You may want to look into better time management technique. You mention nothing of have children, so a 50 hour work should be quite endurable. This is a different issue from career choices. You may want to consider recreational study for a different career and varying jobs. It seem unreasonable not to have sick time or robustness insurance, unless you work contract, in which casing you must negotiate pay rate to cover such things.
Definately, I'm surrounded by a similar position though not quite as discouraging. So I said to myself the other day, "There is a employment out there that you would be jubilant to go to and work beside people you attain along with that pays all right." Its like my father told me once, "A work isn't work, if you like what you do!" :)
Join the military. They will procure you fit and pay for your college, medical insurance, and you attain most holidays off, as long as your not deployed. Plus they will offer you an early retirement. Hey if you don't die you'll hold a great adventure. I suggest any the Air Force or the Navy. Besides you only draw from to die once.
I'll Concede this answerto

A huge and varied selection of jobs to choose from and virtually no unsystematic of being kill as all battle are done through ground and air troops.

I worked for equal firm for 27 years, I loved the job to bits as it involved helping individuals - I get a unadulterated kick out of helping citizens - it was unyielding but rewarding
In 2000 we amalgamated with another smaller firm
The rules changed significantly - benefits be still in place but the things we have to do to get them, made it almost impossible.
9 months ago the boss of the smaller firm made my resourceful boss leave [I don't know how exactly - but it be the equivalent of being sacked]
Up to that point, it be quite transparent that the new boss be systematically forcing out the original staff
After this, I started to seize given impossible targets e.g. 11 miles from Birmingham city middle at 8.40am was told that I’m going on a electrics job and must be at hand for 9.30
I had to draw from parts tools and specialised equipment together - sharing out the extra special kit as another guy be also doing a similar installation the same light of day.
In rushour traffic, got in attendance 20 minutes late - get disciplined
Did an extra job as I be aware it needed doing, filling contained by the necessary paperwork - get a written warning for doing stuff not issued to me! etc
Tried to hold on to my nose verbs but in a 6 month spell, got 2 "final written warnings" and 2 correspondence of complaint from customers - something I have never have in 27 years
Was finally sack y the end of May!

What hold I learned?

Family comes first; never confer that much loyalty to a job
You solely have one vivacity live it to the full
At the end of the year you will be thought no more of no matter how sturdy you put yourself out
You have to please yourself BEFORE pleasing anyone else

I loved that livelihood but I’m far happier now human being out of it though not so financially secure

Get another opportunity, things are NOT going to get better, the more you try, the worse you will consistency, the more you achieve, the more will be expected of you - screw em - Get Out!
There are millions of job out there. Look for a better profession.

Peace and blessings!

I perceive that my gross is greatly low because I did not negotiate properly. Should I have a feeling frustated?

Question:

Answers:
There is nothing wrong beside feeling frustrated. Keep within mind, however, that many employer will pay as low as they can, and within today's employment market you can effortlessly price yourself out of a job.

Negotiation may not be a skill that you hold. If you can, see if you can speak with someone who be there during your consultation and ask what, if any, advice they could dispense to your negotiation skills. They may not offer anything, but sometimes they can sustain you out.

I know that in my company, your negotiation skills would not enjoy mattered. They established based on your experience and wouldn't own raised that -- they would fairly not have someone who is constantly grilling their decisions surrounded by these matters.
Being frustrated would not rise the earnings back right? Hence cram from the mistake and next time be cautious while negotiating net details!
No.., If the task u are attending is of your keenness than can try for batter salary after some time..

Frequent change in assignment gives fruitless impact on carrier.
See, if you consistency like underpaid...you can other renegotiate...and if company feels approaching they can pay you more (i.e., you're worth more) it will unquestionably give you a angle...because hiring a new member of staff and then training...adjectives amount to larger costs.
You did not or could not negotiate properly because you were not prepared. You should hold found out about the type of opening and what is the mean net that a person near your qualifications and experience can expect. Without proper assessment of your knack and also what you are worth, you will always have a feeling that you are being underpaid compared to someone else. But you would not really know the pains that other person is putting within his job. Stop reaction frustrated,. Learn more about yourself and the position and then switch job with confidence as it is unlikely that the present employer will be prepared to renegotiate unless he know you are worth more.
Remember the experience for the next round of Negotiations.Meanwhile do not spoil youir vigour grumbling all the while nearly a silly mistake you did. Learn from it and go forward. That is what distinguishes astute men from fools.

Query on Tally?

Question:
This is for Tally professionals:
In a balance sheet during the closing of a/c, you enter some vouchers as payable expenses. On start of tentative financial year, these payable expenses are also carried forward. How do we adjust this in the latest financial year, what should be the entry for this. Like suppose there is an entry as net payable for the month of april to office staff, very soon how do we adjust this during the current year.

Answers:
VERY SIMPLE. WHEN YOU PAY THE SALARY FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH FOR WHICH YOU HAVE MADE THE PROVISION IN YOUR MARCH, 07 BALANCE SHEET, KINDLY DEBIT SALARY PAYABLE ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF SALARY ACCOUNT. AUTOMATICALLY IT WILL BECOME ZERO. TRY IT. IF NOT KINDLY CONTECT ME AGAIN.
Your question is somewhat convoluted, but I'll try to explain using salary as an example.

Suppose that salaries are rewarded every two weeks. The last payday be on April 25. By April 30 five days of salaries be earned by force, but they will only be salaried in May. So to hold the financial statements at the end of April parallel the proper amount of salary expense, you enjoy to record the 5 days of net expense incurred and not paid. You do that by debit salary expense and crediting salary payable for 5 days' salaries. Now the April net expense reflects the full amount earn by employees within April, although part of it have not yet be paid.

On May 9, when the subsequent two weeks of salaries are remunerated, employees will achieve checks or cash contained by the proper amount for two weeks' work. But only 9 days of this amount be earned contained by May, so May expense should reflect just 9 days of salary expense, although you are paying bread for 14 days. The entry is to debit salary expense for 9 days within May, debit the salaries payable justification recorded at the winding up of April, and credit cash for the full amount compensated. You have immediately discharged the liability incurred at the end of April.
We endorse payable entries only within case of expenses related to the year i.e. take-home pay for the month of march rewarded in april but it is exp related to concluding year. in duplicate case debit your exp. a/c and credit exp. payable a/c ( treat as a current liability) within last year and when we salaried this amount in subsequent year > debit such exp payable a/c instead of exp. a/c i.e. in april you enjoy to pass following entry : pay payable a/c (Dr.) Cash/Bank (Cr).

It really adjectives depends on whether you get remunerated by the line or by the hour. I'm getting rewarded by the hour (in SC) and I make $16/hour. Even at your age, you should present a resume along with your application. If you've never held a paying brief before, afterwards use your skills as your main focus. Have you held a babysitting chore? Or maybe done volunteer work for academy or another organization? Maybe you've done someone's patio work for the past few years.and explain surrounded by your resume why you're looking for a job...if you're only just looking for a summer job, economically you're probably too late since it's partly over. Now...what I'd recommend is to stir around & gather applications. Go home & cram them out. Staple your resume (or paperclip it) to your application. Go back another year. Ask for the manager. Hand him/her the application and ask if they're hiring presently. If so, ask if you can have an appointment for an interview. If not, agree to him know that you'll follow up with him within a week or two if that's alright. Then go ahead & follow up (ask for the examiner when you call).

If you do this diligently, you'll be much more likely to find something.
