Should I quit my duty?
Question:
I currently hold 2 jobs and my hottest job is retail which is cause me a lot of stress due to the working hours, sale target and the fact that I don't close to or see what is so great about the products I supply. In other word, I'm not enjoying this. My commission is 1% which is pitiful.
It became worse when my boyfriend and I saw smaller amount of each other and spoke smaller quantity on the phone due to the long working hours and short breaks. He still sends me short messages like I love you which is sweet but by the time I switched my phone on to receive it (we staff maintain our cellphones off at work), I would nickname him back but he'd be busy and can't gossip long. When I get primed for work in the morning, he's not awake all the same so I can't call him.
My duty is making me very moody so I told him my problems and he callously remarked that he doesn't think I can work. I get angry, swore at him and canceled our date (we were going to keep under surveillance Transformers).
We're drifting apart and I've acknowledged this. What can be done?
Answers:
clearly you are not happy and may not be thinking straight and presently very stormy about it.
why dont you write down stuff which make you say:
I LOVE THIS JOB BEC...
and another column near I HATE THIS JOB BEC...
sounds like an ripened trick but if you answer real honest, you'll see if you really want to quit this opening
by the looks of it though, looks like youve made a verdict

Yes quit the profession . Know job is worth that sympathetic of grief . Relationship ? Who knows what will appear , you both have found things in the order of each other, weather you can work Thur them time will relay.
ok first of all transformers?my 8 year dated little bro wants to see it if the date be his idea i quality sorry for you, second of all do what make you happy and by the nouns of it you should quit.
Although stress is part of any available job, it seems as if the rewards are not worth the go. Find a new employment, then make tracks your current position. As for you and your boyfriend, remember that absence should manufacture the heart grow fonder, not farther apart, so if you are fighting already, he's probably not the one for you.
I imagine you already know what you need to do, you simply need some validation.
Consider yourself validate! Life really is too short to make yourself miserable for a buck. There are doubtless gob of other jobs out at hand doing similar tasks, but with better work environments & compensation. Find one of them & move along!
Can you assume yourself happy lacking this job? Then quit. What if you are missing out on a career that you LOVE and that pays you a lot more money.adjectives because you are staying at a job you don't close to? You owe it to yourself to move on. And not solitary that, sometimes things like a fruitless job are what we call for to encourage us to run on new challenge or take a subsequent step.

First job interview tips please?
Question:
i am 16 and tomorrow is my first ever job interview at a local craft store. i am nervouse yet excited. i think i will be great for this job because i am really into different types of arts and crafts. but what are some questions that they will be asking? i want to know the basics so that i am not totally unprepared. i already know what i am wearing... dressy buttondown top with a colored cami underneath black flats and black dressy capri/pants. what are the typical questions they will ask? and any other tips would be very helpful. thankssssssss :)
Answers:
Follow these instructions and you will do well in ANY interview.
PREPARATION
1.Know your strengths and weaknesses. Be prepared with a solid presentation of your strong points so that your weaknesses seem slight in comparison. The interviewer will be constantly probing for weaknesses and testing for strengths.
2.Know the requirements of the job so that you can relate how your qualifications compare with these requirements. You must be able to show the fit between " what you can do" and "what must be done." You must be prepared to show why you should be hired.
3.Know the company: its products and/or services, its competitors, its history, size, location of plants and the like. A brief description of the company usually accompanies an advertisement for vacant positions.
It is also useful to find out who will interview you. Research of this nature can pay dividends in helping you prepare yourself and determine the direction the interview will take.
4.Know the difficult questions that are typically asked and prepare your answers to these questions.
5.Write down your own questions. Near the end of the interview, you will be usually asked if you have your own questions. This is the time to inquire about the nature of the work, the working conditions, working hours, training programs given to employees, chances for career growth and advancement, and any other points that may have not been covered yet. Questions pertaining to salary or benefits are never discussed at an interview unless the interviewer introduces them. You may ask these questions after the job is offered to you, and before you accept.
