview for first time, simply if your expectation is high, later dont say how much pay you want, but your expectation is low then singular say what you close to it.
Hi, when asked about expected stipend you should always make available a range never endow with the exact salary that you want. The prevalent reason is if the company is paying more than you want you could cheat yourself out of gross, if they are paying less than you want you could cheat yourself out of an opportunity. So if you want $1200 a month, after say that your expected income per month is in the field of $1200 to ? that way the employer have something to work with and you are not gone cutting yourself short or missing out.
# 1. Be convincing.
# 2. Be positive in your expectations.
# 3. Answer clearly. (do a bit of survey, and be clear contained by your mind what should be the salary for your assignment, with your skill smooth and background: and, what the company is plausible to pay!)
# 4. Add a word around the facilities: and, show some compliance to negotiate within plausible.
limits)
# 5. It is usually the Gross salary, pretax: craft that also clear in your answer and interaction next to the interviewer(s). It is pretax Gross, because you could individually do some tax good measures and save some money from the salary!
We should ask CTC n net bring home salary
You should hold it open and vote that let things become fully grown and if they think that you are right fit next you should get into the negotiation mode. Never quote pay upfront, you can loose a good opportunity ... by keeping it plain you will be able to negotiate it better.
thats a really obvious interrogate asked in any interview,
Still you can avoid that by putting the bubble in their court by asking them :
What could be the appropriate stipend for this position ?
or else i would suggest its better we put our foot forward and report to them our expectations, which should not be over last earnings + 40 - 50 % ..

since your a fresher for any livelihood in an industry i conjecture u have to articulate that as NEGOTIABLE to ur industry rules.

Why ethnic group work long hours? dont you hold a enthusiasm?
Question:
i dont understand why so frequent people work profoundly of hours. i mean, dont u hold a life outside of your opportunity? or is your job your entire go? 40 hours a week seems close to more than enough time to spend within your office.
Answers:
To be honest, the simple idea is to fool the boss and try to get some more overtime money or promotion surrounded by the job.
As a project overseer, I dont see any great productivity in culture working 80 hours a week compared to people working 40 hours a week. Many times 40 hours a week produces better results than 80 hours a week.
What I observed is, society usually think that their bosses will keep hold of them in their mind if they stay deferred in the department and also feel superior to others surrounded by saying that they are too busy than their fellow colleagues and relish making them feeling inferior as though the being working in subsequent hours is making a million dollar more than their colleagues.
One more interesting thing is, most of these belated workers are married, singles usually dont sit on their seats more than 8 hours a afternoon, even its harder to tie them to their seats to unbroken 8 hours. Its also attached with responsibility sometimes, not really within financial terms, its the impression that generates inside the married to contemplate that they cant do anything if they lose this job and they own huge responsibility of taking care of their family circle. This fear is not see in singles and hence they simply dont care. So most of the companies prefer married folks and most of the project managers exploit their brains to extract the maximum for a minimum cost.
make happen life aint comfortable and they have to earn some brass
tell that to our president. I own to work over 80 hours a week just to hold my herald above water
if you want extra bread without living wage check to pay check why not..the cost of living isnt going down anytime soon, and alot of folks are living pay check to pay envelope check..my husband works close to 62 hours a week and loves it..but he just does it so we can budge extra places for vacations and delight in taking our son places..
Sorry not everybody was created rich where on earth they have the luxury to spend smaller number time at work. Sometimes thats the only entry they can do to support their family or settle the mortgage. MOST people dont work long hours because they love it, most work because they hold to make ends get together.
they need money
I know what you expect. I used to have a chore with a great deal of overtime (and I was salaried so I didn't win paid any extra). I finally established the time and stress weren't worth it; so I quit my job, moved to a unknown state, and took a year off.
I settled my new assignment would have smaller quantity responsibility than my previous job and would be inside a five-mile radius of my house (because I was tired of the long commute), and I found something I really resembling. It pays about 30% smaller amount than my last post, but the extra time I have everyday and the dearth of stress are worth it.
Some people enjoy to to make ends get together, and others are ambitious and want to get ahead. Still others really savour work and want to work long hours.
When I was younger and working at different job I often worked long hours becuase I have to but I got out of in that as fast as possible and singular did what I needed to get by (didn't really plan on man at the company that long so didn't care if my work be just average).
Later I started my own business and have to work super long hours just to maintain it afloat. Still it was some of the most fulfilling times of my time as I really felt I be creating something and doinng it for myself. I was flawless enough at my own business that I still (sorta) do it, but I no longer involve the long hours - it (sorta) runs itself. The investment in the impulsive years is paying off I guess but except for those long hours I know I never would've risen above just an average situation for average pay (nothing wrong next to that but it wasn't for me).
If people achieve paid for the over -time, that's fine.
Some society work 70 hours and only grasp paid for 40 - that's nuts.
I conjecture 40 hours is too much as it is, especially if you have a long commute to and from work. But, within shouldn't be any laws to limitation hours like they own in France.
Different inhabitants have different goal in energy.
Some people requirements more personal life and some those wants to procure ahead in natural life in magnificence or in career.
It all depend on your priority.
I'm next to you on all of the above. I guess that within the world of competition for good job, there is a great deal of pressure to work a lot. I know my company asks for it. I work an hour smaller amount than is requested per week for my title. My immediate boss is cool nearly it, but I wonder about advancement and how my dept commander will think at review soon. I never told them that I have cancer, but they know that I've had a serious vigour issue. I just don't see a polite reason to secure people to their desks and I don't necessarily suggest it leads to greater productivity. It instills the wrong values surrounded by people... my ex-bf w/the fancy undertaking will stay an eternal bachelor.
Meat Ball-
Some people though spawn work their life and are successful (most populace are high ranking executives or own a business)
Because of that unyielding work they have $ to play harder.
I here you though when I be an RN and didn't get over time but my patients needed me, I be "done".. but you had to do your work! 40 hours is a lot - to be exact why I believe we all should relish our jobs rather -

