It's a good profession. I don't know how much they pay because I never worked as a coder. I be a Medical Records tech and I personally detested it. But it is a good grazing land to start a career within if that's what you want, and you should be able to find a job anywhere you travel.

I regard that as a teenager, it is major for you to learn responsibility that comes from have a job. I, too, remember my first prompt food jobs and I insufferable them for the same reason as you. But the thing that I realize immediately was that greatly of my problems with my first job were my own doing. I hear abundantly of blaming from you and it seems to me that I don`t know you should be looking at what YOU can do to make your work experience better. You are really not there to socialize. My belief is that if you are being reprimanded for discussion too much, it is because it is getting in the process of you doing your job correctly. You can still hold a conversation while you hold a broom or a mop. You can still socialize while you are cleaning table. It doesn't have to be adjectives work no play. But the job you are in that to do has to come first. I regard if you take that into consideration you will find that everyone will gain off your put a bet on. And you can't be too mad at the customers. They come to your restaurant and reward for your services. They expect to recieve hot fresh food and curteous service. Sure there are other the ones who will complain about EVERYTHING, but those are the ones you hold to take next to a grain of brackish. After all, they are the ones next to nothing better to do than travel to a fast food restaurant and complain just about stuff. And don't forget that you always own the right to refuse service to anyone. I've one and only exercised that priveledge once (don't make it a mannerism!) but it was to man who be really getting out of line beside me.
Your parents just want you to swot responsibility and work ethic. That is why they are pushing for you to keep the chore. That's a really important member of growing up. And I say revise it now, because if you don't own it once you're an adult, you will never hold a charge for long and then you can't support yourself.
If you really want to quit, consequently quit. It sounds like you enjoy your mind made up. But atleast be smart and have another commission lined up first. Give your antediluvian job a two week catch sight of, or you will most likely recieve a bleak reference from them for adjectives jobs. Good luck. Growing up isn't assured (I know for damn sure) but we all enjoy to do it.

Fast food can be a horrible job. But it depends which company and location. The difference is the superintendent, some managers are nice, some aren't.
I can articulate there are tons other restaurants that are NOT like that, it sounds resembling you've gone to the wrong place.

Wherever you step...there you are...that co'worker that you're have problems will be at your new assignment site...not the same human being...just indistinguishable type...for no matter where on earth you work the lameos are there...and the supervisors are near too...some are better than others but all expect you to bust your butt for as little wages and respect as they can give you. The glum truth is the grass always looks greener on the othe side of the wall...BUT IT ALWAYS TASTES LIKE GRASS! My advice is swot to block the lameos out...do your job as best that you can...don't complain and don't expect employer to bend over backwards for you. Relax be happy contained by yourself and improve yourself, coaching, training, etc...and one day you'll hold the perfect available job and you'll be so happy you'll be giving others the suggestion I'm giving you.
This reputable company is a great one that has be around for 11 years now. I enjoy been surrounded by this business for 3 years and have not have a regular 9 to 5 since. i earn $45,000 a year and have style more free time with house and friends. If you are that miserable, you should particularly quit. Find another job somewhere else if your parents want you to work, but don't squander anymore time being miserable surrounded by that place. Life is too short.
I feel for you. I am currently looking for a unusual job presently, I left a duty I hated a month ago. I tried to swing in nearby too, but, they got crazy, and I gone. I would tell you that it is easier to procure a job when you enjoy a job. And, if your parents do not make out, they will probably throw it in your frontage if you quit and come to them for money. I would try another job within the same pasture, different place. At least you don't enjoy to work with the impatient jackasses you are currently beside. Remember, If you are not relaxed with what you are doing, you must acquire out of it. The company that my husband works for is refuse to consent to him see his examination score.?

My husband works for the largest steel making company in North America & they are refuse to let him see his audition scores. He took a try-out for a maintence/electrical job and he know that he passed it because his name be on the list but they chose 10 other men to spread those empty spots and 5 of those men have alot less senority than he did. When he required to see his test score they refused to permit him see them. Yes. this is a UNION job and to me intuitively, they are not helping him out. Any suggestions?

He needs to report a grievance with the international against his local league for favoritism whether it's a ethnic issue, violating his seniority rights. The international does enjoy so many days to respond to this issue. If he is not rewarded I would advise to contact an outside legal representative and proceed from there.

Because it is a Union mission, the test score were probably irrelevant surrounded by this case. Your husband is friends near the wrong people at work. If he wishes his actual abilities, action and attitude to count for something, he'll need to move to a smaller smaller quantity "institutional" setting!
Well, I'm a test administrator for english proficency test, and as we can't show the results to anyone except who paid for the exam. If the company salaried for the exam, they are in their right to snub to show them.
Seniority only applies if it's within your contract. My brother works for a mine where if he applies for a work that he passes test for, he gets nouns over ANYONE that has smaller quantity seniority. It's in their contract.
However, the non-union workers...catch no such deal.
Not every coalition contract has seniority perk in them.
Isn't going to evolve. It's their "game" and they can basically do as they preference. The Union has it's "priorities" as in good health, and apparently your husband isn't one of them.