6.Attend to your personal appearance. Your preparation will produce negative results if you neglect your appearance. The people who will be deciding whether to hire you or not will be looking at you very closely.
7.Check details of the interview. Find out the exact time and place for your appointment and program yourself to allow for emergencies, such as a traffic jam or flat tire. If you are unfamiliar with the location where the interview will take place, you should check it out beforehand.
You should plan to arrive at the designated place15 minutes ahead of schedule. While waiting, you can use the time to review the points to be covered in the interview or to observe the office environment and the employees going about their work.
Bring also with you a pad and pen for jotting down things you need to remember such as the date and time of a second interview, names, correct titles, and addresses of those who interview you. You will need this information for your post interview thank you notes.
DRESS CODE
The following are accepted standards in the job market. Follow them if you want to make a positive first impression.
Women:
ØDon't wear your skirts too short or too tight, heels to high, or blouses too low and too sheer.
ØSkip the loud nail colors and long nails. Keep your makeup subtle.
ØCarry an extra pair of stockings just in case and wear them, even in the summer.
ØDon't wear too much jewelry; keep it simple. Don't wear lots of earrings.
ØConservative blouse and suit, with skirt not too short, sensible heels, subtle make up and jewelry.
ØFill only one hole with earrings if you have many. Never wear large hoop earrings
Men
ØDon't wear an earring.
ØKeep your nails clean and trimmed and remember to shave.
ØWear knee length socks that match your pants to avoid "the sock gap."
ØA dark suit, white shirt, tie and dark oxford shoes. (This will vary from country to country and the type of job being applied for).
Everyone
ØIf you think you need a haircut, get one.
ØDon't splash on too much perfume or aftershave. Many people are allergic to scents.
ØDon't wear a nose ring.
ØTake a shower that morning and wear a deodorant.
ØPolish your shoes and press your clothes the night before.
ØAbsolutely don't chew gum or smoke.
ØIf you suffer from sweaty palms, keep a handkerchief with a little baby powder or cornstarch in it. Before your interview, go into the restroom and dry your hands with it.
CONDUCT DURING INTERVIEW
ØDon't accept coffee, tea or even water even if it is offered; having a drink is a distraction you don't really need right now.
ØShow enthusiasm for your present job (even if you are not that excited about it).
ØListen carefully to the question asked. Pause for a moment before answering. Paraphrase the question if you are not sure you understood it.
ØIf you don't understand the question, ask for it to be repeated.
ØMake sure that by the end of the interview you've gotten across your strongest skills or characteristics. Be specific about them. It is always a good idea to prove your expertise and personal skills by giving examples.
ØLeave the interview with a good closing impression -- a firm handshake, a smile, good eye contact, a "Thank You", and a closing statement like, "I am very interested in this position," or "When can I expect to hear from you?"
INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
Here are some questions that employers often ask candidates. Prepare answers for these and you won't fear them, or any variation of them. Be brief. Answers to questions should not take more than 90 seconds. Do not ramble during the interview.
All answers should relate to the heart of the issue: Are you qualified to do the job for which they are hiring? Never lose perspective of this. Look at each question as an opportunity to present your case. Exude confidence but do not be boastful or arrogant.
About yourself:
ØWhat can you tell me about yourself?
ØWhat are your strengths?
ØWhat are your weaknesses/failures?
ØDescribe your long and short-range goals.
Business questions:
ØWhy do you want to work here?
ØWhat special qualities do you bring to this job?
ØWhat was your worst job?
ØDiscuss a problem you have had at work with your boss (or coworker) and how you resolved it. Watch out, this is a trick question. Never let them trick you into saying a negative comment about your former boss, co-worker, position or company. Always stress the positive behaviors you learned from difficult situations.
ØHow do you define success?
ØWhere do you see yourself, career wise, in the future? Watch out, this is a trick question. Remember that the main concern of the employer throughout the interview is to fill the open position with someone who will be successful and stay in it.
School questions:
ØDo you think your school grades represent you?
ØWhat was the main thing you got out of going to college (high school)?
ØWhy didn't you get a degree?
ØHow did your education prepare you for a career?
