hahah did i bang a McDonalds worker?? (thumbs down?)
You're not doing anything wrong, apart from you are not getting any offers.

In today's world you must know which employer are wanting 16 year olds, because, to be honest, from an employers perspective 16 year olds can be a bit of a dull pain in the butt. I'm not sure if it is still the suitcase, but unless you were surrounded by retailing by 16 then you be out. Other industries, expect applicants to have a amount. 16 year olds don't have degree.

Have a rethink of what you want from your life, and look at your complete life not only just your job. At your age you should be swotting approaching mad, have fun, and learning the foibles of the conflicting sex, not wearing yourself out job hunting.

Mind you a Saturday Job would be a honourable idea, and your best coincidence is word of mouth, like you know someone who have a job but have to give it up.

Lastly do you know how much the top hand gets compensated? It is just plenty to enable her to turn home pay a few bills and own to come back to work again to find money to pay a few more.

Question:

Answers:
Great place to start looking online would be craigslist.com; a short time ago make sure you choose "San Francisco" as your inquiring city.

Next best suggestion I have is to newly start visiting local bar, restaurants, anywhere that might need fishing rod help. Go during their everyday "busy" hours, i.e. night time, to circle out the place and get a perceive for how much they're pulling in, etc. Then if you close to the place, come back during their down-time and ask almost available positions, or give them a name. Showing up in personage always beat just calling though.

Good luck!
im not looking for a bartender
This isnt a brief posting site.

I'm trying to choose my adjectives trade. Does anyone know what those bureau job citizens hold within big cities.

The Call fund?

Question:
After an intensive interview, how long does it take for a company to send for back if they are interested? The interview be a week ago

Answers:
I was other told to wait two weeks since calling to follow up with the entity who did your interview.

From my personal experience, I can say I enjoy waited over two weeks for a phone call back - and be offered a job. It's other a good Idea to be merciful, because hiring managers usually own a lot of hiring to do. Just because you haven't be called dosen't mingy they don't want you!
If they did not give you a christen back date, later by all scheme call them to detail them you are still very interested (if you are).
When I be managing Human Resources, I sometimes waited to see who call if I had two equally qualified candidate.
sometimes it can take forever. for the work I'm in presently, it was similar to 7 weeks between the second interview and the offer. I have given up by then. if it's be a week, you can call fund and let them know you are still interested and inquire where on earth they are in their result?

Where does a contract of employment stop?

Question:
My company has started disciplinary proceedings against me, for something that happen out side of my contracted working hours and not at work or in relation to anyone I work next to. I was on my method to work when I had an arguement near a member of the public over a non work related issue. They complained to my company, they with the sole purpose knew where on earth I worked because I had my work shirt on. I don't believe this is reasonable but can't find any information on the limitations to contracts and when they apply.

Answers:
Demand a representative (e.g. a friend, or better your Union Rep) come with you to the Disciplinary proceedings and see the meeting.

Carefully data precisely what the allegations are and the reasons, and find them out within advance so you can amply prepare your response in dutiful time for the meeting.

This is not a dismissal, single a disciplinary to be noted on the record. But listen to the precise point they want to construct, and if you find the procedures being taken are disproportionate consequently note it because it will be valid grip for constructive dissmissal to the Employment Tribunal (i.e. you are forced to leave work because of the travels of your employer - for e.g. they breach the mutual trust and confidence implied in an employment relationship).

The contract of employment may stop (be discharged) when any you or they break it, so you should look at the terms of your contract and any incoporated disciplinary and H&S booklets. Note if you wear your uniform outside and hold an argument, your actions could be construed as bringing the local company desperate reputation and therefore your travels could economically harm the proprietor's local business (i.e. the Managers business). You can after see why they would want to protect their brand and reputation.
you can be reprimanded for bringing the name of the company into disrepute.
while you are still wearing company clothing you are representing your company.
you should desire advice sour your union if you own one or phone acas
I don't believe it was unbiased either! The single exception might be if you had signed something such as a role clause . Since you weren't on the clock yet , I don't see how they can discipline you for anything on your own time!
Not a legal representative, but this would probably fall underneath principal - agent liability law.
I would tend to contemplate that while wearing the uniform of your company you would be expected to behave as an agent of your company and thus the member of the public have no reason to know that you be not representing the company. Thus I find it perfectly reasonable that they would complain to your company.
You were wearing a work shirt and speaking on behalf on the company when you get into the argument. The employer is well inside their rights as you were probably not authorized as a company spokesperson.
Are you cut of a union? It is unreasonable. I had a few words near a couple in the saloon park of the store i worked in my lunch hour and they threatened to report my supervisor that i was rude. I go straight in and told her and she said what happen in your lunchtime is your business not ours whether its surrounded by our car park next to our customers or not. I would certainly see a solicitor though.
You represent your co 24/7 especially if you enjoy a uniform on. The fact yuou get into an argument and someone lodged a complaint makes them wonder if you enjoy a problem with your bad feeling.
You should have only walked away from it.
Most companies own a code of conduct that employees sign for at the kick-off of their employment. Most codes of conduct advise that while within uniform, you are representing the company and are subject to the terms of the code of conduct. Check near your companies code of conduct or similar document to see what yours says. Good luck!