Are any of you a paralegal/legal assistant? Any sudden insist on on becoming one?
Question:
Answers:
sleep with a find or attorney?
the PGA SCHOOL in philadelphia have got an excellent course BUT A LOT OF WORK AND YOU MUST BE ON POINT. EXCELLENT CARRER CHOICE BUT YOU BETTER KNOW YOUR STUFF.
try a community college..
The opportunity for a paralegal really depends on the specialty. The most in constraint paralegals are those in the litigation grazing land; followed by corporate paralegals who are responsible for maintaining corporate documents, articles of incorporation, etc. While the "least" markeable [but the "highest" paid] paralegals are in the corral of intellectual property [i.e., patents, trademarks] and immigration tenet. In conclusion, choose your paralegal courses accordingly, next to emphasis on litigation preparation [discovery], docketing/calendaring of incoming pleadings [calendaring] and trial preparation [creating Exhibit tab, Bajii jury instructions, etc.]. The "pro" side of a litigation paralegal is often "unlimited" overtime which can amount to a elevated salary gamut of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, while the "downside," being constantly pressured to bump into a monthly client billable quota. And failing to meet that quota, repeatedly results in the paralegal's overnight dismissal. It's not a pretty picture. I newly want to lay out what really happens within the real world of litigators and their relationship near subordinate paralegals.
Good luck!
Interviewing at an dated job- Need Advice?
Question:
I left 3 months ago on dutiful terms (ie: put contained by 2 wk notice, still chitchat to old co-workers, etc.) but for several reason; they were eliminate my position and I wasn't interested in the one available, I also be not happy beside the boss that was in that (he's since been fired).
A trial position has open in another department and I be told by an old co-worker that they looked-for me to send surrounded by my resume.
My question is how do I finely say I not here because I wasn't thrilled with the place?! LOL? Yes, I know within is a chance I won't be beaming w/ the scenerio again but this is a temp. position that I am comfortable doing.
Again, my question is what can I vote that isn't negative contained by my interview about why I quit finishing time?
Answers:
INTERVIEWER: I see here that you've worked for us before. Why did you leave your job?
YOU: Well, you're right, I did work here up until 3 months ago. My position was eliminate and I decided to appropriate that opportunity to look for something on that same path. Since I've be away, I've been thinking going on for the benefits and advantages of working here and I've realized that this IS where on earth I want to be. In fact, I be so grateful to hear that this position was initial up.
They will understand if you influence you were despondent with your specific position, your relationship near your boss, and besides you left somewhat because your position was anyone eliminated. Just don't criticize the company too much.
What own you got to lose? Go for it.

Today during the interview....?
Question:
I was asked going on for my worst boss and why were they the worst boss. I described a boss who didn't offer me help when I asked for it, and when asked why didn't he offer me help. I answered because he didn't transport me seriously. Did I say something wrong? After I answered that request for information, the interviewer just pause and didn't know what to say. Did I do something wrong by answering this query like that? Thanks and God Bless
Answers:
Your answer probably cause them to take a moment to wonder why your boss didn't give somebody a lift you seriously. If you came across as serious and professional during the rest of your interview, you should be fine. They could interpret your answer as description that you were firm working and dedicated and your boss of late didn't see it. However, if you gave an print of being a troublemaker, a knocker, or immature at any point, that answer would of late reinforce an opinion they may enjoy already been forming.
Probably not, those type of question don't really have a right or wrong answer (unless you start calling race names and ranting etc). It's more to assess how resourcefully you think and what nice of personality you enjoy.
you never want to be negative contained by an interview. because one day you could be contained by another interview saying unenthusiastic things about that company (if they hire you). so anytime you're asked a sound out like this, you other want to turn it into a positive. so you could say "capably, boss X and I didn't get along but that in recent times encouraged me to be more independent within my position and rely on myself to get the mission done."
Thats a really bad press for an interviewer to ask u because it puts you in an discomfited position of being forced to doomed to failure mouth former employers- something nearly all interview counsel columns discourage.
You didnt do anything wrong. Don't worry.
Above answerer is right... Interviewer should not hold asked that question. So you bookish a lesson.
Next time (if ever) you are asked who your worst boss was, share the truth: I don't think I've have a bad boss, once I discover their individual work habits and personality I do my best to work with them. Also, I work exceedingly hard to avoid adjectives adversarial conditions.
thats a weird grill gor an interview. i hate those manner of questions. not issue what you say it's wrong. its similar to they are setting you up to fall. usually the liberal of job that would ask a press like that suck anyway. be gald if they dont christen you back. keep hold of looking.
It doesn't sound eccentric to me. I think it sounds approaching your old boss be a dummy. Makes you look better.
I think the interviewer be taken by surprise.
On the surface, it doesn't sound close to a bad answer at adjectives. A good follow-up would own been to explain a bit in the order of why you think the boss didn't give somebody a lift you seriously. Expand a little. Was the Bad Boss inexperienced? Was he accustomed to others who weren't serious asking like questions? Were you possibly younger and less experienced contained by communcating? It would also be great to add what you literary from that experience. But if your answer to the question be authentic, then the interviewer without a doubt picked up on that, and that's a good entry.
Good luck!