ØWhat did you learn in school that can help you on this job?
And finally:
ØIs there anything else I need to know about you?
ØDo you have any questions?
An interviewer might also ask you to:
ØExplain or defend any statement you made in your resume.
ØDiscuss any skill you may have listed.
ØDiscuss any lapses in employment times.

Be yourself,
Always be yourself at an interview and in the way you conduct yourself at work. It makes work a lot easier and the people around you more comfortable. RELAX, take it easy, and realize it is just a job. If you take work too seriously it will break you.
Hi Girl, what matters is not what they will ask you. What matters is how honest you are when you say your answers. I am an interviewer myself in my company. And normally, I don't care if you answered my questions very well. What matters to me is the way you deliver your answer. That which I can really say the sincerity in between your answers. Go girl. Get that job and be happy. enjoy.
good luck!!
They will ask, what hours you can possible work? For all means don't tell them I have to have weekends off. What would you tell a customer wanting yarn? Are you familiar with the products that we sell? Can you operate a cash register? can you count change? can you use a calculator, a tape measure?
Take a deep breath and do not panic.
They are no more scarey than your parent when they get mad.
Since you are working for a store, they will probably ask questions like:
How you get along with people in general, and how you deal with people that are not so nice (i.e. Cranky Customers)
Your knowledge of crafts and arts, as applies to serving and helping customers find exactly what they need (like what color frame would look best for their family picture)
Proficiency in money skills, since you will probably be working a cash register, you don't want to shortchange anyone, OR give them too much money back.
What hours you can work, and if you can have a flexible schedule. They may need you to work mornings one day, and nights the next.
Most of all, just be yourself, and don't fidgit too much (I do sometimes). You seem nice and enthusiastic. Good luck with your job interview!
OK, first of all the answers (to some extent), depend on what type of work you are applying for. But, basically, for the interview:
Choose your clothing carefully. Be sure everything is clean and pressed. (Don’t overdress or under dress – dress for the job.)
Have hair clean and neat.
Shoes polished.
Fingernails trimmed & clean.
Carry a notepad and pen.
Prepare questions for the employer.
Prepare to answer common questions asked by an employer.
Research the company.
Attitude!
Know where you are going (get directions online, or from the employer -- and DON'T be late!
The usual questions might include:
1. Tell me about yourself. (Talk in the context of the job, not personal life.)
2. What do you bring to this job other applicants might not? (Be creative and keep it job-related -- maybe you have specific knowledge, or are an exceptionally quick learner...)
3. Why are you applying with ABC Company? (Go on their website still tonight, and look for the reasons you would choose this company.)
4. What are your strengths? (List three or so -- job related)
5. Weakness(S)? (Discuss something you are already working on changing.)
You get the picture. It's ALOT about ATTITUDE. Be upbeat, let the interviewer know you want the job and that you will work hard. Be friendly, but professional.
Good luck!
That's wonderful! Good luck.
I took a Work Experience Program and they prepared me so well. I'll try to give you as much information as I can remember.
1. Resume: Did they ask for a resume when they applied? It's good to bring extra resumes to an interview just in case they ask for one. It's always good to be prepared in any way. Bring paper and pen. Perhaps you can write down important names, numbers, etc.
2. Ask relevant questions to reciprocate their relevant questions. Tell short stories to embellish your answers. It makes you unique, but remember not to ramble. Telling these small stories will help them remember who you are in their decision. =]
3. Be aware of the background of the job you are going for. Be aware of what they do etc.
4. Don't fidget in your seat. If it's a swivel chair, don't swing back and forth, etc. Keep good eye contact and good posture, but don't be stiff. Be comfortable in your seat.
5. Dress to impress. Solid colors and mostly covered.
5. Common questions:
What is your best characteristic? (Answer with something relevant)
What is your worst? (I like to answer this by making something bad sound good. For example, "Sometimes I think I'm too much of a perfectionist and I won't let things go until their absolutely right." Maybe something not as obnoxious would be good. Haha)
What would you do if...? (They will give you scenarios where things are going wrong and ask you how you will solve it)
Describe yourself.
