Job interview sustain (mortgage consultant)?
Question:
hello people,
i inevitability help, i've be asked to do a presentation for a job interview where on earth i've got to schedule the key factor of a mortgage consultant and state why a client would choose our company over our competitors...
I can't use power point so i'm at a loss of what i should do instead.help please relations!
Answers:
You could use a portable flip chart or an overhead projector. Go to this site for tips on how to make a presentation. http://www.ivillage.co.uk/workcareer/sur...
Peace and blessings!
Just offer your answer in an upbeat, positive path. What does a mortgage consultant do? They teach clients how to use a mortgage as a financial instrument - an instrument that make sense at that time and place in their lives... You wouldn't distribute a potential client a power point presentation. Just speak naturally as to what you do, why you're different and why you love it. Good Luck!
If an NHS accounting assignment asks you to enjoy an version of 'medical terminology', what does it be a sign of?
Question:
I would like to apply for a charge but it requires that I have this... Does anyone know what sort of things I will have need of to know? Is it worth applying even if I dont have this skill?
Answers:
Most schools will submission just a medical argot class. It would helpful to bear a class. Medical terminology is pretty difficult to cram, and unless you understand anatomy/physiology, it can be tough.
There are books you can buy at pretty much any bookstore that will train you medical terminology. There are also DVD's out in a minute that will help.
I wouldn't say-so yes unless you know at least some. They may interview you to see how much you know, and if you lie, they will know it!
only say yes
I would speak yes, then shift to any book store and get a book on medical lingo and study up on that.
you have to know what medical expressions are for different parts of thr body, different lab tests, diseases and such. i wouldn't articulate yes if you don't already know because it is like study a different language.

If you approaching to be with children an excellent fragment time job and oh so needed is time care within your home.
I suggest a job at a store -where you will hold other adults to talk beside. Staying home with kids is a dutiful thing but here are downsides to it. One is that you spend all daylight with youthful children and get no developed conversation!! I miss that sometimes and am thinking of a partime job myself -just to touch more adults and have that mature time again.
Let's see, you could try Ebay, Avon, Home Interior, Yard Sales, selling crafts like homemade jewelry, babysitting, elderly thought, handicapped care, afternoon arts school assistant, college bookstore, etc... Try looking at your local newspaper, The Pennysaver, Monster.com, etc...
Best of luck to you!
It depends on what you close to to do but here are a few suggestions... sell things on eBay, child aid, Avon, Mary Kay, Premiere Jewelery, Pampered Chef...
You could try opening a home base business. Any accountant can tell you that they enjoy the best tax deduction. You'd be amazed at what you can deduct. Look at your hobbies/interests and see if they could be turned into a business.
Remember to do your homework and research any business or work from home charge. Too many family are suckered into scams. Check near the BBB and government agencies for fraud and scam. Look at the way you trademark money and be sure you are comfortable with the business model.
I am a stay at home homeschooling Mom, and I realize the need to do something on the side for financial and right mind reasons (work withdrawal). I fixed to buy an on line travel agency through a really great company. It is publicly traded and a bough of the BBB. It has excellent training, mentoring and support. The work is not tough and is a really good fit for my house. The website is maintained and supported by the parent company, so I don't own to constantly supervise the operations. My basic job is to direct associates to my website. I do this by advertisingby my van, business cards, flyers, and posting on bulletin boards. I love it!

Here are my suggestions on finding a legitimate opportunity that's right for YOU:
- Set your financial goal -- Are you just looking for extra income or a potential full-time income? How long (and hard) are you feeling like to work to meet your desire?
- Determine if you are looking for a JOB or a BUSINESS -- there is a distinct difference between the two and you want to focus your energies appropriately for the best results.
- If looking for a JOB, what are your marketable skills and previous experiences? If you are looking for a BUSINESS, dance with your passion, things that interest and motivate you the most. Build a list and use that to originate your search. General rule of thumb: Never salary for a job (businesses, otherwise, usually involve some expenses).
- Review your budget -- know ahead of time what you are willing and competent to invest into your business, including start-up costs and ongoing maintenance and promotion.
- Find a rep to contact, check out their websites, ask question, do your own independent research.
- I personally also check out a company's status and consumer feedback on www.bbb.org and ww.ripoffreport.com
Hope this info help get you started. Best wishes on your check out.

