Why Can't I Get Hired For A Second Job?

Perhaps it is your restricted availability that scares sour potential employers? You can do other stuff besides mowing grass, you can do a lemonade stand or sell your older toys and stuff in a backyard public sale. But if your mowing lawns you should charge at what price they are willing to compensate, because it's all going on for courtesy and not being greedy.
My husband is a landscaper, he charges in the region of $50.00 for a big backyard and a decent sized front patio. If he has to pick up trash surrounded by the yard or if the grass is extremely overgrown he charges extra. I have a really complicated time keeping up with emails at work. They usually relate to small tasks I hold to do and I just detest doing them and then answering them so I put them sour. I have tried to answer them everyday, but I usually expire up lagging losing after a few days. I have tried making a spreadsheet information bank the emails and checking off when I do them, but I usually extremity up lagging at the rear with that too.

I discern very glum about it, but I only hate my email at work and it's similar to torture checking it. How can I get out of this quirk?

I am interviewing after just 8 months at my current job. However, the employment is awful, my boss is shady and there are some unprincipled (and even illegal) things going on. I don't really expect you should mention any 'shady' ethics at your current workplace. If you own absolute and documented proof, you could become a whistleblower for a committee. However, for a possible employer, you would want to instill a sense of your loyalty to your current (and previous) employers. Perhaps you can narrate them about how much high regard you have for the firm you're interviewing next to and that you've always looked-for to work there, etc. Turn the answer into a positive aspect of their firm that attracted you, or the prospect of unmarked job duties, more possibiltiy for advancement, etc.

I am motivated by knowing I'm doing a good opportunity and making a difference in the company. I love to capture pats on the put a bet on when I do something exceptional, but am not high preservation needing that adjectives the time.

I am motivated also by challenging & interesting work where on earth I can learn exotic things.
I don't know that I could give you basically one thing, but over adjectives I think that the most motivating item for me has definately be my friends.


What do you surmise roughly a errand that requires you to produce a particular amt of sale to hold on to the undertaking?

Are you being salaried a salary? Drawing allowance?
Do they provide you a transportation allowance? If the answer is no to one of these questions don't pilfer it. It is not worth it.

Too much pressure...find another line of work, for your self esteem's sake and for your mental capably being's sake.
Its a job that probably pays you ably in commission, but if it doesn't quit!
You have need of to be a people entity. There is nothing wrong near commission sales, it will only just be harder to keep the duty. So you have to be prepared to constantly be giving 110% to every single customer, no situation how cr*ppy you're feeling.
If you can't put up for sale a certain amount - why would you want to stay?!?
capably i don't know about maintain a certain number of sale to keep the brief. but what about solely getting paid on what you vend?