Why do you think you are qualified for this job? (This is where you should talk about your interest in arts and crafts)
I can't remember any other common questions off the top of my head, but here are ones I think I recall from my last interview.
What is the one thing you would change about yourself and why?
On your resume, it says you were involved in ________. What did you learn from this?(The manager referred to my resume and asked this)
From previous jobs, describe a good experience with a customer and how you handled it. What made it good?
From previous jobs, describe a bad experience with a customer and how you handled it. What made it bad?
Remember: Always give a spin to things to make yourself look good. =] Questions will be designed to see your flaws. Play to your strengths.
Also remember that every interviewer is different so be prepared for any type of question. Be confident in answering. For example, I heard about Jamba Juice interviewers asking their interviewees to make them laugh, tell a joke. Questions can be interesting. =]
When you're done, shake their hands and thank them for their time when you're done! =] Let them know you're professional, right for the job, and thankful they are considering you.
I hope this helps. I wish I could give you even more. There's so much I learned from that program.
GOOD LUCK! You'll do great.
It's normal to be nervous. Try your best not to be. Get a good night's sleep tonight. Eat a good breakfast and lunch. Go in dressed nicely (sounds like your outfit is good) and well-groomed. Go over in your mind before the interview why you are a great candidate for the job (this will keep information in the forefront of your mind and boost your confidence). Give the interviewer a firm, professional handshake. Ask him/her for a business card if they have one and tuck it in your pocket or purse. Look him/her in the eye.
Some questions they might ask you are about school and your work history (volunteer work or whatever). They might ask you why you want to work there or why you'd be good at working there. Also they might ask about availability and transportation. They might ask you things like, "tell me of a time when you were faced with a difficult-to-work-with person & what you did." This is a behavioral interview question & really gets them into the heart of how you deal with situations and people. Be prepared to answer the "what is your biggest strength/weakness?" question too.
Be honest in all your answers. Smile during the interview. Thank them for their time in talking with you & let them know that you're interested in working with them.
After the interview, write a thank you note to the interviewer (that's why you asked for the business card in case you were wondering...if they didn't have a business card, call in & ask what the mailing address is and remember the interviewer's name so you can address it to him/her). Thank the interviewer for his/her time in the note and let him/her know you're interested in the position.
If you haven't heard after a week or so, give the interviewer a call and ask if they have a time frame in mind for making a hiring decision.
I wish you well!

You have to consider, the reality, that many courts own consolidated their caseloads and have shorten their time for discovery procedures. Therefore, nearby is very little obligation for court reporter services. Gone are the old days, when every courtroom required a court reporter for trials and other hearing. On the federal level, adjectives proceedings are currently recorded [on tape] and nearby is no actual court reporter present.

Should i start looking for a clean Job?
Question:
Ok so i have be working for my company for 3 years now. I hold hated my Job since year 1 BUT it was benifits and a paycheck right out of college. I am currently going to grad academy because this job have given me ZERO "experience". Should i quit my job and start looking? Should i procure a job surrounded by my field of current study of "Human resource?" Or do i hang around until i have graduate which will be May of 2009 with a Masters scope?
Answers:
never quit a job minus having another one furrowed up.
I would try to find a job that help you pay for your masters level.
try to find a job that'll comfort pay for your masters. If this opportunity isn't providing you with experience contained by your field, there's no point to stay, start looking elsewhere. Dont leave w/out another mission lined up though
You should try to take a job within your current field. Try getting a employment being an HR Assistant, after you can learn nearly how the company works, and when you do graduate, you can become a HR Manager!
Every job, as much as it sucks or not give you some kind of experience. I have a job once where on earth I basically did nil all sunshine, but on paper, I made it nouns amazing! Try to find the good points and accentuate them!!
Start looking for a undertaking in the enclosed space of your interest. Just do not quit your current job unless you enjoy another one. Apply to places where you can return with the experience you need. Good luck.
