I plan on applying to business conservatory next year within a different state (in CA now) and want to know if there's any way they'll see the prescription or if it will exact any problems. Also, when looking for a job (most plausible in another country), will that be a problem?

I do not believe that in attendance is a nationwide database for such, and if here were, it would probably be improper in most states for any employer, or university to access it for purposes of determining eligibility.
You must provide proof of having a medicinal prescription for it.
It shouldn't be, but you never know. As long as you enjoy an RX they shouldn't have a problem near it. Usually, they don't even look into your background that much!!
Glad to know we are within rare company, considering here are only SEVEN ethnic group in the USA that certainly have a prescription for medical marijuana through a Federal Program specifically under current review.
If you are doing drugs...afterwards yes, it will cause you a problem when you try to procure a job and when you seize arrested, it can bar you from delivery student loans to pay for arts school.
