You're purely assuming that is why they didn't hire you, you don't hold any kind of a suitcase against them, sorry. Maybe you don't have the characteristics of outgoing personality they are looking for, or possibly it wasn't your looks, but the way you presented yourself. There is no ruling against denying an applicant because they don't appear to posses the qualities the business wishes. Really, that kind of self consciousness tell me already that you might not be right for a service position... and I haven't even met you.
I've been a nonspecific manager for a restaurant so I big-hearted of understand the hiring process. You hold to consider the other possibilities before you leap to that kind of conclusion. Maybe that superior was trial; maybe they weren't hiring at the time but two days next they found out they needed help. Maybe a supervisor outside the store said a couple inhabitants needed to be replaced... there are adjectives kinds of scenario I could list bad to you.
Bottom line though, If you would approaching to pursue some kind of court action, it'll probably cost you more money than it's worth. Is It Normal To Be So Undervalued When You Change Job?

I'm with my current employer 18 months and hold not progressed, I'm still stuck at the bottom of the ladder, I am a fully qualified joiner, and since achievement my qualifications 10 years ago I've have about 10 job as I am so undervalued.
I am doing adjectives the jobs an apprentice would do, and treated similar to I know nothing, and the ironic piece is, I am actually the single one in our place who is qualified as my current employer does not run the training course my first emplyoyer did so I acutally am the simply real joiner surrounded by there.
My boss took on his nephew shortly after me and he have progressed right up the ladder, Infact the boss in fact tells him to show me what to do its so patronising,
No situation where I turn I am stuck at the bottom of the ladder dispite have more knowledge that most of my co workers stuck together.
The logical entry would be to work for myself, but as i'm at the bottom of the ladder discharge is also rubbish so can't start up myself and cant get a loan.

I'm a graduate and two people haven't stopped recitation me how stupid I am! I am right at the bottom of the ladder re wages... I win help from toll credits and I am in a full time position! Each little charge, like notes entry or reprographics they like to describe me that it is so difficult! At some point you have to look at yourself. Meaning that if you own had 10 job and have not be progressively advanced at any of them then it might be that you are not as great an member of staff as you think. I can transmit from your question that you own a chip on your shoulder which leads me to believe that you do predictable know your job genuine well but may not own the interpersonal skills to be successful in the work place.
If you are varying jobs that normally, then you are not allowing time for an employer to see any talent that you enjoy.
Loyalty and respect are not gained overnight, they may not be gain in a year or two.
It's time to suck it up, stick it out, but if you quit, quit to work for yourself b/c if you adjustment jobs, it won't be any better.
