retta
If you have a license i conjecture you can charge (depending on how many hours: $6.50/hour and if they are within excess 10.00 per half an hour that they are past due. ( You have to enjoy safe toys and pious books and good artistic movies for kids. You have to guide the kids to be polite and have to instruct them good manners and to own good decipline. You cannot own boyfriend in front of them and doing your point with your boyfriend.)Say they own to pick up at 6PM - they pick up their kids at 6:30 - they have to reward 10.00 extra for being slowly. The reason is it is your free time and you are also tired already and because they are belated - you can't get your rest and anything other things that you should do for yourself. Under the table I heard that 10.00 per afternoon. And there are so masses other things that you have to consider. Baby sitting is not a simple available job - remember you will be the companying adult for the babies so consequently you should be in your best lifestyle all the time. And within should be an adult that will supervise you a short time ago in defence something happen (like the newborn fell on the staircase or in a glorious chair) that you can ask assistance for - you have to know what to do resembling what mommies will do if their kids get hurt. Ok? Good Luck!

Fill out the applications and turn them surrounded by with the resume. Call respectively employer about a week next if you haven't heard from them all the same to follow up. Ask if they have any current opening and if they've seen your application.

I lost my undertaking a couple of months ago and I enjoy an 10 month frail son?

Question:
What can I do to earn money so that I don't have to lose everything I own. I have tried temp agencies, I own tried the unemployment bureau, everyone keeps recitation me that I'm too experienced. I need a employment fast and making the money explicitly pertinent to my experience, what can I do. I am experienced in Medical Billing, Coding, Administrative, Clerical, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections, Customer Service, I be an Assistant Supervisor as well, everyone keep telling me that the livelihood market is slow right presently. Anyone know of a way that I can find a opening in Lakewood, CA or adjoining cities

Answers:
You may be a threat to supervisors who fear a know-it-all attitude or, worse, you may be a threat to their own job. The interviewer may also be suspicious that you couldn’t handle your previous higher-level responsibility that’s why you are opt for a lower position.

Convince the interviewer that the position for which you are applying is right for you at this stage in your go and career.

If cite increased outside responsibilities, such as a growing household, as a reason for your choosing a unusual career direction, be sure to play up that you still have strong dedication toward accepting challenge and making room for growth.

Also, emphasize your long-gone successes and your strong work ethic. Point out your interest in longevity and stability at this point within your career.
There may be other reason. Go over the checklist below.

There are many reason an interview doesn't result in a duty offer. The interviewer may reckon that the applicant:
·Lacked the skills to perform the brief
·Was unable to answer question clearly and concisely
·Didn't project and successful profile and lacked poise or confidence
·Was overly aggressive; character wouldn't fit with squad
·Was unprepared and asked few if any meaningful question; lack of research nearly the company
·Was unable to explain unfavorable factor in a resume, such as employment gap or lack of point
·Had unrealistic expectations about income; was more interested within salary/benefits than the job

Almost adjectives interviewing problems could be avoided by taking the time to prepare and practice before the interview. Remember, it is not necessarily the contender who is the most qualified who gets the undertaking. It's the applicant who convinces the employer that she/he can do the job and become a dynamic section of the company team. The formula to nouns is part skills and piece personality, so sort a good mark.

Any place that says they have these jobs for you to do at home, just want your money.

THERE IS NO JOB< THERE IS NO PAY.
I posted a similar question a while back. What I came up with is this: most of those home based businesses and/or data entry jobs require a pretty hefty start up fee.

What's you experience next to working near temp agencies?

Question:
I started working with ACT-1 within Dec 2006. I was impressed they have an assignment ready for me when I get hired. I was told by the temp I would be working for a celebrity publishing company as a temp-to-hire. My schedule be Mon-Thurs 8AM-6PM and I received a weekly paycheck. When I when to work at this publishing company there be at least 40 other temps. Some of the temps be told they temp-to-hire others were told they to complete the assignment within 3mos. I really enjoyed working here because I had alot of experience working surrounded by the customer service field. When I be at my third month of working at this company I was told that the temp-to-hires would be considered for eternal placement at the company six from the date we were hired, which be great because this company is a Forrtune 500 company. Anyway, while there the other temps found out that be untrue because some of the other temps have be there for at smallest a year and still was not hired unwavering.

Answers:
I have registered next to several temp agencies and to make a long story short, they are really ridiculous, they promise you job and get your hopes up dignified but never succeed at what they promise. I recommend to everyone do not deal next to temp agencies, they only submission you jobs because they seize a percentage of the money when you sign up with them and while you're working. My counsel is to go directly to different companies and apply, you'll attain all of your monies worth
Being considered for unalterable hire means merely that, that you'll be considered. Usually there are a lesser amount of spots to fill for long-term positions then they are of temp-to-hire population, so only the most qualified win the positions when they open up. The most qualified entity isn't necessarily the person who have worked there the longest, so the newer associates might get the position first or instead of.

