This one is for HR and family who bestow interviews?
Question:
I have be looking for a job for a while. In the be a sign of time, I have read extremely different opinion on the approach to use. Some were bold, some be respectful and calm. Many be contradictory.
In my job hunting interview, not two interviews be the same. Some concluded without any explanation and no volunteer, some went on and on and finished lacking offers. In the finale, is all this preparation for interviews pointless since partly of the time they don't even care anymore...? I'll do my company research anyways but.
Answers:
You will encounter books and direction on interviewing techniques which are from every direction - and yes, some are contradictory.
I own been a hiring overseer for some time, and I must say honestly that I do not follow any strict splash of questioning.
I usually look for confidence, professional dress and comportment, and good answers.
Sometimes I furnish them a situation which may arise at work, and ask them to brainstorm how they would solve it.
Sometimes I ask why they want to leave their present mission, or why they stayed for only 3 months at their second job, etc.
Sometimes I endow with them a role play situation and see what they do, knowing they have no time to prepare.
No interviewer is alike. Even my fellow manager who interview the same aspirant come to vastly different conclusions.
So, my advice is, only just be yourself, be confident, be prepared to answer anticipated questions, and do some homework on the company beforehand you go for the interview.
Good Luck!
You don't hold to spend hours memorizing a lot of 'good answers' to potential question from the employer. There are only five question that matter. Just five. The relations who have the power to hire you usually want to know the answers to these five question, which they may ask directly or try to find out obliquely:
1. "Why are you here?" - They expect by this, "Why are knocking on my door, fairly someone else's door?"
2. "What can you do for us?" - They mean by this, "If I be to hire you, would you be part of the problems I already enjoy, or would you be part of the solution to those problems? What are your skills, and how much do you know around some subject or field to be precise of interest to us?"
3. "What kind of personality are you?" - They mean by this, "Do you own the kind of sense of self that makes it flowing for people to work beside you, and do you share the values which we have at this place?"
4. "What distinguishes you from nineteen other those who can do the same tasks that you can?" - They indicate by this, "Do you have better work customs than the nineteen others? Do you show up earlier, stay next, work more thoroughly, work faster, maintain difficult standards, go the extra mile, or … what?"
5. "Can I afford you?" - They parsimonious by this, "If we decide we want you here, how much will it rob to get you, and are we predisposed and able to reward that amount -- governed, as we are, by our budget, and by our inability to repay you as much as the person who would be above you, on the organizational chart?"
These are the five principal question that most employers are dying to know the answers to. This is the shield, even if the interview begins and ends near these five questions never once self asked by the employer. The questions are still floating contained by the air near, beneath the surface of the conversation, beneath all the other things that are individual discussed. Anything you can do, during the interview, to help the employer find the answers to these five question, will make the interview unbelievably satisfying to the employer.
You Need To Find Out The Answers To The Very Same Questions That The Employer Would Like To Ask You.
1. "What does this assignment involve?" - You want to understand exactly what tasks will be asked of you, so that you can determine if these are the kind of tasks you would really like to do.
2. "What are the skills a top member of staff in the profession would have to enjoy?" - You want to know if your skills match those which the employer think a top employee contained by this job would own to have, surrounded by order to do this commission well.
3. "Are these the kind of people I would close to to work with, or not?" - Do not cut your intuition if it tells you that you would not be comfortable working beside these people!! You want to know if they enjoy the kind of self-image that would make it unproblematic for you to accomplish your work, and if they share the values which are important to you."
4. "If we close to each other, and both want to work together, can I make them there is something inimitable about me, that make me different from nineteen other people who can do alike tasks?" - You need to muse out, way ahead of time, what does bring in you different from nineteen other people who can do impossible to tell apart job. For example, if you are right at analyzing problems, how do you do that? Painstakingly? Intuitively, in a flash? By consulting next to greater authorities in the enclosed space? You see the point? You are trying to put your finger on the 'style' or 'manner' in which you do your work, specifically distinctive and hopefully appealing, to this employer.
5. "Can I persuade them to hire me at the earnings I need or want?" - This requires some experience on your part of how to conduct pay negotiation.
You will probably want to ask questions one and two. You will regard quietly the answer to request for information three. You will be prepared to make the baggage for questions four and five, when the appropriate time contained by the interview arises.
Yes, there are individual five questions that really count surrounded by a job interview. There are auxiliary questions you may want to ask, to complicated upon these five.
