I enjoy done quite a few interviews and I interviewed profoundly of people too. As an interviewer, I mostly look at the person's character. Does he respond to questions resourcefully? Also I want to know how prepare that person is. For example, if I ask him for his post related experience, I expect him to have something to show me. I also expect him to know what my company does. If the party is too lazy to do some simple research, next I probably would not give him a moral grade. I enjoy never had two interviews that are like peas in a pod. I had some interviewers who solitary want to talk nearly sport. Other ones would ask me to help him solve existing problems. i did a big troop day when i took over my existing squad, took them to a nice hotel in a conference room, nice lunch and snacks, spent the year getting them to reflect on their own strengths and areas for nouns, then on respectively others, then on what we needed inside the team to pull off our objectives then doings planned how we could fill the gap, whole piece was simple and successful, and their areas for nouns inform our team meeting i.e. time management, planning and diary control etc

Question:
I started working at Wendy's as a crew member when I be 14.
I am still under 18, and I can not become a principal there. I own been at Wendy's for a long time very soon, and it seems close to it will be forever until I turn 18.

Does anybody know of any restaurants (for chains, my ZIP is 49024) that have a step above an entry smooth crew position where you don't hold to be 18?
It doesn't have to be a inspector. Maybe a trainer or some sort of supervisor.

COngrats on sticking with your post for so long! I'd recommend waiting it out until youre 18...being a manager/supervisor/trainer is A LOT of work. But if you do agree on to find another chain that allows underagers to become a form of regulation...Mcdonald's requires that youre 16 to be a crew chief. As a crew chief your are under an assistant executive but are in charge of the crew.you contract out tasks, ensure work is done properly and train new folks or the crew members that necessitate to plish up on their skills. The downside...The ONLY way to be a crew chief is to be promoted from inside by the store manager or owner and usually you've gotta be buddy buddy for that. OR if your hired as a organization trainee from Mcdonalds corporate...BUT you must be a HS graduate already. Hope this helps..Best of Luck
Stay at your job-you own to work your way up to manage-all job are like that. you won't be a leader yet but you will be above the bright employees & you can train them.
Just be lenient and work your way up.
If you own been at Wendy's for 4 years it is time to verbs.
You will probably not be hired as management but your experience and knotty work will move you up the ladder immediately.

Resume for Internship Question?

I have an peerless problem when it comes to writing a resume I have no work experience or charity work. In dignified school my grades be horrible so my parents won't allow me to get a available job or do after school events in hopes that my grades would travel up.

In college, they stated that everything was already provided for me (because I am living at home) so getting a available job would be stupid. But now I inevitability a resume to get an symbolic design internship so I can graduate this quarter. But I have no theory what to put other that computer skills, and that I went to college.

Any tips on writing a purely skill base resume?

In his book "Great Answers to Tough Interview Questions" he pointed out 5 key to being a devout employee that employer want. I read this in 1994 but the five points be basically:
1. Ability to do the employment
2. Ability to follow directions
3. Ability to get along beside others
4. Willingness to do the job
5. Honesty

If I be in your shoes, I would try to write a resume discussing how you are qualified to be a great hand because you possess these traits.
With no experience to offer, I contemplate I would probably attach some kind of portfolio showing what I could do. Maybe some of your outdated school assignments, perchance something new you chew over would be applicable to the company you are applying to.
Focus on the other skills besides work, like problem solving fitness, punctuality, creativity, etc. Is there anything you did contained by college that illustrates these virtues? Talk about that. Try to find something positive from everything you've done, and downplay the refusal. And unless you are applying at a really competitive firm, I'm not sure how much experience they are expecting you to have. All because you didn't gain a retail job surrounded by high institution doesn't mean that that should prevent you from getting an internship contained by a professional industry. And if it's graphic design, tyr to hold a good portfolio!
You will want to put on your resume the courses that you took relating to clear design and include projects/class assignments/group projects/grades/etc. Hope that helps.
I hold some ideas...I currently am a exotic graphic designer; I graduate last winter after completing two internships. So here it go:

Objective:
To work in a creative environment to maximize my artistic skills and provide clients next to visual
solutions contained by a timely fashion.

Experience:
Use classroom projects.
Or freelance projects you've done...such as taking someones photo, making a logo-business card, posters, fine-art projects...etc. If you dont enjoy ANYTHING, then product bogus projects. For example: find a product like a BBQ sauce and "redo" its sticky label. Show before and after metaphors. Take photos and retouch them, or extract them.

Skills:
oTechnical
~Adobe Creative Suite
~Time management and skill to manage a projects full duration cycle from
design, layout, and mechanical follow-up.
~Ability to pay packet attention to details and technical intrinsic worth of a design.
oSoft Skills
~Enthusiasm and a team work attitude beside great communication skills.
~Willingness to change designs according to preferences of client.

Education:
Put your conservatory and degree that your majoring within.

Good luck. Always emphasize your "personal abilities" if you get nothing else. i.e...customer service, erudition ability, etc.
You won't receive the internship, especially this late within the summer. Just live in your parents underground store for the rest of your lazy enthusiasm. Also blame them for everything bad that ever happen to you. If you follow this advice, you'll be fine.
