RR Donnelley is an outstanding company to work for as far as benefits are concerned. 401K plan with company meeting, pension plan (100% vested after 7 years), quarterly bonus, 5 days leave + 1 floating holiday the first year and 10 days + 1 floating holiday the 2nd-5th year, goes up from in attendance. I believe it's 10 paid holidays per year as okay. The raises are not so great, however. You hang around an entire year and get smaller amount than $1 per hour on average. The only cogitate I would be concerned about is whether or not the merger between RRD and Office Tiger is complete however.