I’m a stay at home mom of two little girls underneath the age of 2. I work about 15 hours per week for a National Medical Benefits Company. I hold been next to the company for only 4 months and am very soon making over $2000 a month! I started off making nearly $400 my first month, $800 my second and now I am up over $2000. With this company you do sort residual income so your income increased each month! Also if I verbs on as I am going at the end of the year I will be making $5000 a month. My friend Becky started 2 years in the past me. She is now making $95,000 a year.
The best cog is they have 401(k), direct deposit and a benefits carton. In addition, within are no products, no selling, no cold calling and no telemarketing!
I absolutely love working next to them and I can't believe I am making what I am making and in so few hours per week. The in order thing is here are other people on your troop that you work with so you are never alone. The support is great but I hold made wonderful friends as well. I have a sneaking suspicion that that’s important too!
I be scared at first because I know like mad of companies are not legit but this company is the number one National Medical Benefits Company in the US. They are a appendage of the US Chamber of Commerce. Also they were feature in “The New York Times”, “Wall Street Journal” and the “American Medical Review”. Even “60 Minutes” did a big special on them! Even more after all this is they are agreed at over 100,000 retailers nation wide. These are fortune 500 companies approaching Sears, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Wal-mart and more. These companies would never work with a company that be any thing smaller number then reputable. That made me surface very angelic about working next to them!
I just feel very risk-free with them…. that and my friend be already making so much money with them!

Were is adjectives my sale?
Question:
Why don`t i have any sale this week on my on line store?
http://www.lettlebit.com
Please check it out and permit me know
was going accurate last week.
Answers:
The site looks slightly professional minus the "Reasons to shop from us" section. It should be "..near us". Coming is misspelled (comeing is incorrect) Shipping...The business name is not as essential as "fast" or "Direct shipping to your door". Replace the money back on adjectives things with "Money put money on Guarantee" and finally... "Tell a friend" is plenty, "Tell all your friends roughly speaking this store", is a little much. When you step out, put your best foot forward.
When applying for a profession online is it better to cut and pulp your resume or use the attach report preference?
Question:
Answers:
It is much better just to attach. You enjoy to remember that how the resume appears in your email may be at variance to the person who receive it. It might look uneven and the tab will probably be in the wrong place. Emails should be kept short and to the point. Mention any switch points by all way but don't put it the whole resume within your email.
Attach it and you will have no problems.
You should probably do both. Make sure the cut and fasten looks presentable so it doesn't look sloppy. Don't jumble everything up together.