· What significant changes have this company gone through in the finishing five years?
· What values are sacred to this company?
· What characterizes the most successful organization this company has?
· What adjectives changes do you see within the work here?
· Who do you see as your allies, colleagues or competitors in this business?
This approach will apply to any interview situation. It have helped millions surrounded by the past.

There are a number of occupation in which individuals can start at the bottom and work their agency up. For instance, you could work in retail and bit by bit work your way up to a direction position. Also, there are a little trades which are willing to train on the job--such as construction.
Crab fisherman on the bering deep-sea.
Generally speaking, you get salaried for doing something the other guy doesn't want to do, or cannot do. Most of the time, "cannot do" means college or logical school, and "doesn't want to do" amounts to job that are dangerous or unpleasant.
But if you don't want to be a crab fisherman on the Bering Sea (the most precarious job within the world), you could always become a better golfer than Tiger Woods. Although he works intricate, his job is neither unpleasant nor uncertain, it seems to me; it does, however, require an exceptional set of genes.
If you can numeral out how to become the king of England, that pays pretty well, too, and you don't even own to spend hours under the blistering sun, trying to knock a globe in a hole.

here's an idea, ring up a place like a wall, appliance store, whatever you are interested within and say "i am really interested within doing this for a living when i get elder. i would do anything for a job here. i'll mop the floors for god's sake, as long as i can return with exposed to the ______ business"

Looking for a living.. any recommendation?
Question:
I'm looking for a relatively high paying commission.. with medical benefits. I'd be capable of work part-time.. probably full-time for the rest of the summer. I love animals and enjoy a lot of retail experience. I'm not too picky nearly jobs though - I a moment ago need one to bring back me through school. The with the sole purpose thing is that I be just charged next to a disorderly persons offense nearly two weeks ago.. does anyone have any recommendation for me? Thanks to all who answer !
Answers:
Get a opening at Home Depot, Costco, Target, etc... places like this assistance pay for your schooling. I know Home Depot rhombuses up to $5000 for tuition and books.
you inevitability to keep "networking"
confer or call everyone you know (incl. your hairdresser, clergy, ppl surrounded by the supermarket, etc.)
you never know who has a contact
If its in the region of the cash and resume building budge on monster and apply for everything that remotelt sounds interesting then bring picky with who you interview beside.research the companies that call you...dont settle if you hold time to be choosy
First of all charged doesn't be set to a thing...don't even mention it. Find a advocate and fight it...probability are it will get dropped if you formulate your court date and contest it. Unless you slapped a cop, the courts are too busy to waste time on a disorderly charge. It is complicated (almost Impossible) to find part time job with medical benefits. If you are attending college full time, you should be covered under one of your parents medical plan until the age of 24. If you are over 24 or neither of your parents hold coverage, most schools hold some sort of medical plans for their students. Third and last, I promise, my brother worked for a local Veterinarian as a Tech while going to arts school. Since you love animals check it out...if you work out well for them they might even assistance pay some of your college as a give in if you plan on going into veterinary work.
It's hard to answer this sound out without more details give or take a few the situation, such as your years of experience, what kind of retail, what part of a set of what country you live in, etc. Here are some nonspecific observations.
>>I'm looking for a relatively high paying post.. with medical benefits
This is asking for greatly. You didn't mention any credientials or experience other than retail.
>>I be just charged near a disorderly persons offense roughly speaking two weeks ago
That is a problem. If you haven't been convicted (yet), and the application asks roughly speaking convictions, you might be able to avoid disclosing this. In any shield don't lie on an application, because if you bring caught you would probably be terminated with make happen. You need to hold on to a reputation for honesty for most jobs. If it does come up you might try making the travel case that you learned from the experience.
>>I'm not too picky more or less jobs though
Not person picky might help. A lot of service-type job are staffed with those who are not reliable. You might try signing up for for on-call work if such is available. If you are reliable (and you need to be terrifically reliable and very available), after you will probably get plenty of hours. Large institutions stretch out a lot of hours--such as hospitals, huge department stores, big touristy-restaurants, school, and that sort of thing, regularly need populace to fill contained by for people who ring up in sick. In this skin you would carry a cell phone and be prepared to come contained by to work on short notice.
Also look for seasonal work. Christmas is the big one, but some job are seasonal in the summer such as working at summer recreational comings and goings.
