Do they think individuals want to work there so bleak that they have to spend approaching 4 minutes about how they'll noticeably call etc.And will scarcely let you bestow because they are talking around how they want to hire you so bad when they for sure don't hail as and never intended to in the first place. What is wrong next to these people to the level that they need to flatter themselves close to that.

I interviewed people, but that doesn't tight-fisted I made the final decision.
I would review the application, set up an interview, interview the applicant, later give the application and my interview notes/opinions to the director. Then if the director be interested, we had to check next to the corporate office to see if the applicant be in our system. Then we call prior employers and down references.
Restaurants might be a different industry, but I doubt the process is hugely far removed.
because they don't want to be there when they hurt your mental state. it's much harder to crush someone in entity than it is via e-mail or a phone message.
did you by chance give reference near the manager -- if so do you suppose he might have checked the reference and come up with another evaluation after talking to you.
