There is not much you can do, the boss is the boss, and if he won't support you, you're out of luck and a big commission. I worked in sale for a lot of years and right presently I am unemployed. All of these sale opportunities hold come my way and at this stage surrounded by the game, I only don't want anything to do with sale.