Unpleasant jobs are usually easier to get hold of and sometimes pay resourcefully relative to the qualifications needed. Unfortunately next to that disorderly person offense baggy over your head you are unlikely to be meet at a nursing home. Keep your eyes out for opportunities to do something "messy", mechanical, or physically hard...those job are usually easier to get than nice verbs cushy jobs.
If you don't catch offered medical benefits, you might be able to arrange your own. High deductible crucial medical plans are somewhat affordable--because you pay for routine expenses out of your own pocket. They can be paired beside health hoard accounts to cover routine expenses, which is a good deal. You can ask the webmaster at www.mutuallyassuredsurvival.co... for more information more or less HSAs and maybe he would own ideas for job too.
Good luck and great prosperity to you.
Can i be sack for gross misconduct for an incident outside work grounds?
Question:
i went bad from work sick last friday, i couldnt take into custody a taxi from work because they dont hold a public payphone. i went into the local pub subsequent door to phone one. Whilst i was phoning one i purchased a drink. A squad leader from work on the other shift that have just finished be in the pub (several hours after i have started my shift) he asked me what i was doing nearby as i was expected to be at work. i told him that i was phoning a hackney carriage to go home and i duly question him about what right he have to question me when he be clearly under the influence of alcohol.I raise my finger to him and told him that he was a low natural life and i walked bad. He claims that i threatened him with sternness. my hearing is tommorrow, what should i right to be heard?
Answers:
Ask him if he plans to produce witnesses, or if he was too drunk to remember who else be there.
Thats other the risk you run calling in sick. You might enjoy to bite the bullet on that one.
tell the truth, the complete truth, and nothing but the truth so aid you God
I'd tell it the style you just did here.
Ordering a drink surrounded by a pub while on sick time doesn't look good, but it sounds resembling you had a conceivable explanation.
As for the violence, deny deny deny. Were within any witnesses that you can call upon?
you should describe the truth and have a couple of witnesses at the trial, inform the jury that he be under the influence and hold a good advocate with you and you should win your skin
Well, you can be sacked for gross misconduct because it be in what be supposed to be your work time. Have you not got any witnesses?
You can't own been that unpromising though because if I was bad, a drink would be the last entity on my mind. If you were that bad, you should have asked an hand at your workplace if they wouldn't mind phoning for a taxi for you as you are unwell. Nobody would rebuff that!
tell the truth and explain what happen and if your not satisfied next to the result
go to a industrial tribunal
I hope you are making this up, you not here work sick and as opposed to calling a hackney carriage from one of the many phones I assure you can be found contained by every office, you go to a pub and called one, and ordered a drink for shits and giggle, then when you be called on it you flipped stale a supervisor.
Yes you can get fired, and at hand is very little you could speak to justify your goings-on.
call his bluff.he cannot even ask you what you are doing surrounded by the pub if he is there himself.you own a good bag on your hands.dont posterior down but handle this suitcase very cooly try to preserve calm and explain what you be doing there surrounded by the first place.good luck.p.s.permit me know the score.the worse that can begin is a telling stale.
You need to ask a friend to exploit as your witness and attend the hearing beside you. Unfortunately the time slot is very authoritarian or you could have contacted your local CAB or ACASS for warning. But if you take your witness and history everything that is said,on both sides, you can consult the CAB or ACASS and ask for guidance.
Best of luck.
The brutality thing wishes witnesses. And being surrounded by a pub there are sure to be oodles. Without them or any other solid evidence you cannot be punished. Especially if he were drunk.
The reality you were within a pub drinking may stand against you (if it were alcoholic) and thank may be something you should mention beside regret. It all depends on your procession of work I guess and how "valuable" you are to the company.
Nevertheless, being outside of work does not endow with your collegues any power over your actions - regardless of what they may ponder.
Hope you're in a association mate! Make sure they represent you.
In answer to your question - yes, you could be disciplined as it is clearly work-related.
read out exactly what happened, and don't acquire angry of flustered, you'll answer questions better. as i see it the column leader have nothing to say-so, as he was finished work, and have a drink. if the worst comes to the worst and you loose ur job, you could other slap him to make yaself surface better
tell your boss exactly what you told us only just now that the other shift chief officer was underneath the influence and you had no other remedy to tell him where on earth to go because of the situation the squad leader have put you in (feeling threatened ) you put up the shield and just walk away...you sholud be ok as long as you put it forward that a slightly tipsy team ruler challenged you while both of you have been discharged of duties one wrapping up of shift and two you were unwell...
transmit them he grab your bits while he be under the influence and you are gonna yelp sexual harrassment to anyone who will listen.
hope that helps!
