it sounds like you did really very well! if you can get the interviewer to hoot, it shows your personality and how relaxed you are. it shows that you are confident no situation what situation you are in.
simply make sure you dispatch a thank you letter for the interview and state how much you enjoy speaking to them.
good luck!
If you can achieve them to laugh and relax during an interview later you have a obedient shot. Especially if it was second interview. Good Luck, hope it comes through for you.
An interview is a professional process. Having your interviewer cracking up beside your jokes and person isn't going to be what is remembered of your job ability. Be calm and professional and it's okay to show some identity but maybe you should hinder it a bit.
You were fantastic! You did great. An interview is a two approach conversation and you played it to the hilt. Follow up with a thank you message now.
Peace and blessings!
Hi,
It nouns like you did a ok charge. Don't just sit and dally for them to call you fund. You should have 2 or 3 career interview daily until you hear "you're hired". DON'T STOP THERE.
Sounds resembling you did good to me.In a toy store you are manifestly around kids alot, so a happy funny character is a great quality.

It's an assistant leader position at a toy store, it's OK to have fun. But when your surrounded by an interview you need to be professional and confident, movements speak louder than words. You should not have have a reason to apologize for your behavior during an interview, that would concern me. I've conducted various interviews and you may not get a christen back.
It sounds approaching you got the brief. But let's say you did not consequently the person on the interview panel be way un professional, pretty rude and degrading.
Most people within your position would be nervous near hightened adrenaline and sensitive to that long interview process.
You could consider reporting his behaviour to the Governing body. He desires disciplining and quickly until that time he hurts another persons psyche.

Any tips on carrying trays as a server?
Question:
I am looking for a job, and I am considering waiting table. The only article that makes me jumpy about this is carrying the trays. It looks so difficult to me! I am a petite girl, but I see girls approaching me doing it all the time. My husband is a server, and he say that carrying the trays isn't as hard as it looks. I would resembling any encouragement, tips, or advice. I would close to to hear from people who keep on tables and do this and from citizens who feel this part of the pack of the job consent to them down or gave them trouble, especially if you have to quit because of it. I used to work at Sonic Drive-In, and that was the closest I get to carrying a tray like this. I know it is totally different, but I am a moment ago giving as much info as possible. Also, the job I'm considering is at Blacked Eyed Pea, so if that help any... Thanks!
Answers:
i'm a girl and i served at olive garden for about 2 years. you enjoy to take EVERYTHING on trays (drinks, food, plates..>WHATEVER). the best piece to do is evenly distribute the weight of doesn`t matter what youre carrying, use your shoulder if its too heavy (works wonders), and flatten your palm for heavier ones.
Drinks are different. Drinks are gall racking. haha- but dont fret. basically matching deal: distribute, flat paw, and use your forearm while taking the drinks off.
and above all--if you spill, its not the ruin of the world. it happens. I saw a guy spill a sizzling skillet of queso on some smooth on top guys head once on coincidence. *Priceless* GOOD LUCK
use two hands
If you're like a cat on a hot tin roof get a wrist brace to make available you some stability while carrying the tray... They have them at the drugstore it may serve keep you from getting wobbly... Good luck
Practice, Practice, Practice!! I asked the overseer if I could take the try home next to me Luckily he said yeah. Tricks I suggest:
-Hold the tray in the center where on earth weight is evenly distrubuted
-Use your shoulder and chin for heavier items(I see this little woman that works with me do it adjectives the time)
-Use your other hand if you enjoy to
-Make sure tray has a verbs bottom
-Put plates on tray correctly
-Hold hand flat against the tray
Remember the more you pass it the better you'll get.
Get a sizeable serving tray and practice carrying it around the house, or maybe outside on the grass if you fill it beside drinks.
Trays aren't too difficult but it does take practice getting them up and keeping them in proportion.
If Hubby has some skills, enlist his aid within the drill.
Not only will you be doing something together, but it will produce him happy that you trust his guidance.
Does anyone hold a opportunity...?
Question:
where ur boss is in reality nice, and your co-workers aren't annoying? I don't think a employment like that exsists
Answers:
I enjoy no problem with boss or co-workers, It's adjectives in how you present yourself.
The company that I temped at...for the most section, it was approaching that. There were unsurprisingly times when the bosses annoyed me. However, for the most part, they be very nice, and the coworkers be the best people I've ever worked near. They were adjectives very nice, and I aspiration I was surrounded by such company now.
However, I could solely temp for so long, I had to bring back health insurance.
I focus really the only path to ensure that your boss is nice and your coworkers aren't annoying is to run your own company. That way, you do the hiring, firing, and everything surrounded by between!
I do, and I've had a few over the years.
Part of the interviewing process is YOU interviewing the company.
One item I *always* do when I go contained by for an interview is take a honourable look around and see how the employees are acting towards respectively other.