I enjoy been within that position and have met a few others surrounded by that position. It all depends on if you can live in need your pay check for awhile. If you own enough hoard to live for 2 years, you may want to become a full time student, instead of your coursework taking the back form to the job. On the other paw, if you need the income, you may hold options. Also, it collectively is not wise to put your foot away from a job in need a new one to walk to. It is very rock-hard when the job you are within does not live up to your expectations, but if it is paying the bills and you have merely a limited amount of time until you attain your degree and can move up, later why not put up with it. On the other mitt, there are employer who will hire someone who is working on a degree and will promote them or reimburse them more once they get that scope completed. I guess if it were me, I would look for job in my corral that will reflect my Masters scope and be very selective in the order of which ones I look seriously at. Remember, once you submit that resignation, there is no going pay for.
I really appreciate you for discovering that you are in a wrong position. I would really not advice you to dally until you finish your Masters degree surrounded by 2009. If you immediately obtain a new profession you can gain experience and pitch in for a role adjust when you are a Master degree holder. Now that you hold lost 3 precious years come out of that mindset of accepting any job which comes your course since you are desperately trying to shift for a new undertaking. Start looking out and don't do the mistake of quitting your present job in the past you get a suitable contribute at least. Because trying for a clean job when you are jobless is entirely different from trying for a exotic Job when you are in to some undertaking. When you are still working you are confident enough so that you can carry out your goal beside ease. If you are interested contained by HR please apply for some entry level HR positions. There race would just check your research aptitude and reasoning capabilities.
Hi,
What is that you would gain my departing a job that pays your bills? This is the cross-examine you need to ask.
If the answer is better grades, better childhood keeping a view on long possession gains , make sense to leave the mission and concentrate on studies otherwise I guess you are better of "earn while I learn" philosophy.
Don't you dislike intensely it when the idiot get the career?

Six sigma green belt requirements?
Question:
Hello everyone,
I have 3 years project control experience. But I do not have any hands-on experience contained by six-sigma environment or projects. Am I qualified to take the exam by ASQ?
Also, would this citations give me any adjectives to get a commission doing six sigma projects?
Thanks,
Answers:
Maya,
Any Six sigma certification involves actual hands-on project handling experience and exposure to practicing cost-reduction technique that result in money.
If you are looking for a job, next try other quality related certifications approaching CQA - certified Quality Analyst for process improvement job in software or other certifications similar to Quality improvement Associate or Quality process analyst - that will comfort you land a employment.
Choose a company that practices six sigma and then move about for the six sigma stack certifications. Most likely the company will own its own certification program - since six sigma involves plentiful people - not freshly one/few individuals.
Good luck !
Can you be a financial analyst next to in recent times a bachelor's amount contained by Finance?
Question:
and with a few years of experience?? Thanks!
Answers:
Yes, but you'll find much more lucrative (and interesting) FA positions near an MBA, and if you want to be an analyst in the investing world (stocks & bonds), you're eventually going to own to get your CFA (NOT fun).
I get my MBA, and started going through the CFA program, but decided that I close to corporate finance, so I ditched the CFA.
Good luck!
As my Parents used to give an account me, you can be anything you want to be. Yes, you can be a financial analyst with merely a bachelors degree and a few years experience. But within order to gain certifications (CPA, CFP, CFA, etc.) you will have to probably unite further qualifications such as a 5th year of college or endorsement a test.
check out the mission requirments on bank websites.
Yes - for corporate financial analysis.
For the investment enclosed space, an MBA/CFA gets better hiring response, but you can catch in the door next to just a bachelors.
yes. but u shud also enrol and try to clear atleast 2 level of the CFA exam. it will be a gr8 advantage
Of course.
Financial analysis is a amazingly specific skill that is best learn on the job or through professional training courses. Operis, Navigator Project Finance and BPM adjectives have great training programs (not sure if BPM hold any courses in the UK though) for cashflow modelling. Most relations start out with a bachelor, revise the business and will then latter move on through professional training programs. Not until 3-5 years after that it's worth thinking about a CFA/MBA or similar. Many relatives rush into it thinking that it will boost their career which is within some ways true, but to fully absorb the skills of such a program one have to be on top of the business first.

