Ok heres how (my rather long)story go, I just graduate and got settled contained by what seemed resembling a good computer s/w firm..the starting reimburse was really low but they assured me that if i worked okay,the hike would be apposite too,the only source I accepted that employment despite the low pay be because they gave me a errand in the domain i asked( asp.net) .
(6 months laterCEO call me and said I was doing a great brief but no pay-hike)
Well now more than 11 months passed and I (as resourcefully as the other new guys) hold hardly done some 'real coding work contained by asp.net' all light of day long I either own to fix HTML alignment problems or fix some bugs...the worse yet i be put into UI design a couple of times.
Last week i was asked to do some UI design work again..to which I refuse and said 'No' to the program head..
He kinda said contained by harsh tone to join him on monday.
Now being the bleak decision originator that I am,I am really confused as what to do..should I stand up or do as he says?.

It sounds to me close to your boss and supervisor want to underpay you ... forever.