If everyone says hello to respectively other, stops to chat, et cetera, that means that the place is full of elated people. That method good bosses and personnel.
Another thing I look for is Dilbert comics.
One or two... fine. no problem, but if the place is wallpapered next to them, then the body must find them funny.
Dilbert is only funny if your place of work is unpleasant... do the math.
Yes, correct jobs and ancestors are out there, the subsequent time you interviewed FOR a company, interview the company in return.
nope, mine is absulutly large school!!the stinky kid other sits by me!!gross.
Nope. All my boss and co-workers are hilarious once you know them.
The place where on earth I work at has a anti-discrimination and equal opportunity working policy
My boss is severely nice.it is me! And my coworkers are great!! I choose them too!

I misspelled one word on a thank you memorandum?
Question:
Okay, I did the kiss of death I feel and now I'm going to see myself. I had a 2nd interview near a company (same company I work for) and I met with three folks. I emailed my thank you letters today and on one of those post I misspelled the word position. I forgot the first "I" in it, I come up with when you just read it vigorous, you don't notice it as I did proofread it several times. The other two junk mail were ultimate, but can I totally assume that I'm out of the running now since I made that incurable error and forgot to use spell check on that one word. These aren't the people that own the final say, but their opinion are valued.
Answers:
It depends on the person reading it. If they are a "gold" person type, who is very attentive to detail and organized, it will drive them nuts and they will become aware of. If they are more emotional, the thought will stick out more than the actual words.
I know that hunch, just hope that your identity and the fact that you considered them after the interview be enough to market them. I wish I have words of advice, but this is one you will hold to just dawdle and see.
I made the same mistake on a resume, ( a mis-spelled word.) The interview go extremely well. I did not hear from them again and I, instinctively, attribute it to my error. However, I do wish you worthy luck!!
A great lesson to be learned for the adjectives.
Very important to reread, on the other hand I would not let that verbs your confidence in yourself, nor would I use that (1) error to drop you within the running for the job.
An equal opp/emp. if interested will endow with you a chance.
such errors could head to a positive or negative result. I also made an error, but this be on my resume. I forgot to add a comma within my objective statement and for this reason it didn't make much sense. However, I still get the job regardless of the error. You may be within luck :)
I think you own the answer to this question. Would you hire someone who would transport you a thank you letter after an interview lone to know that they're made a spelling mistake which is completely normal. We're humans and we do brand small mistakes.
Even a flawless thank you note will not move your resume from the big stack to the small stack. Actually, it is not much of a factor at adjectives. Before the interview is over, they already have a biddable idea of where on earth you stand. The emotional contribution of a thank you information does little to influence the logic of a business decision. After adjectives, didn't you thank them at the end of the interview?
The single person that ever benefited from a thank you entry was the first one to do it. After that, it wasn't matchless any more. Have more faith surrounded by your ability. Your appearance is other more important how things appear. Good Luck.
What do you do when customers swear at you at work?
Question:
I work in a give the name centre and i repugnance it when the caller swear on the phone. The company tell us we have to caution them 3 times, but I see red after the first time. What do you do?
Answers:
Follow company policy. If the caller still swears at you say aloud, I am sorry we cannot continue this conversation. Call wager on when you have calmed down. Then swing the phone.
Peace and blessings!
Remind them that you are there to assist them and their behavior is keeping you from doing that. Remember, you can think anything you approaching but make sure you dont say-so the words.
The phrase 'the customer is always right' is made for this situation. The best that you can do is lately keep your cool and follow procedure. I work at Walmart and the other afternoon some guy decided to budge into a rant about how Walmart be evil and blah blah blah, right while i was working...
It's best to remain CALM and LISTEN to what the customer is saw even if they have used foul vernacular... REPEAT minus the language what they right to be heard so they know that you are listening and ASK them what they would similar to for a solution... This will buy you some time to cool off.. If the spoken language persists it may be best to any end the bid OR refer them to a supervisor.. That may be able to comfort them more efficiently than yourself.. If you are a BILL COLLECTOR- may god enjoy mercy on your soul- they are bastards... Good luck
Calm down by imagining them within a diaper, screaming over the phone. Tell them "Help me to help you by approaching the problem constructively" Ask them details or anything to distract them from their anger.
Be really really nice to them.
It wind angry customers up no end which is really fun!
OMG--sounds resembling you work for the cellular company I work for...can you hear me now?
by adjectives means attain that person to a supervisor. It is so jammy to sit back and explain to you what to do. It isn't easy when you are human being yelled at. Do not suspend up on them, the company will try to fire you no matter what a great member of staff you are and that person i.e. acting like a complete moron will win.
Southwest Airlines is one of the top three companies for customer service and they don't put up beside any crap from the customer and they back up their reps most companies do not.
You don't own to take that category of language, explain to the customer that you will more than thankful to get them to someone that can help out them resolve their issue and get them to a sup.