If you worked for me and go into a pub to call a hackney cab...and just happen to get a beer while you wait i would assume you were swinging the head (sick people don't really want to drink beer do they?) Also insulting a manager/team leader shows you are a trouble causer who have no respect for authority..there's been a few associates like you who USED to work for me...
Take a look within the mirror...and ask yourself a very direct sound out and try to answer your own question near brutal honesty.
If I was the boss would i be comfortable with my work and my attitude and my sickness history?
It might be time to start taking responsibility for your own actions and stop blaming everyone else for things YOU THINK YOU'RE THE VICTIM OF.
yes you can -- presently whether your company considers this gross misconduct is a different thing.. i would not bring in to much about the sour duty manager self drunk or even under the influence -- (i presume no test were run on him) -- when you say you purchased a drink = be it a soft drink = beer or what. hate to vote this mate i would say the cards are stacked against you -== move about into the hearing beside you head contained by your hand and put in the picture you side == but do not stress the fact that the officer was drunk - and do stress that you finished your drink took a hackney carriage and went straight home to bed. well-mannered luck
Tell the truth. Call a witness from the scene. Be polite and don't say anything nearly the guy you had the altercation near. Why couldn't you call the taxicab from work. Did you go to the doctor--get a doctor's slip. What are the workrules give or take a few seeing a doctor if you have to set out work. Apologize to the supervisor for anything you said (you don't have to be specific). Tell them you didn't enjoy a lot of restraint because you weren't feeling resourcefully, wanted to return with home, but wasn't having any luck getting a taxicab to come pick you up. You weren't feeling resourcefully and it wasn't, in your belief, an employee/employer situation, if they think you said anything out of queue. Be cool and respectful. Listen carefully to respectively question and don't be in motion on and on about this that or the other. Stick near the facts of what happened.
Oh the other poster made a tangible good point around your sick leave library. If it's good, stress that. If you use profusely of sick leave, I hope you hold some real correct reason. Stay silent.
Yes, you can be fired for this incident because they will say you lied roughly your reason for disappearing work. You weren't sick. You only considered necessary to go to the banister and drink because it was Friday.
resourcefully, what grounds for the hearing if it be off the commission site? that sounds wrong but he probably didn't like the process you treated him so he found a way to gain you into trouble... I know it was wrong of him to ask but subsequent time don't talk to anyone from work unless you are friends...
But getting wager on to your question you could and if you do find a lawyer...
basically tell the truth and dance back and ask barman if he hear what was said.
It be outside of work grounds but RELATED to work!!
What business do you have raise your finger to an employee and calling them a low-life??
ONE drink?? I doubt it.
OK, you are that stupid that you pinch time off work, and be in motion to a BAR across the street and DRINK?? When you are sick, you are sick!! Period. Don't tell me that work wouldn't hold allowed you to use the phone there to telephone call a cab.
You deserve everything coming to you. Chalk it up to a energy lesson and move on.
Pure stupidity on your part of the pack. People who are sick don't go out DRINKING. You should be fired for that alone!
What you should SAY is that the incident never took place.
You saw this individual, you informed him that you have permission to evacuate work, and you felt that he be threatening you while he was intoxicated. His judgement of the events that took place are clouded by alcohol. You didn't incline your hand, didn't appointment him names, or anything else. In you inference, this supervisor was Clearly intoxicated and so out of it that they misintrpreted everything you said as an deed of aggression. I would also go next to Paulie you are going to file sexual maltreatment suits against everyone..this manager be leaning up against your t i t s, rubbing your thigh lower than the table and making sexually explicit comments. Its only one of tons times he has done this to you as capably. Screw this Supervisor to the wall! It serves him right for being so stupid as all right.
This is a case of he said vs she said. The worst to be precise likely to ensue is a reprimand.
DON'T ADMIT ANYTHING..not even DRINKING. Tell them you only ordered a ginger ale.
Normally your schedule outside of work should have no position on an employment interview - unless they were totally incompatible near your job e.g. working for aloholics anonymous and getting palatic.
Unless you own been within trouble before, I would lately recount the facts from your opinion - the troop leader also seem to be exceeding his authority and if the opportunity arises say that you'll apologise to the other being for any unintentional distress cause.
One other factor - it seems to a covering of 'word' against 'word' - it would be very difficult for a firm to dismiss a bough of staff under those circumstances - who should they believe?
