Personally, I wouldn't specify a dependable amount for childcare. That doesn't have anything to do near your ability to do your opening. Build your salary request base on what you feel is just compensation. If that includes enough to cover your child keeping costs, so be it. No matter if that earnings is paid to you or to the child attention to detail provider, it's still counted as income to you and you'll be taxed on it.
DO NOT LET HIM PUT THE CHILD CARE IN YOUR SALARY, You will wage tax on that money. Let the company salary the child care provider directly and you charge your majority wage.

If you're only going to work nearby for a month, then you're wasting Starbucks' time they're taking to train you.