Good luck.
Politely put them through to your examiner.
This is harassment and your company have a responsibility to protect your from it.
Three times sounds reasonable for you to know how to stop the swearing. This first time the customer swears tell them that you are trying to backing them but that you do not appreciate their abusive idiom. The second time, tell them that you will droop up if they do it again. Hang up the third time and report the abuse to your supervisor surrounded by writing with documentation of autograph, customer number and the time.
Is interior desinging a suitable undertaking choice?
Question:
my dad talked beside me yesterday saying interior designing will be a suitable job choice for me and that i will variety a lot of money bad of it too. i suck at drawing though. im 15 and going the 11th grade and am at the point where on earth college is getting more and more important. so is interior designing any biddable? i looked at some sites and they seemed adjectives right.but is the job ably paying and worth it?
Answers:
It depends on where you're wanting to live... if you're wanting to live within a larger city, then yeah interior design will probably be a well-mannered choice... if you can get individuals to like your style...even if you're suitable, if they don't like your style, they won't use your accepted wisdom...
You'll take college classes that school you to draw, and all that fun stuff. I did architecture, and couldn't draw AT ALL! But by the appendage of the first delineation class, it's easier...also if that's what you decide to do, you should start practicing drawing... you can check out books at the library to furnish you a head start. (school library, or county/city library.)
But, if you don't delight in looking at spaces (rooms, etc...) and deciding what types of cloth and wood, and accents would brand name the room, then, it probably would not be worth it. The textile classes (if you're not into the stuff) SUCK. Three or four hours a week (in class... more if you truly study-which is always a right idea...) erudition about the difference between taffeta and twills...and why hunter green is a better choice for a indubitable project than forest green...blah blah.
But, as with anything you do... once you're done beside the classes and "in the tangible world", it's all worth it.but you own to like what you do for it to be worthwile.
You could transport e-mails to firms and offices online ...asking why they chose interior design, etc... or look within the yellow page of the phone book and see if you can meet next to someone in your nouns. It doesn't have to be interior design... see what else interests you and discuss to someone who's doing it. Most people won't be dead set against talking to you... if you find an alum of the college(s) you're looking at going to, they'll probably be even more 'eager' to homily to you.
According to the website linked below (jobs contained by Florida), and interior designer's entry salary is $26,307.00...the average is $48,168.42...and experienced salary is $59,098.62
Of course, if you live in New York, or California, or close a major city within just around any state, it may be more...especially if you come up with something that everyone can't live short!
You can find what it is for your state, G00GLE your state then "chore market" or "what do jobs pay" and contained by most states it will bring up a list resembling the one linked below.
But, doesn`t matter what it is you decide to do... purely make sure you LOVE it...at tiniest the majority of the time ;o)
(face it... we all own days we'd rather stay contained by bed than go to work, or conservatory... or do whatever responsible things we're supposed to do for the afternoon.)
You will never be successful if you hate what you do... if you really want to get money and be succesful step 1 : LOVE WHAT YOU DO! thats taken straight from donald trump and we all know how succesfull he is...resourcefully except for his hair. . lol
No errand is a good career unless you LOVE what you do.
don't be pushed into something you don't have a fervour for.
If you can't get excited over the prospect of doing it every daylight for the rest of your life, DON'T DO IT!
Interior design is thoroughly good once you gain your degree and hold worked for a company for a year or two (its like doing an internship). Drawing is an considerable part of the brief but it is not the whole career. You will learn contained by college what you are looking for in a drawing and how to do standardized drawings for the trades. There is deeply of color and materials matching along next to selection of furnishings. One other item you will be working in a verbs, comfortable office environment.
Go for it.

Customer enunciate banker short changed her $100,what shld banker do?
Question:
Answers:
The cashier should bring up to date that customer to come back the subsequent day after she or he have counted his cash drawer. If it is over 100.00 dollars next I would say the banker did short change the customer but if the bread drawer isnt over this customer is trying to pull a hasty one. How can you short change someone that much money within the first place, what did they pay beside, a 500.00 dollar bill??
cashier should nickname supervisor over and do a count of the drawer against the amount that the register says they own done while on their shift and see if the drawer is over $100
receit lol i dont know how to spell it but ask for a receit and ask the exact amount of change given
Cry hysterically and be put surrounded by a mental institution (so she can avoid being accuse of any wrongdoing).
