I have record on everything I need to do. (I use a computer)
I preserve a perpetual "TO DO" list. I put in every task , I consequently separate every task into one of four category. 1. Thing I need to do today, 2. Need to do in the next few days, 3. Things I involve to do in the subsequent two weeks and 4. Things I need to do someday. I after sort the list from Most Important to tiniest.
After lunch, I check my TO DO list to remind myself of today's priorities and re-classify any mission that have become more urgent or smaller quantity urgent.
Eventually things in one category will want to be moved to a higher priority and some things will crash off altogether.
This method used to be call the ABC drawers. Where people used to put the hot items surrounded by the top drawer "A", less urgent into "B" and lowest possible into drawer "C". IT still works

Hi, I interview all daylight long, and normally the refernce checks are done, when supervision and the suprevisors have come to a mutual agreement to bear you on.