Naturally I cannot comment on the verdict that the hearing will formulate but I would certainly whip someone along with you - a witness if you hold one, a union ceremonial if there is one surrounded by your firm, failing that a colleague who might act as a traits reference.
You will hold the right to appeal if necessary and if you touch that you have be unfairly dismissed consequently you can apply to an industrial tribunal for unfair dismissal (keep this as a concluding resort but most firms are wary going on for the costs involved).
Above all (as the maxim goes) CONTROL YOUR TEMPER, i.e. think up to that time you reply - to every question - a measured response will be invaluable and will echo better on you rather than have a slanging match.
Yes you can. Sorry.
What to wear to a situation interview for a fast-food place?
Question:
What should I wear to a job interview at a fast-food place such as McDonald's, Burger King, or Subway? I am newly thinking of a buttoned shirt (what color?) with a white undershirt, one button unbutton at the top, and some Levi jeans. I am a teenager, this will be my first duty.
Answers:
Clean, undyed blue jeans without holes surrounded by them should be fine. Couple that with a shirt near a collar and call it dutiful. Sneakers are acceptable if verbs and without holes. Basically you're dressing to show the interviewer and the career some respect. But don't overdress, because then you look as though you hold no common sense and fashion unpredictable decisions.
Then, when they hand over you a uniform, wear it clean and near some respect. After all, they give you a job. Other human resources won't feel the necessitate to show this level of pride within their uniform, but do yourself a favor and don't follow those losers. Have some character and class almost yourself.

Baby sit, house cleaning for other inhabitants, dog babysitting and dog walking, dog poop clean up, cut grass, flower bed work, tutoring younger kids, coaching younger kids to play an instrument (if you play something). Have a yard Dutch auction. Cash in can.
Well, I don't know if you are allowed to at your school, but when I be younger, our school driven us to start our own business from only a small amount of money that they give us. It wasn't easy, but next to a lot of firm work, and creativeness, I was competent to start my own business at school, selling different treats, (chocolates and eats etc) after 4 years of doing this I have at least 5 ethnic group working for me selling at school getting a commission, and be able to brand name a very devout profit each daytime from the sales. Give it a try, as it doesn't clutch you out of your school routine, it also give you your afternoons free, to keep your studies up...
name camps and see if the have need of camp counslers or beckon your library and she if they need close to helpers or something or ask ur parents to see if nearby is any work that needs to be done at nearby work and ask if you can get salaried for doing it.
Stay away from online surveys or anything that sounds too good to be true, since if it does, it probably is. The best approach to help your home is get apt grades, get graduate, and get to college (they don't hold to be rich, that's why student loans exist). It is doubtful at 14 you will be able to put together enough to truly gross an impact on your family's finances, and it is sad you touch you have to. Study and stay within school. That will aid your family.

How do I know if I should verbs working near a mentor?
Question:
The mentor is smart and generous but also difficult to work beside at times. They can be very crazy and erratic within the rythym and flow of their work because their mind is constantly at work for the best plays. If I chose to leave I would enjoy a hard time finding another mentor or character who would take interest within helping me. So i feel close to I should stay but also feel similar to I need righteous advice to verbs.
Answers:
a good mentor should enjoy the time and interest to help you.. if you draw from more stressed in erudition from him, your mind would just be not reactive to the knowledge he's trying to impart on you.. and finish off up not learning at adjectives.. there would be no ficus on both of you when you sit down together..
you'll find and deserve a better one.. one item a teacher desires for a student is he should be enthusiastic to revise.. i guess you are one, and i'm sure a good mentor will find you..
A little frusterated in the order of my profession, what do i do?
Question:
I am a manager at a adjectives girls retail store that i will not mention the name of. i own been here since november and i started out as a sale associate. i was promoted roughly 2 months ago. at first i loved it but now i can not stand it. th store executive is serioulsy crazy! she is very bipolar and newly expects way to much. we hold alreadyb been through so several other sales associates and 4 other manager and i am the only one who have stayed around and she still remains to treat me like a dog. i can`t stand it but i love the saales associates we have and i love the store contained by general. i really want to quit because i am ver doleful working here but i dont want to let the store down. what should i do??
Answers:
I dated someone who I after that found out was bipolar...I couldn't suppose working for someone like that.
Talk to your district HR Manager. Tell her everything that you stated here and next some. It will remain in confidence.
Can you ask to be transferred to another store that's not too far from you?
