The point was to try and seize the person on the phone and hold them there for just about 20 minutes and complete a survey. That's how you made your money along with getting rewarded by the hour. When i worked, there be a few weeks out of the month where i did win 40 hours and there be a lot of hours that i be put "on-call!"
Needless to say, i don't enjoy this job anymore. This be a job i get through my temp agency and the woman who hired me at the temp agency called me one morning to speak about me that the assignment i had be terminated because i heard some rumblings from my supervisor that i slur my words when i talk. I really don't know what she meant by that, but i really didn't work at that company long ample for anyone to judge me approaching that. How can a company judge you by your work enactment if they keep putting you "on ring?"