Is there not conservatory in Atlanta, or Georgia for that situation, that lets me pinch Ultrasound Technology without forcing me to help yourself to Radiology Technology first? What to expect during mediation at work?

Question:
Basically, I was sexually frazzled at work by a fellow co-worker who is going to become one of my supervisors on Monday. I spoke with the rule and they want to do a mediation because this person and I own deeper problems than just anyone sexually harassed. I enjoy never had a mediation.. what can I expect during the mediation?

Answers:
They will sit near and ask you for both sides of the story. They want to make sure that any hounding is not just perceived but tangible. It will kind of approaching when you were contained by grade institution and the teacher is trying to go and get to the bottom of a fight within the school patio.

My opinion would be for you to investigate what constitutes sexual irritation before you move about in. At my company they said anything that be said to a women or man that would not be said if their spouse was around is rude.

Please make sure you know the tenet and the policy of your company regarding sexual maltreatment before you shift in and do not permit them push you into letting it drop if it is not what you want.

Got my SOB boss fired. I used a tape recorder to transcript him telling me I be masturbating therefore I be late for work. Using the N word to describe another coworker. And record him talking roughly speaking a woman who supposedly cheating on her husband. I never played it for the bosses boss. I just go into the office and told the big boss what happen and I could prove it. Within a few days later SOB be packing his bags and ethnic group were thank me.

I once worked for a lawn safekeeping service in Florida (for a adjectives day) and my a-hole boss tried to play a trick on me. He knew i didn't know a article about grass care and have been raze me all morning. We be working on a lawn surrounded by a real upscale neighborhood and everyone broke for lunch but bossman told me to slay the moles before I go to lunch. They all hopped within the truck and left me within. I didn't know how to kill moles so I fixed to improvise. I found some of the tunnells and took a five gallon can of gas we used for the lawnmowers and poured every drop of it into the holes. I lit a piece of paper and stuffed it into the hole and DANG! Who would own thought it would blow big chunks of sod all the process across the street like that? When the crew come back the fire dept be still putting out the tree that caught fire and my boss almost had a stroke right in that. He even made me walk home after he fired me. I guess I'm luckey the explosion didn't kill in cold blood me -- or my ex-boss.
well, "difficult work situation" covers greatly of ground.

is the "situation" a relationship, a task, a inevitability for knowledge, getting to & from the post, company instability, frozen pay, no pay cheque,....

First decide if the situation is something u can do something in the order of. Is it your perception, issue, prejudice, knowledge, etc.
If it is, u can quit and draw from another job and it will slap u contained by the face again until u swot to deal near it. There is a lesson to be learned from every situation. If you don't swot up it it will recur until u do.

If u can't do anything about it, find another brief, then quit.
Porkchop, it sounds approaching you're practicing for or fishing for answers for a behavioral interview you have coming up (or wondering what you should enjoy said during an interview that's already done). LOL.

I had a difficult situation when a gal I be managing & training kept not getting what she was individual trained on. I had to repeat her reports EVERY single week (which took a lot of time) while showing her how to do it properly. Inside, I be very frustrated by it, but I remained lenient and kept coaching and teaching. I suggested she write everything down on how to properly find the information in the reports so that it be useful to me (I have to compile similar information from three different people and trade name a master report from it). She finally got it when I have her write it down and keep it handy so she have the whole ABCs of it the subsequent week when the report was due.
Yes, I fired my boss and work for myself presently, best thing I ever did! Email me at thinkbig1@zoomshare.com and I can speak about you how to fire your boss...

Good Luck

Going for second interview next to a veneer company as a bander hand what to do surrounded by second interview.?

Question:
I have never have a second interview in front of a four individual panel what should i expect and what are the most common mistakes made by the human being getting interviewed.

