I am attending penn foster for the assoc. scope in veterinary technology. Before I enrol in the academy, I went around my city and asked if they would hire me after I recieved my scope. They told me yes. Penn Foster is legit, accredited and within good standing near the BBB. All the employers I enjoy had interviews beside have hear of Penn Foster and are very impressed next to the college. The degrees are legit and lots people that graduate there enjoy received a job near there level.
Every school have a different "weight". A school resembling Harvard is going to look really good, and every state have at least one clad affordable school local employer are quite decipherable with.

If you know a few potential employer you'd like to work for, you could ask them which school have more immensity and less consignment.

If I were you, I'd look for school that brag about placement rates for old pupils.
Most employers chortle at them. I know I do.

RR Donnelley is an outstanding company to work for as far as benefits are concerned. 401K plan with company meeting, pension plan (100% vested after 7 years), quarterly bonus, 5 days leave + 1 floating holiday the first year and 10 days + 1 floating holiday the 2nd-5th year, goes up from in attendance. I believe it's 10 paid holidays per year as okay. The raises are not so great, however. You hang around an entire year and get smaller amount than $1 per hour on average. The raises are base solely on the percentage your departments are allowed to get and not so much on your working (so you can be a top contributor and get like as someone next to you who slacks bad.)

The only cogitate I would be concerned about is whether or not the merger between RRD and Office Tiger is complete however. Depending on what position you're looking to get into, you may experience some lay-offs. Most of the lay-offs will be coming from the "highly developed up" executive and management positions during the merger process. However, if you're a "worker bee" I wouldn't be too concerned around that. Just be aware you may see a little of that during the process.

I unquestionably think you should consider this position, as long as it's paying what you want and is what you're looking for. Oh, a different thing.
