DEF Company, 2004-2007 and ABC Company, 2001-2004 should be the simply company listed. Jobs that "freshly didn't work out" are not listed. It's expected, sometimes employer and employees newly don't match.

First of all, most places are run by, manage by, supervised by, or otherwise controlled by men.
Men like to consider themselves concrete workers and providers.
Additionally, some men can't comprehend the notion of NOT working for 6 years.
With this in mind, they expect culture to perform on par next to them, especially if they are unmarried and without children.
This primarily means that, since THEY don't enjoy the responsibility of having to pick up junior from practice, or have to take Sally to rumba, they expect EVERYBODY to have duplicate work ethic.
To a certain amount, it is understandable, IF it is something to be exact habitual. i.e. if a parent is CONSTANTLY taking time bad to take thinking of personal matters, departing the rest of the staff to pick up the slack, why keep that character there.
By extension, cut out the middleman...er... woman, and don't hire her to start off with.