I want to relocate. How can I prevent my resume from person see surrounded by my current city on Hotjobs.?
Question:
I live in San Francisco. I want to move to New York. I own tried posting my job on hotjobs and save getting calls from SF companies because I am local. Is in that a setting so I can be seen individual by NY employers, while excluding the SF ones?
Answers:
There aren't direct track to exclude your resume from being see by local companies or even your current employer. Thus a lot of online resume use "Confidential" contained by place of Name, Current Employer etc that can identify the identity of the applicant.
One way to relieve you focus on NY employers is to explicitly indicate your target location within your resume (i.e. Objective section).
Many online resume database also has ability to let applicants specify where on earth they are looking.
My last suggestion is to look at Craigslist.com. Select NY nouns from the site. Then place your resume there.
Best wishes.
Getting along next to others at work?
Question:
This is a bit of a rambling quiz but here is what I got.
I am extremely mellow but tend to be very serious something like my job while I am working (although I am pretty mellow within terms of what race say, etc). I don't close to it when people try to be funny and breed comments (especially the ones that aren't funny) at work. I feel that work should be a place of business and not one where on earth everyone socializes and makes inapproriate joke.
Regardless, In the company atmosphere I am in, four assistant manager have gotten fired within my city wide district (about 15-20 stores) within the past 3 months for sexual stalking. I am currently in a store where on earth I see what they are saying (one of the guys make comments that he thinks are funny but I find him a touch annoying).
So what am I asking is, how can I get along next to others who aren't as serious about work and is it not other sometimes me that needs to relocate? Is an atmosphere at a specific employer the problem?
Answers:
You are right about their lifestyle needing to modification, but you can only conversion your own behaviour. You can never transfer someone else's behaviour and they will simply change if and when they want to.
You should mention to them that their comments are indecorous and that you don't find them funny at all--zero tolerance. Maybe others have looked-for to say something but be too afraid. It takes one being to start the ball rolling.
Ask yourself this: would you similar to to continue working surrounded by an environment where you are other uncomfortable near what is going on around you?
You'll go insane if you're all-business, adjectives the time, but if coworkers are saying things that could go and get themselves in trouble if the wrong creature hears them, you can point that out to them.
Ya I know what you niggardly, The only entry I can recommend is you get an mp3 player or ipod. And save one ear bud in at lowest. Because unless you are in a regulation position to change the environment. You are powerless to oversee other behavior. You can only control what get inputted in to your environment (ears). So download music or what relaxs you. Good luck.
How do you apply for work overseas?
Question:
Do you apply to direct employers or at employment agencies? How about the papers and the visa? who will fix those? I'm an American citizen btw, living surrounded by the Philippines. A lot of my mom's friend's sons or daughters are currently working overseas and said they applied over the internet. I don't know how that whole item work. How will they interview you?
Answers:
You will have to transport care of the paperwork. Some countries can agree to you work with working receipt, some require you to be a citizen. You need to look the requirements up. You can rummage it on the Internet easy. The interview section, it depends on the company. They might arrange an interview with you through the phone or video phone. Sometimes the company have an office where on earth you are living now and the folks from the branch will interview you in creature. Sometimes they outsource it to an agency. Here's a short inventory of jobs which you can create to generate income:
1. Learn calligraphy so that you can provide handwritten invitations and thank you summary to prospective wedding party, birthday celebrations, etc. Seek out clients through wedding planners at near churches and temples. A starter calligraphy gear usually runs around $20 and anyone can easily pick up this skill. The going rate is usually $1 per mitt addressed item.
2. Become a "poser" who assists wedding ceremony photographers in setting and arranging different individuals in group and single photographic positions. "Posers" get around a sketch book of various sitting and standing poses which consists of onion skin overlays of a range of wedding pictures bound within albums. Again, contact local wedding photographers and wedding ceremony planners, accordingly. The hourly take-home pay is around $10-$12 per hour and you are often invited to attend adjectives dining activities.
3. Seek from your neighbors a gardner position which involves planting, weed removal, plant/tree trimming, night light brush clearance. You will be using the neighbor's equipment and tools. Again, do not represent yourself as a lawn mower since here are any number of safety issues involved. A door-to-door solicitation of surrounding neighbors is required and you can charge between $6 to $9 per hour.
4. Offer policing/removal or clearance of trash services to surrounding neighbors which involve trash pickup inside nearby residential nouns. Limit the extent of pickup to small areas and be aware that there are no hazardous terrain or elements involved contained by this process. Again, a door-to-door solicitation of neighbors is in decree. You can charge between $6.75 to $7.50 per hour.
5. Acquire a set of window cleaning tools [a bucket, gooey window cleaner, sponge, squeegee, button with an extension and a small step ladder] and solicit local businesses for your skylight cleaning services. However, be careful to ceiling the height of the pane cleaning to no higher than one story. Charge $1 per pane panel.
6. Become a proxy/stand-in for neighbors to allow delivery of products and packages to your home/apartment. Acquire the authority to sign any receipt of incoming packages as an accepting neighbor. Charge $1 per respectively package handle by you.
7. Consider becoming a restaurant-cafe customer liaison by using your cell phone at restaurants-cafes to coordinate with the hostess to keep hold of track of waiting customers. Whenever there's a very long spell of time to activate a waiting index, you want to offer the restaurant your services so that customers do not own to stand around for any lengthy interval of time. And when their name/assigned number comes up; you can call the upcoming customer's cell phone to report to them that they can return to the restaurant and be served. The call hindmost fee is usually around $0.50 cents on a per come first basis. For example, a couple would be charged $1.00 while children beneath 6 would not be charged. Placement of a plaque which outlines your fee calendar near the hostess station is sufficient to scrape together attention of prospective customers who will value your services since they can do other goings-on outside of the restaurant -- often beyond the extent of any inhouse paging system. You realize that everyone have a cellphone and why not take assistance of the connectivity to make the diner's experience worthwhile. The restaurant will also appreciate the added service you are providing as a customer liaison.
8. Why not become a remunerated feeder servicing the disabled at nearby nursing, convalescent, assisted living/care centers and hospitals. It involves feed food to patients who are unable to nurture themselves. The starting rate is $8.00 per hour. The only downside is that one have to take precautions to bath one's hands after respectively feeding. A posting of your services [by a business card or flyer] on a reviewable bulletin board would be ample to generate customers. The paid feeder position is one of the fastest growing occupation at this time.
Good luck!

College internships?
Question:
I am a college student at a top tier college. I'll be a junior come Fall. I am currently applying for Finance internships. The problem I have is that I really don't hold much qualifications/experience in the Finance area. My major is Economics, however I haven't have any experience in the existing world. How do I create a resume / cover for a Finance internship, if i don't have much experience contained by that field. What can I accentuate?? Please help.