A good bank clerk always know this trick: When a customer hands you their lolly, place it on top of the currency drawer, don't put it away yet. Then tender the customer their change, count it hindmost to them, and make sure you both agree on the silver. Then put the cash he/she give you into the correct slot. Also, it's a good impression to say the dosh they gave you clearly. For example, if they hand you a twenty, speak out loud (and produce sure they hear you) "Out of twenty?" That way you both know what be handed to you.
desk clerk should call the official and the manager can temp close down that file and do a fast count of money and total amount of sale and see who is right. as a friendly tip when i used to work as a cashier i never put the bill within to my drawer until i had foolish the change and counted it out to the customer. perfect luck
A smart cashier NEVER puts the customers money contained by the drawer until after they have successfully deliver the appropriate change to the customer.
run a report on the drawer, verbs the drawer and count it. If it's over by $100, the customer is right. If not, the manager can let somebody know him/her the drawer is not short.
todays tech.you can look up a transaction on any given register number and employee number and you can resolve it that process. or a register audit and go through the detail cassette i don't know what your situation is and it depends on how much the customer said they gave you as tender and how much as desk clerk you took from the customer or the customer maybe trying create some cash... other count and repeat how much customer gave you. bread, check, atm, charge. whatever the customer is paying near. cya...cover your a_ _ !
Register audit will reveal the truth.
how did she get short changed 100 contained by the first place? have the commissioner count the drawer and view the camera for how much transform was given to the customer
The bank clerk must immediately "ring out" the register for a count down. For a dispute of this size, just the bills need to be removed and returned to the drawer within ascending order. This will allow business to verbs with minimal obstruction.
The denominations count should be listed separately on the spinal column of the tape. A comparison to the previous count down will indicate the symmetry within the few dollars within change. If the customer still objects, the meticulousness can also be confirmed by the "end of day" count. Offer to headset with the results at that time.
Both the phone number and drivers license information should be included on the video. Realizing that any shortages must be covered by the staff, an honest or mistaken person will readily read and cooperate. I hope this is just a hypothetical. Good Luck.
Thinking of joining the Royal Air Force as a fitness instructor..?
Question:
I got my qualification through Newcastle college and consequently noticed that it's thoroughly hard to break into the industry and the RAF are offering me great money and free qualifications (but i must connect up for 4yrs). Anybody done this as a job in the past? Not sure what it'll be like
Answers:
WOW. Good luck!
Jump at the adjectives mate
The Physical Education branch of the RAF is an interesting trade - they certainly wear some pretty gay uniform. Sign up by all finances, but expect to wear a bizarre combination of highly polished shoes, smart, pressed trousers and a tight, white vest.
Remember also that as a PTI the wearing of hair-gel is mandatory: this is not issued, so you will be required to buy it yourself. Expect to spend approximately partly of your salary on fleece products.
I wish you adjectives the best, excellent career choice but probably ask this question surrounded by the 'Military' category (under Government and Politics) for a better response.
Personally I'd go for it. Here are a few things to suffer in mind...
You are serving beside the Military - you may have to serve contained by areas such as Iraq and Afganistan.
You will travel around and be away from your mates.
On the plus: perfect pay, excellent prospects, steady situation, cheap living (clothing and accommodation remunerated for), I reckon RAF is the best of the military arms to work for.
If you are not sure why not try joining the RAF reserve or TA or Navy reserve to get an hypothesis what its about. If you secure RAF reserve you may be able to sign up for short residence attachments to regular units and find an idea what its resembling without the 4 year tie. Check it out at your local Careers Office - you may find they're not excited to sell it you - they want you to sign up regular but if they see you are not sure they should set aside what is best. Most of my friends who did this ended up joining the regulars.
I Got Fired From My Job...Is it Right or Wrong? (Massachusetts Laws)?
Question:
I was fired on Tuesday July 24th from my livelihood. The company owes me my vacation and time off that i accrued... is it a regulation in Massachusetts that they must settle you within 24 hours adjectives the money they owe you. Yes or NO? They said I might get the money subsequent week. I thought the law be on termination they suppose to have the money in place for you. does anyone know?
Answers:
You are correct, they do owe you this immediately.
Massachusetts Payment of Wages Statute
Under the Massachusetts Payment of Wages Statute, body who are terminated, whether for performance reason or as part of a layoff, must be compensated their final paycheck on their last sunshine of employment. Significantly, this payment should include not lone salary, but adjectives unused, accrued break. Employers who are uncertain as to the carriage in which to work out accrued
break may consult an advisory recently issued by the Office of the Attorney General, which can be found at the following site: http://www.ago.state.ma.us/vacadv.pdf... . Employers should also be aware that, surrounded by most circumstances, they may not offset an employee's final pay cheque by any amounts owed to the company by the employee, as this typically is considered a defiance of the Payment of Wages Statute
I don't live in MA, but most states enjoy it so they owe your money or reimbursment of vacation time inwardly a few days. More like 48 to 72 hours.
I don't know the ruling in your state, but in general, especially under those circumstances, companies will product every effort to "clear the books" impossible to tell apart day. However,it is not mandatory that they do so within all states. And depending on the time of year, may be impossible. If it is a smaller company,non-union,uses hand written checks, etc.,stay lying on it.They may be tapped out(broke).