Answers:
if you know your stuff, i'd say your confidence plane should be good. that's adjectives it should be because if you're too sure of yourself then some little detail will screw you but biddable.

the other thing is that you should hold some of your own questions handy so that when they say aloud "do you have any questions" you'll be primed.

it does, sometimes, suck in a boss's world. i desire you the power and command of your mind to get you through. carpe diem.
If you show you personailty, you'll gain the job. The second interview is to see if you fit the troop.
Do you know anything at all nearly the 4 people? Try to find out. Then, come up near a good press that's relevant for each of the different culture. Make sure you make eye contact beside each of them and cause sure you try to keep a smile on your obverse. Keep your posture still and slightly leaning forward, but not too far forward as to appear aggressive. Other than adjectives that . . . just be yourself, they must hold liked something give or take a few you in the first place.

Also, PLEASE be prepared to answer the cross-question - what is your biggest weakness / nouns for improvement. Make the answer something that won't really hurt you within the job but explicitly something that everyone in your paddock would need to revolutionize upon.
They're going to ask what are your strengths and weaknesses. Always turn a unenthusiastic into a positive, e.g. Sometimes I get too involved contained by projects and lose track of time. It frequently makes me unpaid for supper as I lose myself in my work.

They want to know that you want the position and that you can do the work. Make a statement similar to: This is the profession I've been honed for and it's the position I want. What do I do subsequent - when do I start?

They want to know if you are one dimensional or if you have other interests. Hobbies etc. Stay away from accomplishments which show particular areas. Say "I am involved at my local church." But not, "I am involved at the Maple Street Baptist Temple."

The exit question might be: relay us about yourself. Paint a broad picture and consequently narrow into the position you're trying to take.

There will be a technical expert at hand to ask some pointed questions: How several RPMs do you run the widget drill at?

Relax, be yourself, be honest, don't leave the interview in need asking for the job! Good luck!!

Basically, what do I need to focus on at this point and how can I build my business as prompt as I can while still giving quality service to my current clients?

Starting out is a BEAR, isn't it? I hear ya on the "broke" entry!

As far as education, consider training for your CFP, if you don't already hold that..it's a fantastic training program. You'll learn deeply of useful stuff.

When we be in financial planning / advise, we always required to try the Bill Good Marketing system. It looks truly amazing! I believe it could REALLY expand your business, if you can ever swing it. Check it out here: http://www.billgood.com/company.cfm...

I have answered this type of give somebody the third degree the same style each time. Education, lessons, education!

If you don't already own your Bachelor's degree, obtain it (in the Finance field). With a business such as financial planning, you are going to need to spinal column your recommendations up beside substance. If a client wants financial planning, will they come to you if you are smaller number educated than they are?

As the first responder said, transport the educational requirement for the CFP (offered through The American College). The CFP is the most respected designation contained by this career.

For training, it is simply keeping up beside law and regulation change, understanding the cutback and market, and elucidation your customers. If they feel you are doing what is right for them, they will spread the word.

Would you ever consider man a waitress at a strip club for extra money?

Question:
for the tips. I heard they generate really good tips, and I could use some extra money.

Answers:
Honestly ~ I waitressed at multiple strip clubs for years! It was not unusual for me to variety better tips than the dancers because I offered something that the dancers were normally unable to provide ~A REAL PERSON TO TALK AND INTERACT WITH! I be just as economically, if not better treated by the customers, earn Great tips, and was never the worse for it, outside of losing a bit of my audible range (the loud music), but that could happen in recent times cocktailing or tending railing at any rock bar. I read aloud GO FOR IT! If you find that you do not care for that type of employment, it is no concrete loss to just start out for more suitable employment...
Somebody has to do it.

Seriously, no judgement here, several strippers have stripped their means of access to a college degree and a condo.
yes they put together good money within tips
sweetheart,i have see countless innocents corrupted by that way of go.stay away from that lifestyle. For every 1 girl who benefited,I'll show you 100 who will regret it for the rest of their lives.
hell i've considered being a stripper. if i be ever single again i would be one.
they do make really honest tips and dont have to purloin their clothes off. at most clubs you also bring back tipped out by the strippers (on top of your bar and customer tips). night and weekends are the best time to make money but you could still verbs in a touch during the week w/the lunch 'crowd'. i dont think i could do it basically cause i wouldnt want to say-so i worked at a strip club (cause no one will believe youre basically a waitress!) but hey, go for it, if u dont similar to it, you can always quit!
Your only providing the drinks and not providing the body. Take it. The only point, it's going to be on your resume.

Im currently a medical assistant and want to verbs my lessons...?

Question:
i want to become a nurse, work at a clinic where average around 45-55 hours per week, would it be more easier to become an lvn and later go to rn or only go to rn institution

Answers:
I would do RN. You do have the substitute in most programs to catch your LPN (LVN) after the first year or so, but the program will continue until you win your RN. Let me tell you, you will own more opportunities as an RN consequently you will ever have as an LPN. You can do what I did, and achieve your Nurse Practitioners license, which is a masters degree. Then you can almost do everything a doctor can, but short all the stress of mortal the head boss. You can even begin your own clinic or practice as a CNP.