Microsoft department on line have several templetes for creating resumes. You might wanna try it and see if they have one for Finance.
Should I quit my profession?
Question:
I'm a finance core with more or less a semester left. I lately got a duty at a company that provides payroll service. I want to become a financial analyst and I know that this job is not relevant to nouns.
This is my first real undertaking and my sister and family is recitation me to stick with it for 6-8 months a short time ago to gain some more outside experience and more to my resume. I do work with some numbers and I also do a moment or two accounting. What do you think I should do? Should I quit my charge and look for another one that relates to finance or should I stick it out?
Answers:
I consider you should stick with it but verbs to look for and apply for jobs that are related to your rearing. Don't quit this job formerly you have another though! That looks doomed to failure on your resume and you won't have any income any.
If you want to change post, find the next one past you quite where on earth you are,
Since you only enjoy about a semester not here, either you should stay near that position or look for an internship in nouns. Your college might offer placement into internships. If you can't find an internship, I don't really see a point surrounded by jumping into another situation for less than 6 months since companies don't approaching people jump from job to career too often.
Stick it out. You can other learn something that may oblige you later contained by life, and within another job. Education is great, but so is experience. I'd recommend staying, and possibly checking out other areas contained by the company. Maybe they'll have something related more to your focal, and it's easier to get a opening once you're in the company. However, it never hurts to verbs looking, and you'll feel smaller quantity stressed already having a employment rather than not have one and feeling resembling you have to hold the first one that offers.
Sticking it out for the sake of sticking it out doesn't formulate sense. Be an opportunist. Figure out what this job can coach you. If you are not learning a unsullied skill, move on. Do not spend your time.
i think any experince you achieve is a good piece, it looks better to future employer if you stay with a company for a longer time of time.
If your job is hurting your coaching i would take the childhood overthe job, I did it backwards, i get offered a great job after two years, I get an AA Degree in Computer Science, however at the moment I am thinking of returning to education becuase much of the things tought are so outmoded.
I wish I would enjoy stayed and got my BA!
I would look for another assignment if i were you because relevant work-experience counts more.
A financial analyst should know anything relevant contained by the financial sector which would include payroll services. Id stick it out for awhile, then apply the supplementary knowledge to that subsequent resume.
Do not quit your job lacking finding another one first. I know several people who hold been out of work for several months while looking for a trial job. Besides, jump into a job near a title of financial anaylist is not something that is going to come to pass without more experience and a amount.
There are a ton of companies that are hiring interns. Look for something specific to your field. Who know, you could end up getting hired next to the company that you interned with. (I done up staying with my company for 6.5 years after my internship)
Whatever you do, don't quit and look for a chore while unemployed. I don't know greatly about the accounting industry, but I do know that your much more predictable to get hired somewhere trial if your currently employed. The new employer will expect you to hand over 2 weeks notice to your existing profession, too, so don't worry in the order of that.
i would suggest that you take that assignment and work at least for 3 months. working three months might not make a payment values to your resume but for sure you will have a complete belief of how corporate life works, plus you can use that 3 months to find a better undertaking.
But you have to promise yourself that every dark you come from that job you will apply to at lest one company until you bring your dream job.
want you luck ...in reality i am also working and searching for my dream charge..so you wish me luck too..enjoy fun

Can a personage next to a A+, Net +, and a CISCO citations and no amount gain a perfect career?
Question:
And if so what is the starting pay contained by that field ?
Answers:
Unless you own a Bachelor's degree and a training certificate, forget the glorious school stint.
Although at hand is a Cisco cert that commands 6 information -- the CCIE -- an entry level cert such as a CCNA won't win you any near that. Mid 20s to low 30s depending upon the sector of the country would be very do-able, though. (The A+ and Net+ don't append much to the Cisco cert, by the way. That's your ace surrounded by the hole.)
I've got a CCNA and several Microsoft, HP & Dell certs, along beside about 17 years experience contained by an enterprise environment and am doing well over $70k within a small Midwest town. I could probably double that in a main city but the cost of living would eat extremely into it as would taxes. Certs are handy getting started but experience is where the big money comes surrounded by to play.
Not only can you achieve a good opportunity in IT, you can guide High School. Pass a background check...drug test..and agree to take 18 hrs of coursework inside a few years...and you are in. Check beside you local school district to start, but this is a general program. Starting pay depends on the location.
In Tennessee, IT starts at roughly $15-25/hr. Teaching low 30s.
Cisco..if you enjoy that, can start at 6 figures anywhere. Why? It is extremely difficult to accomplish.
You DO NOT have need of a BS to teach Career and Technical courses within High School. Industry certification next to job experience.
Yours skills, no level, and a good work ethic? Sure here is nothing holding you put money on. I like the culture answer, and if that does not appeal to you, IT might. Starting job entry would be methodical support with a starting foot of around 30K, depending on your location and the call center.
