Be honest and agree to the employer decide if they want to move about ahead with hiring you. As a Manager, nil annoys me more than when I hire an employee and explain that I am looking for someone who is going to work long occupancy, say a year at most minuscule, just to hold that employee come stern after two months to tell me that they are quitting.
