Your self-worth type and what your passionate going on for will be a huge help to your art. For example, if your a outgoing fun loving personality next you should think of what type of work you would delight in that deals near people. In Real Estate you have get to be a go getter and someone who enjoy networking and schmoozing. Now, adjectives jobs own a good side and desperate side. In Real Estate a bad side would be that you show up to a closing (a closing is when everyone...the buyers, the seller, attorneys, REALTORS etc meet to "close the deal" on the house) at times it can go and get ugly and things tumble apart...your basically nearby to congratulate them and hand them the key etc. and be their support (not the legal issues unless it deal directly with you) and collect you paycheck from the treaty. The great side about it is you achieve to see peoples dreams come true to buy their own home and you get to see the family grow in the community. Most realtor's enjoy other jobs while they are building their clients which resembling any sales career (your basically selling yourself!) it take a couple of years if you go at it close to a mad man. ;-) If you want nouns, hard work will be involved, nought wrong with that but lately expect it.
Photography is considered more a hobby and most people can't clear a living at it...most people. Don't ever consent to anyone tell you that you can't product a living at it because you just might hold "that eye" where you hold a talent and passion for capture things at just the right moment when everyone else blinked. I say-so, if you love or enjoy photography...never offer that up! You can sell your photography through plentiful means. It's not material estate or photography, but I'm a Candidate Research Manager for a staffing firm. I love my job. We capture job directions from clients (anything from executives to engineers to hourly folks). It's my job to give somebody a lift the job charge & find the passive candidate for the position. I do internet research to find them & then endorse the names & contact information on to recruiters.
I on the odd occasion go on living boards to mine resumes. Our client companies could do that for themselves for very little money. I find the population who aren't actively seeking other employment.

But instead of trying to be scientific almost this... here's my "general" answer - disregarding other unnamed factors.

I always put the later 3 espically since the resume is your first impression to "sell" yourself to the company. I would formulate the resume as brief as possible, as a person who hires if i return with a long lengthy resume i toss it minus even reading it, i dont have alot of time to run over someones life story. A nice cover reminder stating goals, experience and objectives is outstandingly eye catching, make sure to hit thorny in the cover communication that he does have experience and/or coaching in the position he is applying for,. a cover note is a great first impression and is smaller number time consuming..make sure to include string worh ethic contained by the cover letter, thats complex to find these days and requirements to be pointed out to future employer about him..honest luck to him.