Since some of the temps hold been in that for awhile without attainment a permanent position, after at least they know they are valued as a worker (since they've be kept on) even if they aren't considered the best for a permanent duty with the company.
Sounds as if the company is insecure to hire permanent workforce. Probably wants the flexibility of anyone able to evolution staffing arrangements at a moments notice.

Your agency is only just interested in keeping the customer chirpy. You should find another agency and keep sending out those resumes. I've used temp to hire positions on a couple of occasion...never had so much trouble as you describe.
I worked for temp agencies years ago, and enjoy it. I did a temp to hire, was hired after immediately quit because article were so different.

Some temp agencies proffer benis such as health insurance. Does yours? If so, give somebody a lift it.

Also, you cannot apply at the co where you work for at most minuscule a year of working there thru the temp agency.

If a perm errand is important, stir get one. One article I like give or take a few temp agencies is the flexibility, but working at a location like you are funds you loose the flexible schedule (taking time past its sell-by date, etc).

Not sure this was any back, sorry.

What do they parsimonious "or equivalent experience"?

Question:
I'm an ESL teacher within Japan with eleven years of experience but no level. I'm trying to move back to the U.S. and I've found several ESL ad on Craigslist.com that say:

"BA or equivalent experience required"

Well, I don't enjoy the degree, but I enjoy a ton of experience teaching a cavernous variety of classes. What do you deem they mean when they vote "equivalent experience"?
How much experience is probably "equivalent" to a BA?
Do I even have a occasion?

Answers:
You absolutely own a chance. Your experience of eleven years far outweighs the BA level. Make sure you list adjectives the classes that you taught on your resume and include reference that are familiar next to the classes that you taught.

If I be hiring, I would choose your experience over the degree that would include courses unrelated to schooling ESL.
Yes I would say you hold a good indiscriminate.. I would apply and see what happens.
4 to 5 years could be close to equivalent to a level. Its hard to style guru and so that is why its confused.
You should be asking them that.

I think that it is anything that have the same virtues as what they want you to have an equivilant to.
In oodles cases, working experience (equivalent) is just as biddable as having a point. Equivalent experience means any experience beside the area applying for that could impart you an advantage surrounded by that area. Good luck!
I would assume that you are very qualified.
That resources you have the equivalent experience as someone who would hold a BA or BS in that nouns. I would say next to 11 years experience you would. I would go on and apply for the chore. You might also want to try monster.com or experience.com. 11 years is a lot of experience, you could intensely well seize an ASL job beside that much. They may want you to agree to go and carry a degree inside a certain amount of time however. Go ahead adjectives they can say is no.
That is a really vague, so it is not easy to say what they are looking for. Most companies will state how lots years of experience they are looking for in a claimant who is lacking a level. From what little you've said about your prior work experience, I would see in your mind`s eye you are more then qualified. Some things in recent times can't be taught and it seem like you own the years of work to back you up.

I would dance for it, if I were you. You hold nothing to lose by inquiring. You may also want to check out some sites approaching monster.com or Yahoo Hot Jobs. Their listings tend to be more specific about that they want for a fussy position.
Personally, I think you hold a very dutiful chance. Experience can sometimes prove to be more prized than having the point because you have worked surrounded by the field and, within your case, are deeply well established. Hence, the company that hires you know that they won't be spending too much time training you.

In order to be 100% sure you should contact the employer you are interested in and find out what they hold to say going on for this.
It is having the skills needed for the type of work . Here is the def of the word EQUIVALENT, 1. Equal. 2. Similar or similar in function or effect. okay , only go rear to teaching
and for the B.A. you will call for to go put a bet on to College to get it.
I infer you stand a chance. Send contained by your resume. Make sure you point out in your cover notification, and your resume if appropriate, that your hands on experience have taught you a LOT something like working with ESL students and the most successful ways of teaching them. If you want you could even point out a specific entity that you learned beside working with students, that might be dutiful.

I don't know what the equivalent would be, but my bet is that you have it.

Should i sprawl around making smaller quantity within directive to bring hire?

Question:
my current job is an IT support analyst...providing makeshift technical support to traders, success management etc. i currently craft $50k, plus $20k in bonus as of this year.

im human being laid off due to modern ceo management and resturing...im applying to another investment as a desktop support. i dont give attention to i will be making this much in another firm...probably around $40k-$50k. if they ask me how much i currently construct, should i lie to them and articulate $45k and expect they will offer $50k. once again im not sure how much they are offering..im lately guessing.

so to conclude...should i slouch to them im making less contained by order to own a good haphazard they will hire me. i do want to work for them since they sound similar to an exciting investment company. thx in mortgage.