Unfortunately, I kept computer science, and dropped biology; I'd own been better-served the other track around. Don't take a double crucial just for the sake of doubling - bring it because there are TWO field that you love. If you don't love two things, then concentrate on what you DO love - because you'll other regret it if you just choose for status or position or money.
'Nuff said :-)
its better to do something your interested contained by because you will most likely do better at it but its also only as important to choose something you want to work contained by later. i highest in business and want to work within business when i finish, my brother majors in clinical psychology but is doing a single award amount so he didnt have to choose anything else but appreciably if he did, he would probably choose something linked beside psychology. although your talented at art, preserve it as a hobby unless you want a career contained by that. But overall, i think you should do the biology or chemistry if your highest is psychology.it just make sense!

BestBuy employment question?
Question:
1. what do you ask during the interview?
2. what should i wear?
Answers:
i never worked at BestBuy but i did work for Bed Bath and Beyond... get dressup for the interview. a suit and tie or dress suit may be over slay but maybe something that you would wear to a funeral. if you are a masculine maybe dockers and a dres shirt and conceivably a tie but no jacket... women wear a shirt or dress pants and a nice shirt.
They will ask you question about how you can assistance the company, what do you know about the products, how you ever gotten fired or stolel anything from a commission... Thats including pens.
Just be your self the more relaxed you come across that more they will like you.
Good luck
It depends on what the position you are interviewing for is. For an associate, slacks and a button down shirt are correct, and for management a suit is angelic. They will ask you about your previous job, why you want to work there, your availability, etc. Those are the elementary questions, some individuals like to ask other things and fence in you off guard.
Do employer if truth be told hire someone near an online scope?
Question:
Answers:
I sure hope so. I'm about $16,000 contained by debt right now through Axia College of University of Phoenix. I know that Aixa is recognized, I pray employers will hirer me. I'm busting my hump to carry a 3.92 GPA and doing it over the Internet is really hard.
Sometimes, but online degree, especially if they're from one of the for-profit online degree school, aren't usually considered to be anywhere near the equivalent of a amount from a regular university.
I don't see why not if it's accredited. A lot of companies even hold partnerships near online degree school so my answer would be yes!
Yes they do, just net sure that the school have regional accredidation.
My "general" answer is YES, but then you also really enjoy to consider the school's accreditation, and what type of degree you are getting on-line. Many relations have to win their degrees on-line because it may be the merely way they can walk to school or further their childhood. I think contained by a world where everything seem to be moving faster, it's something that is becoming more and more suitable.
My last two places of employment we did not authorize online degree's unless they were from accepted and well certain universities that extend online degrees. Places such as the University of Phoenix the resumes be put through the shredder. This is not to say adjectives organizations do this. It depends where on earth you want to work and what is your career. This plays a pretty big role.
Some employer will hire with no amount. Unless a degree is influential for some reason they can hire in need one. I didn't get a level until I was over 40 and have some very obedient jobs. I enjoy a degree immediately but I don't need it. My point is accounting and I was a CPA once but I hold had job like tech support surrounded by software companies and staff accountant in CPA firms in need the degree or CPA and almost nobody I hold known have degrees within IT until the last 10 years.
Show you can do the assignment from experience and during the interview and they will hire you. My current boss gave computer check as part of the interview it be simple but separated those that said they knew computers from those that did know. Some don't even know how to transform directories from a dos prompt and have solitary used one operating system but claim to know computers. With the fakers a point doesn't help.
Absolutely!!As getting an online amount from a recognized program will show oodles employers that your are self motivated and unyielding.
But other factors can influence an employer decision approaching participation within school clubs and events, be active surrounded by the schools greeks, and personal recommendation from professors! which cannot in most cases be done getting an online scope!
But with that said most who procure online degrees already enjoy a good livelihood and are trying to get qualified to move up to better undertaking positions or are involved with internships that receive online degrees work around their work diary!
Overall an online degree will no channel hurt a person from getting a charge if the person is harsh and aggressive in his/her pursuits.