If you run home everyday miserable then you should seriously have a sneaking suspicion that about quitting. I used to work surrounded by retail and finally snapped. I have a totally different art now and couldn't be happier. If you consistency that you can change anything more or less your job to be paid it better then progress for it. But no job is worth anyone unhappy adjectives the time.
actively look for another job while working in that. At the worst its good to enjoy on a resume that you were promoted. worthy luck with that retail sucks
It seem like your option are:
1.) speak professionally yet frankly to the manager's superior. Perhaps the supervisor of this manager have had previous issues beside her and will consider letting her go within order to hold on to you.
or,
2.) finding another position elsewhere and resigning.
Which option will impart you more peace of mind?
I wish you economically.
Try talking to the district manager- her superior- narrate them about her behavior and show proof of how tons associates have come and gone. sounds resembling she needs to walk and you should stay.
wait for her to descendant an other person , later your chance to escape
Ask your self these question. Which is more important? Being glowing or taking home a paycheck or both? The way I see it is ‘If you aren’t satisfied at your current job, after you are in the wrong job’. If you want to stay where on earth you are, then you entail to resolve the issue you have next to the supervisor.
I understand the supervisor problem. I regard most of use have be there and done that. Not fun. If you be in motion over her head and chitchat to her supervisors and they don’t do anything about her, and she finds out just about it she could really make your time miserable, even more than right now.
The reality that you have be promoted tells me that you really do approaching your job and that you do a devout job, and explicitly a good entry. I know how difficult it is to do all of the extra stuff you are anyone given, but if you really want to keep your opening, go ahead and do adjectives that is asked of you. Someone will be watching whether you know it or not and you may eventually be promoted again, but to your own store next to your own employees.
You really don’t hold too many choices if you want to stay. Like I said, if you aren’t jolly, you are in the wrong living. Not sure what else you can do.
I've see profoundly of empire ask more or less stay at home job.I found a website that looked legit?
Question:
its www jobs-home . com .. I wondered if anyone has tried this website.they're down with the bbb and the charge to sign up is only 4..95, and you carry hired by the actual employer, not this company...what do you guys think?
Answers:
I'd be leery give or take a few any service that requires you to pay to win a job through them, instinctively. It's usually the employer that pays the agency for the hire, not the employee that pays to be hired.
Have you looked at some of the temp and contract agencies surrounded by your city? If you have a scope, there are like mad of companies that will do telecommuting where you can work at home and with the sole purpose attend weekly or other semi-regular meetings at the organization, and you wouldn't have to remuneration to get a situation through the agency. Not all contracts will require a level, of course, but it will be easier next to the degree. Check it out contained by either luggage. I suggest sites like:
monster.com
corestaff.com
volt.com
Since I don't know your location and pen of expertise, I can't direct you better, sorry. I used to work as a career and opportunity placement counselor when I was an undergrad, and have some good luck placing associates with at-home work. It's a bit easier within tech places, and for people near some tech skills, but it's not impossible for people lacking. I really suggest you try places that aren't going to require you to pay, first.
A tip if you do sign up near any temp/contract agency: Send in your CV or resume afterwards follow up about 30 minutes or partially an hour later next to a phone call. And phone them often. Be polite and professional, unsurprisingly! Don't be a pest, but be persistent. Keep your term on their minds, with a honest idea of exactly the living you want, and how crisp and professional you are. If they know what you want, and how great and keen you are, you will be the first identify that rolls off their orifice when the job you want lands on their desk.
Plus, spell check, sentence structure check, etc. etc. etc. You know that drill. Crisp, clean, polite, professional, punctual. It never hurts.
Good luck!
I hold done a lot of research into this. Any position you have to pay envelope for to start is not a legit company. Would you have someone foot you to work for you? Doesn't make sense. Did the webite own a link to the BBB from their site? It might not be the concrete BBB website, just a setup to get them look legit. One of the only things I've found is a company call Intuit. It is the parent company of QuickBooks. They employ customer service representatives to work form home. I'm pretty sure you enjoy to do training first, and I think you hold to be close to one of their training facilities to do so. I know near is one is Arizona.Check it out.
Hmmm. you shouldn't have to income someone to find work. I think to be exact a huge red flag. Beware of scams.
It looks resembling a site that just aggregates teh facts for you. For $4.95 at least it's not a humongous ripoff. I'll pass you some link where on earth you don't have to take-home pay them anything at all instead:
