My co-worker and I used to be equals and we got along OK. Then (thanks to her boss/best friend) she get promoted and all heck broke loose. We don’t bring back along anymore because the promotion went straight to her person in charge and she’s totally insufferable now (I’m pretty docile and I get along near everybody unless they pull something totally in full view and outrageous against me. She did.) She’s obviously too emotionally fresh to handle the responsibility given to her, she constantly b**ches and complains just about the way things are run, walk out of meetings if she’s not getting her means of access, and rants and rave to her best friend about everyone else. All of her accounts are one outsourced to other plants in our corporation, and she’s markedly scared for her position. Now, her best friend has disappeared the company and she’s left lacking her ‘protector’ and has to work near everyone else she’s been bad-mouthing adjectives these years. She’s been pulling a principal pout-fest for weeks. I would be highly amused, but in a minute she’s in a position over me and her most modern survival strategy is to make me look unpromising in comparison beside her. I’m not so sure if she’s going to be fired or not—our supervisor obviously like her and the company has be known to hold dead mass on longer than necessary to avoid complications. This woman is big-headed and running scared, though, and it make me feel resembling I’m dealing with a live bomb every time I move about to work. How do I handle this situation?

I think you should verbs as a waitress while you pursue further studies. There are now online courses, which will see you to get a scope in 2 years while you work. An training is a long-term investment. It will put you in fitting jobs. It will also distribute you a lot of self-respect. Money is not everything. There are research years and earning years. It is roughly not a good model to prioritize work before training. It is like putting the pushcart before the horse.