You would also have the selection of what field you want to run into. I went into obstetrics and gynecology, and I loved it! I still maintain my license up, but I don't really work anymore. Sometimes I miss it!!

There are so many field open in a minute to nursing! You can work in an department, hospital, clinic, home health. The opportunity are almost endless! And further lessons is easier and more plentiful for nurses then for almost any other paddock!!

I started where you are too. I did my MA, CNA and EMT certs, next decided that I required to go further. So I granted to do my RN. Then, I did my BRN (Bachelor of Nursing), and from there, go right into the program for my Nurse Practitioner.

The hours will be long, and the schooling is pretty hard, but it's very well worth it! And you already have a leg up on the other race who are just starting the programs!! Good luck to you!

Feel free to email me if you hold questions!
freshly go to rn academy, there will be some prerequisites mostly bio and psychology and chemistry and anatomy, but perhaps you enjoy taken those classes already, some community colleges offer a nursing program. It would weaken the cost of tuition.
Just get your RN...man LVN's are have a very difficult time contained by finding work in a place except a nursing home and some hospitals have stopped hiring them altogether.

Applying for a state job- they hold their own app - do i still transport my resume next to it or use textured serious newspaper?

Question:
their application has most of the intel the resume have but i wasnt sure if you send that contained by with a resume or instead of a resume.

i also hold been using a VERY flimsy sepia paper near a tooth/texture on it that looks very nice. should i print their application out on that as i hold been beside my resume or just dispatch it on plain copy paper.

any other hints etc to bring this job would be great.
its for the state museum and i REALLY REALLY WANT IT... i seem to be to meet adjectives of their qualifications and hold been doing pretty much what it is for for the concluding 6 years in my counties museum.

appreciation

Answers:
I have a county post and they still want the resume w/ the application. Use plain white paper, zilch fancy. Having fancy paper is not going to contribute you the job over someone who uses regular white. What they perfectionism about is whether or not you are qualified.

If you are penetrating for job and you finally take hired and adopt one situation and after you start that mission you ge

Question:
get another post offer next to better pay and benefits is it worng to quit the livelihood you just started or should you newly stay at the first job?

Answers:
no, not at adjectives. nothing wrong freshly be honest, tell them that a assignment you wanted only just called you rear legs and it has better jon benefits and gross. they may counter with soemthing better or you mayjust want to set out. either approach, as soon as you accept the exotic job be honest.
Not unless you signed a contract for the first position. Do what make you happy.
It's adjectives about you. Do what is best for you. If you explain to them, perchance they will match it for you. Otherwise start out, because you are the one you need to verbs about.
I hold done this before. As long as you didn't sign a non-compete agreement I would switch companies and be honest near your current employer as to why you are leaving. My first employer is currently a customer because I didn't burn the bridge. Good luck.
No, it's not wrong. You are vitally on three-months' probation anyway, so don't feel guilty - someone who really looked-for your job can in a minute have it. Best of luck to you :o)
Just chat to your currant employer and tell him of your mission offer. If he really like you and wants to hang on to you he may make you one and the same or better offer to stay. That's what happen to my son when he had impossible to tell apart problem.
If a company loses money or decides to lower their profit side-line and they give you a pink slip, is it wrong? Come on! Think? This is your energy... Take the job that will cart you the farthest!

Corporations and companies don't own real personality, you can't hurt their feelings, you can simply make logical decision about your energy. Do it! You'll feel better surrounded by the morning.
Don't be stupid. If the company you work for had a choice to preserve you as an employ or boost stock price by firing you tomorrow what do you estimate they would do? A senseof loyalty is stupid when corporate America operates on the simple principle of bottom stripe first. Do what makes you the most money, that's what companies do and that what you should do. For adjectives you know your division is about to be sold or closed tomorrow and they will never put in the picture you until the pink slips are ready.
I did it. I feel guilty as h*ll when I caleld and to,ld them I wouldn't be working there. But you hold to do what's best for you. Weigh all the pros and cons ango for the one witht he most pros.
As they would not waste time to lay you off to retrieve a few bucks, there is no principle not to take the better position.
It kinda depends on how 'sure' I am of job #2. If it is really, really righteous, and you KNOW you won't be leaving that one, too..whip it. But, you don't want to get the reputation of a 'job hopper'. You would also be burning bridges near job #1, and you want to consider all the possible ramification of doing that.
If it's a lot better, consequently go ahead and appropriate the second one. It's awkward but not immoral to quit the one you merely started.
