Sounds to me approaching she wants your errand and feels resembling you don't deserve your position. If you have a better authority than she does I think it's time to start copy a log of customer complaints and situations that you have witnessed and pinch that to your manager if you can or if they are not for sale forward it to corporate.
Actually with what you describe it sounds similar to in your manacle of command she would be the temporary boss if you weren't in attendance so she's not really out of line controlling force while your gone. The solution to that would of course be at hand more often. Her husband sitting at the handrail is an easy fix though. I come from a middle class household of college graduates and they own the snobby view that I'm too dutiful for "just" a community college. I have a weighted GPA of 4.3, unweighted of 3.6, surrounded by the top 6% of my class, and modest SAT/ACT scores. Do you imagine it would be unreasonable of me to only shift to a community college knowing there aren't any bachelor's degree? Also, a question for dental hygienists -- do you work full time, and if so, do you achieve health nurture and a 401K? I checked online on some salary wizard and it seem to say not plentiful got robustness care. I find that really strange

Hey, I've graduate from a community college and I have the remedy of enrolling into a dental hygiene "online amount completion" program at a university. To convey you the truth, having a bachelor surrounded by this field doesn't gain you better jobs (or better pay) if you want to be a clinician (work within a dental office). The dentists who hire you don't really care something like your papers. All they want is that you passed your boards, do a good career cleaning, value lenient comfort, you are a good troop player and get along next to the rest of the staff.
You do want to get a BA though if you want to coach or work for big dental companies, Dept of Health, do research, etc. You also have the prospect to get an MS surrounded by DH if you want to

The most RDHs though work in 2 or more different office which do add up to full time but no benefits (you do acquire free dental for you, your spouse and your kids though). If you work in a growing practice (ambitious, young-looking dentist) you will very potential get hired full time eventually.

If you love your assignment and boss, why leave? You could pursue the other profession opportunity as a second job. If the hours conflict, reach a deal to your current (friend) boss and see if he will willing to metamorphosis your hours.

It's probably an On-the-Job evaluation. If they truly sat you down and give you an interview and then invited you spinal column for another, then to be exact probably what it is. If when they interviewed you they just asked a few QUICK question and explained how to fill out the application - consequently you probably haven't been interviewed even so.
For McDonald's, do not wear sandels (you shouldn't wear that to an interview anyway) but dress as nice as possible. Not like a suite... simply.. nice. If you're going to be working, they want you in work appropriate clothing. More than feasible they will provide a uniform for you to wear that day or distribute it to you afterward.
You will learn SOC's and some other rudimentary stuff to get you going if it is an OJE. Just be a well-mannered listener, smile, BELIEVE in yourself and simply go beside the flow. You'll catch on.
Don't fret over what to wear, etc. too much because eventually you'll find a uniform if they aren't getting one to you already. They should.

Usually in the interview, you don't enjoy to prepare so much...but the only entry ican advise you be yourself. Based on the article i read, an applicant should wear business attire or within your case possibly avoid wearing maong and something too much sexy, and avoid using strong perfume. I think the popular quiz for interview i could give is that "what you can do to the company"...i hope your friends might minister to you to answer that question.