Answers:
Tell them the truth about your remuneration but let them know you are of a mind to negotiate given that it is an exciting opportunity. If they ask for salary requirements, tender them a big range approaching 40-50K so you are not out of the ballpark. They might offer you 45K if that's the top of the degree for that job, but since you're coming from somewhere near a bigger salary you might know how to get some better perk or benefits out of them. Ask for more vacation time, for example.
Personally I would update them I make MORE, so they are competent to match it or exceed it if they really want to hire you.
don't lounge.
Don't lie. Good companies check that anyways - do you really want to go and get caught looking like a swindler before you've even be hired? Don't include bonus pay. It's okay to stretch the truth on some things but it sounds close to you're good at what you do so you shouldn't own to lie in the order of anything. Be confident that you are paid what you are worth and ably worth the investment as an asset to the company you are applying for.
Always be honest.its really bad if they find out you slump.

I would let them know my current earnings.also let them know that you realize they may not know how to start you out at that level. You would similar to to be able to work up to it surrounded by time.

Explain your situation,,,,they know about layoffs, and decrease in income

good luck
No don't down play what you are worth. If you bring up to date them you make a lower amount they may grant you less (not more). If you're making $50K narrate them, and let them negotiate near you (if needed). Companies are used to having to promise with these things. Make sure you get hold of what you are worth.
You can lie, but when they do the conditions check they will find out the truth. I worked for an IT Consulting firm in NYC for close to two years. One human being in distinctive told me during the interview he was earn 60K. Not a problem. I gave him the forms to steep out to conduct a background check and whent he report come back he be actually simply earning 30K. I could simply imagine his facial expression when I contacted him and advise him we learned he be only making 30K at his present place of employment. We didn't hire him.
If 50k pays the bills perchance, but if taking the cut means you are still within the whole no...sometimes family determine your value base on what you made before, after you read between the lines what they want you to do.balance from near..
Always be honest because they can verify it and if they find you lied (even to their advantage) they will think "If he lied around that, what else is he capable of lying about".

If you provide a income range that’s too giant or too low, prior to an interview, you reduce your negotiation power and possibly remove the opportunity of man offered the position altogether. The bottom line is this: if it’s not asked, don’t volunteer.

IF asked your current income (which now days not a soul does as much anymore) just tolerate them know: "I made $_______ (list your salary and give up out bonuses). My duties consisted of_______ (list your duties).

Most companies will not state the starting salary contained by the begining of the interview. When an interviewer asks your salary requirement, try first to helpfully deflect the question by inquiring something like the salary they are book for the position.

Actually the best way is to state "According to the dept. of labor statistics for 2007- 20??, The industry standard for desktop support is _______". If the interviewer presses you for a number, bequeath a range. To desire on a range, reckon about the net you want, your salary at your most recent position and the industry-standard take-home pay for the job.

The bottom chain: The salary examine is one of the most important, so you should prepare for it within advance and plan what to speak. Compensation beyond salary. It's regularly easier said than done, but you should sometimes look beyond the salary number and examine the total compensation roll. It's possible the better job donate is not the one with the extreme salary

Well, you could but it is really concrete to say... I would convey them (all of the people you spoke next to, if possible) a thank you note...But since everyone is on leave, it may take awhile.. But keep hold of all option open because it may not work out to your dominance...
It sounds like your likelihood are good, but it might be that it's difficult to take the key conclusion makers contained by the room at the same time to produce anything official.

Continue to check put money on periodically (every week or two) about the status and express interest surrounded by the job.
A lot of this depends upon the size of the company. For full-size companies, they will spend the money to go through this process beside 2-4 candidates. For small companies, they sometimes purloin the risk of only flying within one candidate. If that applicant passes, they hire them. If not, they fly contained by their 2nd best candidate from the phone interview process.

It's still a bit too early to describe. If they're flying in 2-3 candidate, you may not know anything for 2-3 weeks.

How is the severance rate calculated?

Question:
Do they only count those that are on severance? Some people hold said that they count those who are actively seeking employment, so how is that calculated?

I would like to know where on earth they get their data from, how do they know who is unemployed and actively seeking as challenging who is unemployed and not seeking, resembling a housewife (not saying housewives don't work tough.)?

Thanks

Answers:
The "unemployment rate" is a farce. It is calculated using the number of associates on unemployment if truth be told seeking employment. The actual number can be higher although it is impossible to know for sure because the following classes of population are left out:
1) those who are ineligible for laying-off, for various reason, but are seeking work
2) those who received unemployment compensation but own reached their decrease without finding work
3) those who are seeking employment and hold never been employed earlier
They use the worforce office (or anything your state calls it) numbers from sign surrounded by sheets and unemployment claims only just filed. Now it depends from state to state, some states contract survey agencies to do it and later it will vary even more because of different guide lines for respectively state and agency. Basically they look at available jobs surrounded by that state versus how many society are reported to be looking for work match that against the survey reports and estimate for the unreported and undocumented people. Or so I own been told by different race who work for different states. Is it completely correct, i don't know cause it's adjectives word of mouth not documented fact.
