I work for one of the school within our county. I get roughly 7.25 hours a day. That is what my contract is for. We bring back paid monthly and I gain all university holidays off and I am bad in the summer beside my kids. You will draw unemployment benefits during the summer. It is a wonderful chore for me because I am on my kids schedule. You are not gonna bring back rich working for a school. I don't know what the net would be. Probably a few more dollars than minimum wage. It depends on what state you live in. If you similar to kids, go for the opportunity. You will be surprised how fast you achieve attached to the little rats even working in the kitchen and one and only seeing them a few minutes each hours of daylight. They are sweet.

Night shift you get floor pay rate PLUS 15% of the foundation pay rate an hour. Also, we achieve a weekend premium for any hours we work on the weekend (its about $1.25/hr extra on wkends). My end pay rate is $9.95. But I work 12hr shifts so I carry the 10% evening and the 15% night added onto my foot pay rate since I work 8pm-8am. Of course if I use annual bestow, holiday time, etc. they only foot you the base reimburse rate.
So from 8p-12a I get rewarded $10.945/hr and from 12a-8a I get remunerated $11.442/hr.
And we are required to work every other weekend. It sounds worse than it really is. LOL.
