Kind of a corner 22 these days... can't achieve a job beside no experience, but can't get experience minus a job. Unfortunately, merely three things seem to work. (1) Nepotism. (2) Blind luck. (3) Start out through a temp agency. Lots of companies hire temps looking for talent they will hire latter on. If you wow them there, you are almost guaranteed a irremediable job, after experience, then the possibility of getting a better work.
I've found #1 works the best, but number three is probably the way to stir.

99% of adjectives Work-At-Home jobs offered on the internet are scam. Try Googling the name of this company and see what other relatives have said in the order of it.
The unpleasant truth of the matter is that everyone requests the sort of job where on earth they can just sit at home and work on their own time. Such job do, of course, exist, but they are few and far between, and unyielding to find. They are rarely offered online, and if they are sending you emails or public relations heavily, they are most likely scam.
