Another example would be say your group desires to use compay facilities over the weekend, ask for say-so first instead of just using the company resources for your own purposes.

6) Be respectful. This channel that you don't cut people stale, or dismiss their ideas/opinions. You also should not make acerbic comments to belittle others. If a certain function belongs to another department or being, do not overreach your boundries unless it's one of those "better to ask for forgiveness than permission" cases where business interests supercedes functions.

My mother's boss is not paying her minimum wage?

My mother works as a farmhand for some guy. The guy only employ her and one other guy. Recently in Illinois, minimum wage go up. However my mother has not received the bump up in pay envelope and now make below minimum wage.

Can anything be done? My mother needs this livelihood but it doesn't seem lawful for her boss to pay her below minimum wage.

Also, her boss is quite the joggle. So that is why she is unnerved to say anything to him because he would pilfer it out on her and make her do extra chores!
