But sadly the above happen in every errand I get, I take treated like $hit and take walked over, I travel in do my situation, don't mess about, don't lick the bosses ***, Everything is ok for something like 6 months then it go wrong. I can't get any payrises as I'm not resourcefully in near the boss, others do very little (boss included) and i'm doing the work of 3 or 4 and because I don't lick *** I'm not even rewarded next to a payrise.
As I say this happen every single job so its my scorn, People just constantly run advantage.

Maybe you aren't very resourcefully suited to being employed...enjoy you considered becoming self-employed?
well theres really nothin you can do but reasonably. or depending on in your costly to them, give them a choice. any back or i quit. thats really the one and only thing you can do if your not glorious up there.
Other than merely saying quit", maybe you should save some money, consequently leave to find a place at University (I'm assuming, perhaps wrongly, that you enjoy not already done this). Choose the course wisely to avoid going wager on to the type of work (and personalities) that you have to put up next to now. You'll enjoy a geat time, and three years later much better promotion & trade prospects. With a decent qualification, especially if you can variety yourself indispensible (i.e can do a job that no-one else contained by the office is powerful of) people will automatically treat you near more respect. If you still have trouble "working for the boss", you could eventually work for yourself, enunciate as a consultant. Consulting is very knotty work, but if you are capable of as high-ranking a turnover of work as you say you are, after nothing should be a problem.
When I started working (a long long time ago) I have some really sh*t jobs, once even working for an alcoholic boss who used to swear at me contained by front of colleagues. But nothing ever stays matching for long - I'm doing absolutely fine at work presently!

I have be in the business since the rash 80s. I obtained my records through home study, then I took my proctored exam.
I close to my job and it does pay cheque well, but lone because I am in a confederation shop. I currently work in-house, but our jobs are due to transition home surrounded by November, only because they involve the space.
There are some downsides. First and foremost is higher than average risk of carpal tunnel and repetitive stress injuries. I have to have both sides done within a year, both the carpal tunnel release and ulnar nerve transpositions. I am a big aficionado of macros and shortkeys. Unfortunately, when you are under pressure to do a minimum of 80 minutes per morning and you have constant interruptions (doctors mumbling, slurring, chewing gum, stocky accents), you sometimes have to double time it to create it, which is rough on the paws.
Also entry that transcription jobs are not as plentiful as they be just a few years ago, due to various health diligence facilities going to a voice acceptance system called Dragon. My facility have many doctors using it, and it have cut our work volume WAY back. Fortunately, person that we are union, the worst shield scenario for us is that we get retrained and still produce the same money (I spawn over $30.00 an hour plus benefits). I don't think the job will go totally away, but they will much more difficult to find.
I did this copious, many years ago, and took the classes next to certification through a local College.
It be great, I actually worked from my home, as an independent contractor. I go to various Doctor office and gave them a brochure unfolding them of my experience, turn around time, pick up days, and delivery days. I handle all transcription for 10 Doctors organization, and then I have two offices that I go in 1/2 time at each department, and sat at hand and did theirs.
I don't know what the going rate is now, but I am sure it pays capably, and it is fun.

OK, so I'm down to my last $10,000 so my retirement is going to be cut drastically short. I was injuried within Florida and got almost 50 noble from the city of Tampa and I thought it would be great to finally retire and live the good enthusiasm. Why can't I just panhandle for a living? Is it against the statute? I see these bums do it all the time within the city. I only obligation enough money for the power bill, beer and cigarettes and I can still live my dream of mortal retired at the age of 34. Who do you know that can say that? Why don't you consider getting a real post. Even if you have some category of health problems, here should be jobs that you can attain. Go into an Employment Division & seek their guidance for what type of work you'd be able to do & they'll even help out you look.
Please don't panhandle. Make an honest living earning a wage. This is why i other think twice in the region of giving strangers money because many of them are competent bodied people. Now...I will occasionally buy them a burger or give them work for money...but rarely only just dole out the bucks.
Consider the downside to this "career". In many cities here are local laws against container handing. You are a trouble-free target for other panhandlers who want to protect their "turf". It is not unusual to be hit by bottles thrown from passing cars. It is weather dependent. It is not a opening to plan for the future. If you become to sick to "work"; you will not qualify for social security disability. And when you are to antediluvian to work, you will not qualify for even the lowest level of social indemnity retirement. I guess you could commit a crime that caused sentence to prison time, so you could get free shelter, food, and medical strictness.
Consider growing up and supporting yourself.

HAH! Sorry, have to laugh because for a errand I was interviewing for, I have to "sell" a pencil to them. I've never been within a union formerly so I went to the location and they explained that once I join they can any put me on a waiting list or I can search out on my own for an employer. Not 100% sure if Operators or Laborers are Full Referral. With the Boilermakers, you DO NOT look for your own employment. For one, Union Contractors dance to the Hall when they need hand. With Boilermakers, if you work both union and non-union you will return with the reputation as a rat - they will only see that you work non-union.

If you choose Operators, get any training & certs you can. On the industrial sites I know of, simply Operators touch the big cranes (4400 series on this one).
If you're willing to weld, look into getting into the Apprenticeship for Ironworkers, Steelworkers, Pipefitters, or Boilermakers. It would give a hand if you've already got some weld certs.

During my time at college my professors really taught me to be the best i can be i am considering first showing my own business now. By the time your done your first year you will be almost undisputed of what you will want to do.
